to suggest that John o'keep was struck by an SUV
based on his testing and the injuries. The prosecution tried
to push back on his testimony.

Brian Wilson was eighty two jury at Harvey Weinstein's retrial,
reaching a partial verdict. CBS's Matt Piper with more.

and six, but jurors acquitted Weinstein of another criminal sex
act charge from the same year, and they are to
continue deliberating on a charge that he raped another woman

the trial. The seventy three year old Weinstein did not.

in California, said to Democrats grilling Defense Secretary Pete Heggsath
about the National Guard troops who've been deployed to Los Angeles.

Pete Hegseth told Rhode Island Democrat Jack Read the military
mobilization in California is legal and constitutional.
