It was Ocean eleven type stuff. Josh Hidalgo is thirty
eight years old. He tried to run when the cops
stopped him. However, he was quickly arrested. According to the
Tallahassee Police, he tried to use a forklift to steal
an ATM.

Speaker 1 (03:35):
He's in custody.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
Obviously, he was also taking a joy ride through the
town on the forklift while trying to flee from the officers.

Speaker 1 (03:44):
He's not going very fast. I was gonna say, what
is there nitress on this thing?

It also goes a lot slower when it's got an
ATM on it, you know what I mean, so they
won't notice. Yeah, he stole the forklift from a school
and then the ATM from a business parking lot. He's
now facing several charges, including grand theft and possession of
burglary tools with intent to use, and also trespassing on
school grounds.

Because burglary tool, Yeah, that would be the forklifty. It's
the ultimate burglary tool. As it turns out, by the way.

Just so you know, I'm thinking, like they're taking his screwdriver,

lot more burglary tools than that.

shoot a police officer and he wound up behind bars
as well.

I don't know if that's a tool behavior. I think

the ground.

According to the police, his name is Daniel Anthony Schmidt,
and mister Schmidt is full of it.

He's fifty seven years old.

He was taken into custody, charged with threatening a law
enforcement officer, resisting arrest, and also calling forty five times
tried to free his jailed. I want to know what
she's in jail for, by the way, according to this,
probably beating him up.

was arrested for domestic battery.
