LOCAL Florida Man hits the crime trifecta

Stole a car, tried to run someone over and it ended with him not wearing pants

He's been charged clearly.

Ok, after police found more than six hundred thousand dollars
worth of cocaine in his truck.

Oh boy, oh sweet ye now hello.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
If you look at his mugshot, he looks like he
just did about six hundred thousand dollars worth of cocaine.
He is very happy, very alert. In his mugshot, he's
all bright eyed and smiling. He's twenty five years old.
He's from Florida and this happened in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Oh,
he must have been traveling with it, sixty six pounds
of cocaine. They found this during a traffic stop. His

name is Jordan Lanier. He's charged with deal and coke,
which is a felony and carries a potential prison sentence
of up to thirty years.

Oh, make it snow here in Florida. Yikes, come on now,
twenty five. He was speeding there, Oh, that's what happened.

Then of course a canine comes over and does a
little sniff sniff, and then well smell the cocaine and
there you go, sixty six pounds. It was all packaged
into thirty individual kilograms of cocaine street value between six
and eight hundred thousand dollars down.

He must have been tweaking, because what's.

The probable call, right, are you going to be thinking
I had stuff in my car?

He mustn't.

The weird part.

The weird part was is that he was speeding, but
he had a car like Fred Flintstone.

He's just using his feed. The car didn't even drive.
That's crazy. That's why I just put it in neutral
and ran. He was speeding.

My guy, we go next to a Florida suspect to
barricaded themselves in an attic trying to hide from the police,
and then they fell through the ceiling and right into
the lapse of swat officer.

Oh no, yeah, when the house just fails.

You do you not know the rules of the attic, dude?
You got to stay off the ceiling part. Only walk

A guy suspected a steal in a car was taken
into custody in a very dramatic fashion.

He was hiding in this house.

He was hiding in the attic, and then he crashed
through the ceiling where he had hidden himself and then
literally right into the lapse of the police that were
waiting right down below.

He fell right on top of him.

searching right who's home?

Yes, yeah, stole a car and then the light since
plate reader on a street flagged it as a stolen
and then of course they pursued this man, looked for him,
They found the vehicle. It was outside of a house.
They go into the house and he was in the attic.
Apparently they didn't know that at first until he came
crashing through the seaside.

Joshua Mullnicks wasn't rested, I know, josh Joshua mall Nick's
arrested in Santa bel According to this, he stole a
construction worker's car and then attempted to run the guy over,
forcing him to jump out of the way of being hit.

Damn it. That's not good.

Okay, it's something to just steal the vehicle, but then
it attempted murder.

Speaker 3 (04:20):
Yeah, that's a little bit worse. You're adding to it, Joshua,
what are you doing?

What is the traffic out on Santa Bel right? That
one lane?

Speaker 2 (04:29):
He's like, I got to get to the monkey duck.
The incident started at blind I'm going to Captiva. I
gotta drive over to the Monkey Dug. That's right, Santa Beel. Yeah,
according to this blind Pass Beach is where it all started.
He tried entering a property and then he tried breaking
into a shed over there at one point.

One resident said, a lot.

Of people in Florida carry you know, you gotta be
careful about that. Police reported that when a construction worker,
because he popped up to this construction site as well,
they to josh to leave. He jumped into the worker's
car and drove off, but not before trying to run
the worker over first, who had to jump out of
the way.

Oh you know what, maybe he didn't mean to try.
Was he directly trying to chase the man?

I mean, you know he steered the car in his
direction a little bit, you know, did the man.

Tried to steal his car back and got in the
way right?

roof of the car.

Well, Joshua Mulnick's apparently rammed into a gate calls about
four thousand dollars worth of damage. Then he started heading
down the road near Santa Blive, and that's when he
was headed towards Captiva and then once he got to
the end, he got out and he went inside a
porta potty.

He was hiding him there.

Speaker 2 (05:38):
When he realized that deputies were waiting outside, he ran
out without his pants.

Smart.

He grabbed onto two.

Wooden stakes to try to use as a weapon, and
he started running.

Yeah. One person said, I think drugs were involved? You
think so?

The guy who stole a car off a construction site
and tried to run the construction worker over and guy
had to jump out of the way. And then he
rams through a gate, hides in a porta potty, come
out without his pants, but grabs a couple of wooden
steaks his weapons against cops.

You think that guy might be on drugs. I don't know.

I was rooting for him to be sober. Me too, Yeah,
I was rooting in too.

He's got he's got it. He just got his one
year chip. You know what I mean.

Lee County Deputy's used the taser on Joshua Malnakes when
they saw him heading towards another car, fearing that he
might steal that one too.

He was taken into custody and pooked into the jail.

Oh damn, see he wasn't he wasn't drugged.

Up enough because because that would have done nothing.
