Speaker 1 (00:00):
When you say you're five minutes away, how far are
you actually away? Be honest, be honest, call us up
eight a' eight three four three one six one text
ten four one o six one. I asked the question
because we all have that late friend, right, you are
that late friend. Yeah, I'm I was gonna say, my
late friend is me my own late friend. I'm always late,
(00:24):
which is really weird because I don't like being late.
I learned to be I used to not be late,
I used to be on time. And then I was
in a relationship for a couple of years with someone
who was always late, and it drove me nuts because
I thought it was so disrespectful because time is the
most important thing we have, right, Like, that is your
(00:44):
most valuable asset. And I'm like, it's rude that we
waste people's time all the time because we're like half
an hour and twenty minutes late, an hour late, you know,
you're we're late all the time. And she was the
late friend at that point. But then I started realizing, oh,
it's kind of cool you just be like to anything.
And then I have not been able to break that
habit since then, and now I'm late to everything. We
(01:05):
love you anyway, though, well, thank you, I appreciate it.
I do want to be on time. The intention is there,
like I don't want to be late, but just know
I am late. And I know that people when they
schedule me for things, they always pad it by like
a half hour. So if they want me to have
an event the station they send if it's at six o'clock,
they go, five thirty is the time. It's because they
(01:28):
know I'll get there six fifteen exactly. It starts at six,
but I'll be there six fifteen because now I know
that it's padded by half an hour. Because I think
I was on time on I was like, oh, just
I know what they're doing now, So what does your
five minutes mean? So like for you, if you're like,
I'm five minutes away, you thought about half an hour? Still, yeah,
I think when I say I'm five minutes out, it
means I just got in the car, okay, no matter
(01:48):
how fall it is, it means I literally just got
in the car. To know call us up eight eight
eight three four three one o six one. When you
say you're five minutes late, how far away are you actually?
Because I guess that happened to you, Nina, it did.
Speaker 2 (02:02):
It happened to me because good old VICKI bear. She
hit me with the I'll be there in five minutes. Now,
I'm not mad. I don't mind waiting. I know that
people are late sometimes. It's just like, let's be honest,
let's be a little more realistic about the five minute
time because we throw it around so willy nilly Victoria
hits me or I call her, I'm like, hi, I'm
at your place.
Speaker 1 (02:21):
Where are you?
Speaker 2 (02:22):
Oh, I'm five minutes away. She was a the beach
with her friends. I'm five minutes away. I'm like, okay,
i'll wait for you. Sat in my car and I waited.
Five minutes goes by, and another five minutes goes by,
Another five minutes goes by.
Speaker 1 (02:35):
This girl is twenty minutes late. Oh, really bad. I
wasn't mad, it just was I wasn't mad. It was
just really funny. So you were you weren't even you
were somewhere? You were you weren't you weren't five minutes
away when you said you're five minutes away.
Speaker 3 (02:47):
Well, it's like the beach is like five minutes away
from my apartment at all. More like maybe, And so
we were walking to the car and I thought the
car was closer than I thought.
Speaker 1 (02:56):
It was like a five minutes maybe hopefully five.
Speaker 3 (03:00):
And then the car's a lot farther and I was
of the group of people and weren't walking all that fast, so.
Speaker 1 (03:05):
Ended up turning into twenty.
Speaker 2 (03:07):
So she stumbles outside of the car carrying a case
of Seltzer.
Speaker 1 (03:13):
Did you update Nina on that he wasn't actually five
minutes or did you just let her hang on the
five minutes?
Speaker 3 (03:19):
After five minutes, I was like, do I text her?
But then we were already in the car and I
was like, perfect, I'll be there in two minutes now,
and then we hit every red light.
Speaker 1 (03:25):
And then it oh, that was yeah, No, it was
twenty minutes easy. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (03:29):
So I mean, it's cool, but it was pretty funny
for me. My bus was when you were a record.
Speaker 1 (03:34):
Just stumbling out of that car, calls eight eight eight
three four three one six one eight eight eight three
four three one o six one, when you say you're
five minutes away, how far are you? Actually? Is it along?
Speaker 4 (03:47):
No, it's Elan, Elon.
Speaker 1 (03:49):
What's up? Sorry? I couldn't tell by the stuff. How
are you what's thank you?
Speaker 5 (03:54):
Yeah, yo, I mean my whole family. My whole family.
We'd be late for everything. Everything we too Honestly, we've
been there for like fifty forty five minutes something like that.
But sharp, we look sharp when it really thought.
Speaker 4 (04:08):
We don't play, I believe it.
Speaker 2 (04:11):
Everybody just knows. Yeah, you're gonna show up late. So
you're five minutes is like an hour. You're just putting
your clothes.
Speaker 5 (04:16):
On basically, basically, you know what I mean. Shape up
the beer, you know what I mean, get the lotion, going,
smoke it.
Speaker 1 (04:24):
So it's worth the way. Yeah, absolutely, I doubt it.
Speaker 2 (04:28):
Dang, he's dropping poop Emoji's all over everybody.
Speaker 1 (04:33):
You know what drives me crazy is because you know,
I've been in a lot of relationships, right, And there
was that one that I talked about where she was
just late for everything all the time, right, And that's
when I really learned to be late because I had
to be right. I didn't have to be everything up
without her, but she was always like right, and so
I was always late, and then I then I just
(04:55):
picked up that habit. But I have been with people
who have been annoyed because I'm late, right, except usually
I'm waiting for them to get ready, you know. But
it'll go like this, like they'll be doing their makeup
or getting ready, and we're already a little bit late,
and I'm cool. I'm like whatever, we're gonna be late,
and so I'm just waiting. So I'll be sitting in
(05:16):
the living room or whatever by the door while they're
finishing up doing their makeup or their eyebrows or eyelashes
or whatever, right, getting ready, okay, And then they'll come
out right and they'll be like, okay, I'm all ready
to go. And then I'll be like, oh cool, let
me put on my shoes real que because I have
my shoes on.
Speaker 6 (05:34):
And they're like, oh yeah, just waiting for you. We're
always late because of you. We're forty five minutes late
because you were doing your makeup. I've been waiting here.
I just didn't have my shoes off. I mean you,
but you had forty five minutes to put on.
Speaker 1 (05:44):
Your shoes exactly well, I was doing my makeup. You
knew you had forty five minutes to get your shoes on.
This is ridiculous. Now you're wasting my time. Call us up.
Eighty eight three four three six one text in four
one o six one. When you say you're five minutes away?
How far are you actually? Bri?
Speaker 7 (06:03):

Speaker 1 (09:53):
It's Tommy. I was just picking something else up from
last time. You got some salt vinegar chips and I
had extra bag on me, so I was thinking I
could just swing it by. Who is this, Oh, come on,
it's Tommy. Uh, Tommy, I don't think I know you. Okay,
(10:17):
is your boyfriend around or something?
Speaker 17 (10:20):
Uh?
Speaker 5 (10:21):
Sorry, why are you asking?
Speaker 1 (10:23):
It's Tommy from the other day you ordered Uber Eats.
I brought you a sandwich, some salt and vinegar chips.
We had a moment, remember, Oh my god, Yeah, yeah,
I know, Oh my god. I figured i'd just call
and see what's up, you know. And I had this
extra bag of sault and vinegar chips in the passenger seat,
and I thought I could swing it on by and
we could reconnect.
Speaker 16 (10:45):
I think that that's okay.
Speaker 10 (10:46):
Oh did you just growl at me?
Speaker 1 (10:51):
Maybe I'm sorry about that, you know, I mean, I'm
just flirting, but for real, I mean, I picked up
those sparks the other day when I was dropping off
your sandwiches, and I would love.
Speaker 5 (11:02):
To tell me I have no I have a boyfriend.
This is like not cool.
Speaker 1 (11:07):
Don't make me eat these chips by myself.
Speaker 11 (11:10):
Okay, you know what. You can't go ahead and meet
those chips by yourself, crazy streak.
Speaker 1 (11:17):
I'm not going to eat these chips myself. But you
did get one thing right, what crazy freak?
Speaker 4 (11:24):
So I'm done?
Speaker 1 (11:26):
Uh huh yeah no, no, no, no, no, yeah, yeah
yeah no. Let me just swing by drop off these
chippies and you get yeah.
Speaker 17 (11:36):
No, that's not going to happen.
Speaker 1 (11:38):
And if you keep going, I will call my boyfriend.
I'm sorry, what my boyfriend? What about them?
Speaker 10 (11:45):
I will call it?
Speaker 1 (11:46):
Oh oh okay, it's like that. Huh me, your boyfriend,
you split.
Speaker 12 (11:55):
This bag of chips, No freak, he's going to kick
your even better. Yeah, Kelly, okay, so sure, black a
birdie is.
Speaker 16 (12:08):
You need to shut up right now?
Speaker 4 (12:10):
This is so inappropriate.
Speaker 18 (12:11):
I will find out who your boss is.
Speaker 1 (12:13):
I thought it was inappropriate. How you're flirting with me
when I was dropping out your sandwiches? I was not flirting.
Speaker 10 (12:18):
Then?
Speaker 1 (12:18):
What was the other day about the sandwich day?
Speaker 18 (12:21):
I literally just ordered a sandwich from you.
Speaker 19 (12:24):
That's it?
Speaker 4 (12:25):
Are you?
Speaker 1 (12:26):
I thought we had a moment when I had you.
Speaker 18 (12:28):
No, we did not have a moment.
Speaker 16 (12:30):
But we are about to have a moment when my boyfriend.
Speaker 1 (12:33):
Takes your all right, Well, then I'll just tell you
it's a prank phone call. Then I could do that. Huh,
what'd you just say? I said, this is actually a
prank phone call. It's Jubal from the Jubeil Show doing
a phone prank on you and your boyfriend. Say you up?
Speaker 2 (12:48):
Are you kidding me?
Speaker 5 (12:49):
No?
Speaker 8 (12:50):
Oh my god, Oh my god.
Speaker 1 (12:53):
He said that some Uber Eats driver was hitting on
you the other day and you wanted me to mess
with you.
Speaker 15 (12:58):
Oh my god, I'm gonna kill him.
Speaker 1 (13:03):
Are you sure you don't want to leave your boyfriend
for a creepy delivery driver?
Speaker 16 (13:09):
I am pretty sure that I don't want.
Speaker 1 (13:13):
All right, what if I got two bags of solid
vinegar chips?
Speaker 18 (13:16):
Maybe we'll talk.
Speaker 15 (13:18):
Wake up every morning with jewble phone Franks.
Speaker 1 (13:21):
We say mornings on the twenties. You know what time
it is. I'm gonna go ahead and toss it to myself.
Speaker 9 (13:26):
You know.
Speaker 2 (13:26):
Every weekday we do something called what's Trending with Nina
and Jewbil's been really creative with coming up with different songs.
Speaker 1 (13:31):
And way to toss it to me.
Speaker 2 (13:32):
But here we Goay, Hey Nina, Yeah, what's trending? Well,
let me tell you. I'll tell you what's trending. Oh,
the jubil just made his way back into the studio.
That's what's trending.
Speaker 7 (13:45):
He made it.
Speaker 1 (13:46):
Hey, what's trending? Nina? I talked to myself. Thank you
very much.
Speaker 2 (13:52):
But it was a big night last night for the
city of Seattle. The Seattle Kraken pulled off a big
upset beating the defending Stanley Cup champions, the Colorado Avalanche
last night, winning two to one in Game seven, pushing
them on to the next round for the chase.
Speaker 1 (14:07):
But that's Stanley Cup.
Speaker 10 (14:09):
Whoa yeah, dude.
Speaker 1 (14:10):
It was really funny too.
Speaker 2 (14:12):
Driving into work this morning on mercer I was looking
all over the place and there was like items of
clothing and hats and all kinds of wild stuff around
Seattle Center. So I'm like, there was clearly a party
here last.
Speaker 1 (14:22):
Night from the kracking fans or did they raid another
homeless encampment. I chose to believe it was a cracking.
It was all about that and this is really cool.
So you know how we love self love here.
Speaker 2 (14:42):
There is a company called within Health that conducted a
study to find which music artists make people feel the
most confident. So the top artists are Lizzo, Queen, This
is across all genres by the way, Taylor Swift, make
the Stallion, and Metallica. Yes, yeah, I guess they people
feel more confident when they're rocking out.
Speaker 1 (15:04):
Huh.
Speaker 4 (15:04):
Sad but true.
Speaker 1 (15:05):
It's just a weird. It is weird that they came
up like in those other names though, like they're even
less than rock. They're like current relevant like Lizzo, Taylor Swift,
some Metallica's still making music and stuff. Hey man, they're
on tour right now. Album how old are they? Ninety five?
Speaker 2 (15:28):
Music has no a rock out with your walker out.
I wonder how your music makes people feel jubile. Do
you think they feel confident when they hear the songs
that you create?
Speaker 1 (15:39):
I think they I do. I do think they feel confident.
I think that they feel inspired. Yeah, and a little
bit turned on. Okay, that's what's so?
Speaker 7 (15:54):
You got it?
Speaker 1 (15:55):
The kracking song? Yes, yeah, here we go. Do you
want to do it? If I can press a button?
I was in the bathroom. I was in the bathroom,
and then I didn't have my I didn't bring my
key card today, so I couldn't get in the door.
I thought I had time. I still thought I had
like two minutes before we started this. I'm a little flustered.
Here's the song. Here we go, here's the cracking song.
(16:17):
Don't hear that anymore? Climplest crowd out of the song.
Speaker 6 (16:21):
From the city where the sun sleeps, sleep and the
sky strik water like a faucet.
Speaker 10 (16:26):
The chronic leaks lifts of.
Speaker 7 (16:27):
Peace from the scene.
Speaker 10 (16:30):
Didn't league see see how the cradle continue?
Speaker 6 (16:33):
All the other sucker teams in the NHL on the
menu about to take the crowd walk it down with
some bubbly y'all the standy cup.
Speaker 7 (16:41):
We woke to cracking up your r.
Speaker 4 (16:45):
Sound.
Speaker 7 (16:46):
The cracking is a round.
Speaker 1 (16:47):
We woke to cracking up your rider. That's how you
know a champion is a round. We woke to cracking up.
Speaker 7 (16:55):
Did you set it in our way?
Speaker 5 (16:57):
That was your mistake?
Speaker 7 (16:58):
You woke to cracking up? Now, let me hear that sound.
Speaker 5 (17:05):
Up.
Speaker 1 (17:08):
I hope they play that. I hope they play it.
We talked to the ever Fits You, the play by
play guy on Friday, and he said that they were.
He was going to get that played in Climate Pledge
when they when they played it this weekend The Kraken.
Speaker 13 (17:21):
Yeah, I asked him to try to get a video
of them playing and stuff. Haven't heard back.
Speaker 1 (17:24):
Yeah, probably didn't happen. They probably didn't happen.
Speaker 10 (17:27):
But the crack it was the Jubile Show on demand.
Speaker 15 (17:32):
First Date follow Up powered by the Advocates Injury Attorneys
online at Advocates Law dot com.
Speaker 1 (17:39):
Elliott is on the phone today for a first date
follow up. He's getting ghosted by a woman named Zoe Elliott.
Before we get into why you think you're getting ghosted
and stuff, how long has it been since you heard
from Zoe?
Speaker 14 (17:51):
Uh?
Speaker 4 (17:51):
Ever a week?
Speaker 1 (17:52):
And in that time, how how many times did you
try to reach out to her?
Speaker 20 (17:57):
Oh?
Speaker 4 (17:57):
Only really twice?
Speaker 3 (17:59):
You know.
Speaker 21 (17:59):
I did the follow up after our data followed up
the next day and then they're back and then I waited.
Speaker 5 (18:04):
Uh.
Speaker 21 (18:05):
Sometime later in the week, I texted her one more
time and it was like, hey, you know, it's checking
in something. I forgot what I said and then I
left it. You know, I know there's more times attacked
the least chance you have ever seen that person again.
Speaker 1 (18:17):
Kind of tell us about your date with Zode.
Speaker 20 (18:21):
Yeah, so we were set up between mutual friends and
uh we Uh, I've always wanted to go indoor skydiving.
Speaker 21 (18:29):
Well, actually I've always want to go outdoors to kai diving,
but I thought I'd start with indoors.
Speaker 20 (18:33):
She thought it sounded fun, and we did it, and
it turns out she was actually really nervous about height,
so she may have it may have been a reluctant
yes that I couldn't read through text, So we didn't
do much of it, and then we just went to
a restaurant and had good conversation. I thought we clicked
and uh, and then I dropped her off at her house,
(18:54):
you know, no intimacy and uh haven't heard back.
Speaker 2 (18:58):
How did she handle the skydiving part, even though like
she wasn't a huge fan. Was she freaking out? Did
she do it anyway. Was she cheering you on?
Speaker 20 (19:06):
No, she was freaking out, But I thought it was
like a fun freaking out, like you know, like you're
nervous before doing something. But then I think, as as
we did as I you know, I learned she wasn't
into it at all, and I didn't intend to make
her do something she didn't want to do.
Speaker 4 (19:22):
You know, so I misread it.
Speaker 1 (19:23):
I guess you'd think that that wouldn't be something that
would be a deal breaker, though necessarily I don't know.
You know, would it be a deal breaker for you
if a guy took you indoor skydiving and then you
found out you absolutely hated the experience.
Speaker 2 (19:35):
I want to say yes off the bat. However, it
reminds me of the time where I don't do bridge jumping.
I don't do any of that kind of stuff. I
get scared. So there was a guy that I was with,
we were all on vacation in Mexico, and he's like,
come on, just do it, because I never would have
done it otherwise. But I did it because he made
me do it, and I was so thankful. Really yeah, okay,
so it ended up being a good thing because he
(19:56):
made me face my fears, so you know, it could
be a good thing.
Speaker 20 (20:01):
I should also add that I'm that I'm kind of
hoping that that that's the reason, because I forgot to
mention I'm also divorced, and that definitely came up during
our dinner conversation.
Speaker 4 (20:11):
And you know, that could potentially be a reason you.
Speaker 1 (20:15):
Were set up through friends. So she didn't know you
were divorced before the date.
Speaker 4 (20:20):
I don't know you knew before, and but we talked
about it during dinner.
Speaker 2 (20:23):
It's a lot for a person to handle, I think,
but if you communicate all of those things really well,
then it's you can you can digest it.
Speaker 3 (20:32):
I mean, if you don't mind me asking, since it
started been like three weeks, is there any like reason
you really really want to get a hold of her
and out like it's been a hot minute.
Speaker 1 (20:40):
You're not wrong, No, you're not. That's a good question, Victoria.
Speaker 16 (20:44):
Yeah.
Speaker 21 (20:44):
I guess I've been in my shell since the divorced
and so this is like my first coming out of
shell moment, and so you're probably right.
Speaker 4 (20:53):
I probably shouldn't be so focused on it, but I am.
Speaker 2 (20:57):
But also the upside, even if you are focused on it,
whether you end up dating her again, at least you'll
know what the situation and issue was as you continue
to move forward post divorce life. Right, Sure that's true
A positive spin guy.
Speaker 1 (21:09):
Yeah, because getting back to the dating world after a
divorce has to be difficult.
Speaker 4 (21:13):
Well yeah, I.
Speaker 20 (21:13):
Mean I've been, I've been, you know, I haven't done
it or even really suit it. And so yeah, I
was nervous about that.
Speaker 1 (21:21):
The pony's been in the stable for a long time
and the pony is just learning to get out and
run again and just wants to run wild.
Speaker 2 (21:28):
I mean the other part of it too, I will say,
for her to find out that the pony needs to
run wild, it's like, well maybe she wants to put
a pony in a stable, and so if she's meeting
a wild horse, yeah, rather have a tame one.
Speaker 1 (21:42):
What the hell are you talking about? A A little loss?
Speaker 7 (21:47):
How are you talking about.
Speaker 4 (21:50):
Sky? I mean, I guess that sums me up. It's
like we didn't go skydive me.
Speaker 1 (21:53):
We went indoors, all right, Elliott, a big pony. We're
gonna do. We're gonna play song, come back and then
call her and see if we can figure it out
for you. And maybe get you another date if you
still want one after hear a why okay, alrighty, all right,
we'll play a song, come back and get your first
date follow up next. I'm personally excited to watch the
pony run, thinking to watch Elliott, who's on the phone
(22:19):
right now for a first date follow up, get out
of the stable and let his the hair which through
his mane as he runs down an open field seeing
if he can get another date with Zoe, who's ghosting
in Elliott, just refresh everybody's memory at your situation before
we give her a call.
Speaker 20 (22:33):
Yeah, so we're friends of friends, so we were introduced
that way and I thought it'd be fun to go
into our skydiving.
Speaker 4 (22:40):
Turns out she was really nervous about it and didn't
like it.
Speaker 21 (22:44):
So part of me is like, maybe that's why she's
ghosting me, or it's it's the fact that I'm divorced.
Speaker 4 (22:49):
But we had a really nice dinner together afterward, and
I haven't heard since. All Right, here we go.
Speaker 1 (22:53):
I'm on a dollar phone number right now, and we'll
see if we can figure it out for you. Hello,
I may speak to Zoe please.
Speaker 18 (23:11):
Yeah, this is Zoe.
Speaker 1 (23:13):
Hey, Zoe, how are you. My name is Jewble from
a radio show called The Jewbill Show. I'm Nina, I'm Victoria.
I'm also on the show.
Speaker 18 (23:20):
So many people here.
Speaker 1 (23:21):
Yeah, there's three of us on the phone right now,
and we're calling you because one of our listeners actually
sent us an email about you, so we need to
ask you a question. If that's okay.
Speaker 18 (23:30):
Oh no, I'm nervous. Should I be nervous?
Speaker 1 (23:32):
I don't think so. We're on the phone because because
we do a segment called the First Date follow Up,
where if somebody goes on a date and gets ghosted,
they can email us to get the other person on
the phone and ask why they are ghosting them. We
got an email about you from I like to call
them a stallion. I don't know why, but a stallion
named Elliott.
Speaker 18 (23:51):
Oh Elliott.
Speaker 17 (23:52):
Oh, I thought when you were talking about the first
date saying it it was probably Elliott.
Speaker 18 (23:59):
Oh okay.
Speaker 1 (24:01):
Yeah, so he has been a few weeks since he
talked to him, and he wants to know why do
you mind telling us?
Speaker 18 (24:07):
Yeah? Sure, it's weird. I actually had a really good
time on the date with Elliott. I mean sort of
like I don't know if.
Speaker 4 (24:16):
He told you.
Speaker 18 (24:17):
But he took me indoor skuydiving, which I was not
a fan of.
Speaker 17 (24:22):
I'm afraid of heights and anyway, but he did it,
and like I tried and it was no but I
watched him and anyway, it was fine.
Speaker 18 (24:30):
And then we went to dinner and we had fun.
I don't know why I'm not getting back to him.
Speaker 17 (24:38):
I think maybe there's a little piece of me that
is concerned about him being divorced. I haven't been married before,
and I don't know. I just feel like it's he's
coming out of a divorce. Is he gonna want to
be like just dating around? How curious does he want
to be?
Speaker 18 (24:57):
I don't know.
Speaker 17 (24:57):
I guess that just kind of concerns me a little.
What do you want, Zoe, Well, I'm looking for a
life partner, Like I want to be with someone. I
want to find my person.
Speaker 13 (25:11):
Yeah.
Speaker 18 (25:11):
Yeah, it's just hard to know, like he's been there,
done that, and is he going to want to do
it again.
Speaker 17 (25:18):
We had a good conversation about it, but like I
just can't help but think that if somebody's been through
it once and then divorced, they just may not want
to do that.
Speaker 18 (25:26):
Again, like they may be a little gun shy about it.
Speaker 1 (25:29):
I think that's a.
Speaker 2 (25:29):
Fair concern, you know, being a little gun shy about it,
and especially depending on how recently he got out of
the relationship.
Speaker 1 (25:36):
It's it's kind of interesting that this is new territory,
especially right now.
Speaker 2 (25:39):
I don't know if it's post pandemic that everybody in
the waters is freshly divorced. So you ask yourself, you know,
what does that mean for a person who's never been
married to be dating somebody in that space, And I
mean honesty and asking him what's going on. But I
think you're right, Zoe, and a little bit of a
hesitation because I don't think he knows what he wants.
In my experience, they generally don't know what they want,
(26:02):
so it's kind of harder for someone who does to
maneuver that type of relationship.
Speaker 1 (26:07):
And be an interesting situation to be in. I'm married,
but if I wasn't, if we had, if we ended
up getting a divorced or whatever, and I got back
into the dating world, my head would think right now
that I would probably be like, I'm never going down
that road again, right, but maybe I would, So I
would also be very confused. I would be a confused
little stallion like Elliott is. He was stabled up for
(26:28):
a long time. Ze you know, I know now he's
out there running around the field and has no idea
what he's doing. It's like, is it worth roping him
when you know he needs to be wild? Yeah?
Speaker 9 (26:39):
Right?
Speaker 16 (26:40):
Is it hurts?
Speaker 1 (26:40):
Let me tell you?
Speaker 17 (26:43):
Yeah, And don't I don't want to like waste a
bunch of my time and potentially get really.
Speaker 18 (26:48):
Attached to someone.
Speaker 1 (26:49):
Well, thank you for telling us why you're ghosting him.
I mean I wonder where it says at, don't do you?
Do you ever want to find out where Elliot's head
is at? With everything I do?
Speaker 17 (26:59):
I actually I really do, and like I guess, like
I kind of I feel like I want to apologize
to him because ghost think someone is rude and like
I don't feel like that's not me, But I don't know,
I feel kind of bad about it because he really
is awesome, Like he's.
Speaker 18 (27:14):
A cool guy, and yeah, yeah, I do want to know.
Speaker 1 (27:18):
Okay, cool. That's handy because he's actually on the phone
and has been listening this whole time and wants to
talk to you.
Speaker 18 (27:26):
Hello, Hi, Elliott.
Speaker 4 (27:31):
How's it going? Well?
Speaker 9 (27:34):
Good?
Speaker 18 (27:36):
I'm sorry, I feel bad.
Speaker 4 (27:38):
Oh, don't feel bad.
Speaker 2 (27:39):
I get it.
Speaker 17 (27:40):
It.
Speaker 20 (27:40):
Uh, it's weird. It's weird for me being divorced, and
I never wanted to be divorced. But that also means I,
you know, I am. I didn't get divorce because I
don't like marriage. I got divorce because I didn't worked
between me and the other person. So you know, I'm
not looking to gray as many pastures. That sounds that
(28:06):
sounds pretty bad.
Speaker 1 (28:08):
I love the analogy, Ellie.
Speaker 2 (28:10):
I feel like I need to apologize to you too,
because I was speculating on how you may be feeling
at this point.
Speaker 1 (28:15):
So I don't want to put words into your mouth.
I want to let you explain yourself honestly.
Speaker 16 (28:19):
Yeah.
Speaker 21 (28:19):
No, So it's like, I don't want to be dating
very long. It's the first date I find the person
I want to spend the rest of my life with,
then that's then that's bully for me and the other person.
It's like, uh, so, no, I'm not looking to date.
I'm looking to find the right person. And I thought
we clicked, so that's why I kind of went down
this route.
Speaker 18 (28:40):
That's awesome. I thought we clicked too.
Speaker 1 (28:44):
That's great, a whole lot of clicking. Good I know, Zoe.
Would you like to go on another date with Elliott?
We'll pay for it?
Speaker 18 (28:51):
Oh my gosh, even better?
Speaker 14 (28:53):
Yes, Yeah, congratulations Elliott, you're getting out of the stable again.
Speaker 1 (29:03):
Yep, Elliott, it's a happy Stallion. I love it. Congratulations
you guys so much fun, right ye.
Speaker 18 (29:16):
Thank you guys.
Speaker 15 (29:18):
Juble's first day follow up powered by the Advocates Injury
Attorney online at Advocateslaw dot com.
Speaker 1 (29:24):
According to TikTok, if you have this one thing in
your name, you are complete crap to date. It's the
jewbile show. It's It's one of six point one. And
what is the one thing that you can have in
your name that will make people not want to date you?
Apparently if it starts with a J, or if it
has a J in it, if it starts with it
(29:47):
starts with a J, apparently you are a complete crap
to date. It's a new trend that's going on TikTok
right now of women sharing the worst name the worst
letters to have start with to date.
Speaker 2 (30:02):
I feel like everybody has even just that name specifically,
even if it's not a letter that you're just like
mm hm toxic.
Speaker 1 (30:07):
Yeah, there's always that one toxic name that you have.
Like you meet someone and you're like, man, they seem amazing,
but they're named Barbara, and I cannot date a bar.
Speaker 2 (30:15):
It's like when you drink geger or something and you
get really sick and you'll never drink Geger again.
Speaker 1 (30:20):
That's what ja names are for some people. Don't go
back or you're gonna get sick. Call us eight eight
eight three four three one o six one eight eight
eight three four three one o six one, text in
four one o six one. What is the one name
that you won't date? What is the toxic name for
you when it comes to dating Nina? What is the
name for you?
Speaker 16 (30:37):
Eric?
Speaker 1 (30:38):
Eric? The name Eric is very toxic for me and
no offense.
Speaker 2 (30:41):
If your name is Eric, I'm sure you're lovely, But
in my experience, Eric's have been bad news.
Speaker 1 (30:47):
How many Erics have you dated? Three? Three? Hmm and
all three of them bad news.
Speaker 2 (30:51):
I don't know why I didn't learn my lesson after
the first two. Another one, an, Let's see how this
one goes.
Speaker 1 (30:58):
I love Eric, Nope, what is it?
Speaker 3 (31:02):
So?
Speaker 1 (31:02):
I wonder what it is about?
Speaker 7 (31:03):
Eric, I don't know.
Speaker 1 (31:04):
I don't know what it is about them.
Speaker 2 (31:05):
It's like they they have two personalities or like two faces,
you know what I mean, Like you see one side
of it and then when they leave you, there's a
whole other thing going on. It's like, I don't know,
A secret life is what it felt like with all
of them.
Speaker 1 (31:17):
Actually, Wow, So every single Eric out there is living
a double life.
Speaker 2 (31:22):
Well, I, like I said, if your name is Eric,
no offense, maybe you're a great fun But if you
have a double life, Eric, you know who we're talking about.
Speaker 1 (31:30):
We're talking about the worst dating names. There's a new
trend on TikTok with women are sharing the names of
the people that are the worst to date, and it
says if you have a J name, you are the worst.
So that would be me apparently, J. And I gotta
think based on my dating life, I must be horrible
(31:50):
to date. I think I'm good to date at first, right,
everybody is, Yeah, that's true, everybody is, But I, yeah,
I must be terrible to date. I feel like I'm
not fun to have Relationshiphould we have like self reflection moment,
You're not fun? I don't know, because I am fun
like I don't. I'm laid back. But also I'm too
laid back. I've noticed that's a problem for me in relationships.
(32:13):
Is I'm so laid back. I really, honestly, I don't care.
I'm happy doing everything. So it's like, sure, I'll go
to this place or we can stay home. I don't care.
I'm having fun no matter what, right, except it makes
you kind of unattractive if you don't make decisions or
also if you don't go. Yes, I want to go. Yeah,
(32:34):
it's frustrating, right, Like, what are we gonna eat for dinner?
Can you just pick? Yeah? That's that's all. And I
don't care about food. I like to go to restaurants
every once in a while, I choose something. For the
most part, I only just eat because I have to
to survive. So it's like, true, I still have never
seen a me eat. I'm pretty much stopped eating now,
(32:55):
like I have, I have two. I don't understand. It
shakes a day and that's about it. And I feel
whatever makes you feel good. I got fun to date,
though that wouldn't be fun to date. Do you want
to go to this new dinner place? Not really, I'm
gonna make a shake at ten o'clock before a bit,
you know, not interesting? Yeah, but then I have learned
too though with it's not even indecisive. But let's say
I'm going somewhere, right, I don't ever like to make
(33:17):
anybody go anywhere. I don't like to make people do
things they don't want to do. So if I had,
let's say a work function, and I'm married now, but
if I my wife or girlfriend or whatever, if I
had to go to this work thing, I would be like,
do you want to go? It's also cool if you don't, right,
And that causes a problem though that I'm always like
(33:38):
that because I legit don't want you to go if
you're gonna be bored or you're not going to enjoy yourself, right, Well,
why would they go if you don't want them to go,
like you should want them to be there.
Speaker 6 (33:47):
That's exactly the argument that I've had a million times
in my relationship.
Speaker 1 (33:53):
I'm just like, no, I always want you to go,
but also I want you to be happy and chill,
like you know, I don't want to tell you to
go to something you don't want to go to. I
don't want to actually, No, I don't want you there
if you don't want to be there. So it just
it's a lot. It's I'm already frustrated. Can you care
about something? And now Nina has a problem with another
guy with a K eight eight three four three on
(34:19):
a six one. What is the worst name for you
to date? We're talking about a new trend on TikTok
where women are sharing the worst names to date, and
it says men with a J name are the worst
to date according to women on TikTok. Victoria, what's the
worst name for you?
Speaker 3 (34:34):
I was trying to think of a name, and if
I'm being honest, I can't remember a lot of a name.
Speaker 1 (34:41):
That does not surprise.
Speaker 7 (34:43):
I feel so bad.
Speaker 2 (34:46):
I don't know it's really true. She sent me a
message and she's like, I think I just met a boy.
I really like he's really great, And I'm like, Victoria,
what's his name?
Speaker 1 (34:53):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (34:55):
I feel bad, but also don't feel bad because obviously
there are a few names.
Speaker 1 (35:01):
I just can't think of them. They weren't that memorable?
Speaker 10 (35:05):
Cool?
Speaker 11 (35:06):
All right?
Speaker 1 (35:06):
Well, the one that's memorable probably the worst one of date. Yeah, Brad,
what's the worst name to date?
Speaker 9 (35:12):
For you.
Speaker 13 (35:13):
Yeah, for me, it's it's always a weird name. So
if they have a funky name, I try to stay away.
Like there was an Allegra one time, allergy it is
it's also human a.
Speaker 1 (35:26):
Pretty name actually, yeah, a Disney princess.
Speaker 13 (35:29):
They all they are always a little bit weird really yeah, yeah,
a little bit on the edge of ruining your life.
And so Allegra is up there also, uh any Nataliees
so Natalie, Yeah, always a little bit crazy.
Speaker 10 (35:47):
The Jubil Show on demand Jeubels Dirty Little Secret?
Speaker 4 (36:02):
Hello, Hey, what's up.
Speaker 16 (36:05):
Nothing?
Speaker 1 (36:06):
Do you have a dirty little secret? Yeah, let's hear it.
Speaker 16 (36:11):
So this one time I ordered Dominoes and then when
they came to drop it off, they said I had
to pay for it, but I said I paid for
it online. And I was kept like doing that for
like almost a week until they updated their systems and
then I could get no work for the pizza until
I got banned from every domino.
Speaker 10 (36:34):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (36:35):
How did they find out you were sealing pizza?
Speaker 16 (36:37):
Because I ordered it online and then I used like
random names and numbers and had it delivered to my school.
And then after they found out, Uh, they said I
had to pay for the pizza or I can't like
buy anymore. But this one time I had my friend
pay for the pizza, and I guess I'm not like
(36:58):
bands on it anymore.
Speaker 1 (37:01):
Do your parents know that you did this? No, that's
your dirty little secret. Can I ask how old you are? Fifteen? Man?
That was a hustle though, huh yeah?
Speaker 16 (37:14):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (37:15):
Did you share the pizza at least?
Speaker 16 (37:16):
Yeah? Friends?
Speaker 1 (37:18):
Oh dude, that's nice to you. Hey, you know what,
you should be proud of yourself because you have a
hustle mindset, right if you use it though for you know,
this is pizza, right, but down the road use that
thing for good, starting a business or whatever. You've got
the right mindset, you know. Yeah, like the legal yeah,
the legal way. What's your favorite kind of pizza anyway?
Speaker 16 (37:41):
Sausage pizza?
Speaker 4 (37:43):
Yum?
Speaker 1 (37:44):
Sounds delicious. Will you order us one right now?
Speaker 4 (37:49):
All right?
Speaker 1 (37:50):
Thanks for telling us your dirt little secret?
Speaker 7 (37:51):
Man?
Speaker 1 (37:52):
Yeah, yep, bye?
Speaker 10 (37:54):
What's your dirty little secret? The text cebol to four
one oh sixty one The Jubil Show on demand.
Speaker 1 (38:01):
Mister Jewel Show and he's performing at the Kentucky Derby
coming up this weekend. Of course, you know him he's
been in the game forever. I'm talking about T. I
is on Zoom with us right now. I don't know
what he's doing right now. What is happening? I'm not
sure anyway, he's on He's on ZIM, they said at
the Zoom calls.
Speaker 3 (38:21):
And.
Speaker 1 (38:22):
It looks like it looks like he's somewhere anyway. Hey, T,

Speaker 4 (38:28):

Speaker 7 (38:29):
So I gets in the cup. Man, I gotta do
this interview right cool? Where you going rid with me?
Speaker 1 (38:36):
And you guys more to go?
Speaker 7 (38:38):
Okay, we'll wait for you.
Speaker 10 (38:41):
My bad.
Speaker 1 (38:42):
It's all good. Man, handle your business where you are
right now? T? I'm okay, wait T. I thanks for
taking the time. I know you're in a restaurant eating
with your son, right yeah? The money man, you are busy?
D I well try that to let no grass grow
on to my feet?
Speaker 19 (38:58):
You know?
Speaker 1 (38:58):
Yeah? Do you ever stop?
Speaker 7 (39:00):
Stop?
Speaker 5 (39:00):
What?
Speaker 1 (39:01):
When do you rest?
Speaker 7 (39:02):
Rest? These are all foreign concepts stopping rest? How can
I say this? I just became synonymous with hard work.
Speaker 9 (39:15):
Ever since I came in, it just always felt like
in order for me to feel as though I was
optimizing my opportunities, it just always got to be turning
this success into the next success, pulling fruit and planting seeds.
Just because these trees now bear fruit, that does not
(39:36):
mean it's not time to plant new seeds.
Speaker 1 (39:38):
You did what I'm saying absolutely.
Speaker 9 (39:41):
You know, this year marks twenty years of trap music,
So for at least twenty to twenty two years, I've
been just programmed in, conditioned to keep my feet moving,
keep my head down and working continuously.
Speaker 7 (39:56):
And that's just what I've been doing.
Speaker 1 (39:57):
I like that about you, though, because you are evolving,
continue to grow, you continue to evolve. And the new
song that's out we just listened to it is dope.
Speaker 7 (40:05):
Man.
Speaker 1 (40:05):
Tell us a little bit about that.
Speaker 7 (40:06):
Is that active with Kevin Gates and Man, you know
what I'm saying.
Speaker 9 (40:10):
Gates and that man, we've developed, you know, a big brother,
little brother relationship.
Speaker 1 (40:14):
Yeah, and that song is a vibe. I love the
vibe that you create.
Speaker 10 (40:16):
Man.
Speaker 1 (40:16):
Like even right now, let's say you got a t
I interview, you hop on zoom, you're in a restaurant
wrapping up with your son. Now you're in the car driving.
You know, it's like you're talking to your homie on
FaceTime or something.
Speaker 7 (40:26):
Well, you know what first about it? What I'm gonna do. Man,
I'm gonna pull over. I'm gonna cut my call. I
can't really hit you that will.
Speaker 1 (40:33):
Yeah, self service man, I should have drove a different card.
Speaker 7 (40:38):
Conduct the interview. Hi, t I.
Speaker 2 (40:42):
I mean, you know opportunities are coming up and we
know you're gonna be doing the Derby? So how much
rest do you think you need before you pop up
at the Derby?
Speaker 1 (40:48):
With everybody?
Speaker 7 (40:49):
I'm more automatic, you know what I mean? It hit
the stage of perform That's something that I do.
Speaker 9 (40:52):
Sake in nature this and plus you know the energy
of the crowd is that's what's going to fuel my performance.
Speaking of vibes in exchange of vast is what a
performance is. It's what a custort is, you know what
I mean?
Speaker 15 (41:02):
I love that.
Speaker 2 (41:03):
The other important question I have for you TI the
Kentucky Derby it's almost like a fashion show?
Speaker 1 (41:08):
Do you already know what you're gonna wear?
Speaker 7 (41:11):
No, it's what's in me, not what's on me that's important.
Speaker 9 (41:17):
You did and always I'm definitely a connoisseur of fashion.
I've been fortunate enough to own, operate, and design for
two fashion lines of my own. But the main thing is, man,
it's about energy. It's about how you feel at the time.
Speaker 7 (41:32):
You know what I'm saying. So on the day of,
however I'm feeling, is what I be given.
Speaker 9 (41:39):
Whatever ensemble I put together, and whatever it is, I
want you to know, no matter how major.
Speaker 7 (41:43):
Or minute, I just want you to know that them
clothes when before I put them on.
Speaker 10 (41:51):
That part.
Speaker 1 (41:52):
Yeah, I love that quote too, t I. It's what's
in me, not what's on me. And you're performing at
the Kentucky Derby, it's gonna be huge, and tradition women
wear huge floppy loud hats at the Kentucky Derby, So
TI U T I could be inside of a huge
floppy hat, you know, like one of those huge Derby
floppy hats with the mint julip.
Speaker 7 (42:12):
Now, to maintain a significant level of authenticity.
Speaker 9 (42:15):
What would have to happen is I would have to
have the spirit of a big flatyhead.
Speaker 1 (42:21):
That's true. And I think you know what, you have
such a positive, good vibe. I mean, I think that
is the perfect way to describe it. Man, what's your energy,
big floppy hat energy.
Speaker 7 (42:32):
I would take that into fair consideration, you know.
Speaker 1 (42:39):
I love it, Man, I get no's all over the place,
and they're always like that. I will think about that
a real quick Ti. I always like to ask people this,
especially people like you who are an icon in the
music industry. You got all kinds of successful businesses. You're
an entrepreneur, and I'm big on mindset and highlighting positivity,
and I haven't met one person who is successful like
you who has a negative mind mindset. Everybody has setbacks
(43:01):
and problems, for sure, but there's a difference between letting
it beat you or continuing to be positive all the
way through it. So for anybody listening who struggles with that,
what's your mindset? Like Ti, Man, that's a very broad question, man,
super broadle. I mean, bro, I just gotta make it
happen type of manset. I think, you know what, I'm
facedook obstacles.
Speaker 9 (43:20):
I understand that going to be uncertainty, me understanding that
I don't expect things to always go the way that
I anticipate, and I don't expect things to come easy.
So when things get hard, it's like, Okay, I was
waiting on this, you know what I mean. And so
instead of just kind of harping on how difficult.
Speaker 17 (43:39):
It is.
Speaker 7 (43:39):
I just kind of try to find the solve, like
what is the solution to this issue?
Speaker 9 (43:45):
And I think that perspective shifted my energy and my
efficiency and solving problems.
Speaker 1 (43:52):
Broad question, but a beautiful answer makes total sense. Well,
listen to you. I know you got to run. We'll
make sure everybody checks it out because you're performing a
freedom hall on Thursday May fourth. Yes, I'm reading this
because like I can't keep notes in my head with GZA.
Speaker 19 (44:07):
Never never a bad time to floss the ability to read.
I mean, that's really what I was doing. I only
learned it a couple of weeks ago. Last thing, t I,
you said you're done with music after this album. So
next chapter a line of T I huge floppy.
Speaker 1 (44:30):
That official?
Speaker 7 (44:36):
If I do that, what you gonna do?
Speaker 1 (44:38):
You see what I might learn grammar I might learn
like braves me.
Speaker 9 (44:44):
To my final piece of advice for entrepreneurs and creatives,
follow your vision. Okay, don't let nobody talk to you
out of your vision. Your vision is yours for a reason.
Everybody was blessed with gifts. Everybody has a place and
a purpose in the world. And listen, if yours is
big flap ahead, don't give it to me.
Speaker 4 (45:07):
All right.
Speaker 1 (45:08):
First I'm will learn pre algebra and then flop your hats. Hey,
thank you for the time, Bro, appreciate you. Man, Thank you.
Speaker 10 (45:15):
