I'm Ben Parker. Here's what's happening. The trial of Brian
Walsh will begin next week. Wbz's Brook McCarthy with an
update on a judge's ruling today in Norfolk Superior Court.

Judge Diane for Neer said a doctor found that Brian
Walsh is competent after weeks of evaluation at Bridgewater State Hospital,
which means he will stand trial, with jury selections set
to start on Tuesday and opening statements could begin as
soon as December first. The defense had also requested the
trial be moved out of Norfolk County because of extensive
media coverage on Walsh's case, but Judge for Neir denied

three when the defendant was charged in connection with the
victim's murder, and has decreased in frequency over time time,

But update now out of California, where police say college
football coach John Beam has died after he was shot
on campus at Laney College yesterday. He's best known from
Netflix's Last Chance You. Police say a suspect has been arrested.
The mayor, Barbara Lee praised Beam as a mentor and
community leader. Beam was featured in the twenty twenty season

college website, twenty of his players have gone on to
the NFL. President Trump's planning to call on the Justice
Department to investigate ties between Jeffrey Epstein and several Democrats,

The Trump administrations officially withdrawn a rule proposed by the
former Biden administration that would have required airlines to provide
compensation for passengers facing significant delays.

The Department of Transportation says it is withdrawing a Biden
era plan that would have required airlines to compensate passengers
and cover expenses if the passengers are significantly delayed due
to something in the airline's control. The Department saying not
requiring airlines to compensate for long delays allows airlines to
compete on compensation and that it would have been a

burdensome new rule. The airline industry is celebrating the move.
The change does not impact current rules in which passers

clouds as we head into the evening some clearing skies

will fall into the forties in the afternoon. We'll have

a complete season change of their schedule to aligned with
the FIFA World Soccer Calendar. Some soccer fans believe it's
another step toward kicking MLS up to the next level.

are not as like die hard as some other clubs.

Emilio is a soccer fan from Handover and said he's
thrilled about the new summer to spring schedule that'll go

A new study by JP Morgan Private Banks, as twenty
percent of the one hundred and eleven billionaire families office
principal surveyed reported owning controlling stakes in a sports team.
