Karen Reid's murder retrial and debtam. Wbz's Emma Friedman is

The last witness on the stand was the defense's crash expert,
doctor Andrew Renschler. He said that there is no evidence
to suggest that John o'keep was struck by an SUV
based on his testing and the injuries. The prosecution tried
to push back on his testimony.

big picture. It's not just physics. It's considering all of
the evidence.

Brian Wilson was eighty two jury at Harvey Weinstein's retrial,
reaching a partial verdict. CBS's Matt Piper with more.

The jury convicted the former studio boss of forcibly subjecting
a woman to a criminal sexual act in two thousand
and six, but jurors acquitted Weinstein of another criminal sex
act charge from the same year, and they are to
continue deliberating on a charge that he raped another woman
in twenty thirteen. All three accusers took the stand during
the trial. The seventy three year old Weinstein did not.

Weinstein was already in prison due to a separate conviction
in California, said to Democrats grilling Defense Secretary Pete Heggsath
about the National Guard troops who've been deployed to Los Angeles.

Pete Hegseth told Rhode Island Democrat Jack Read the military
mobilization in California is legal and constitutional.

attacked by mobs of people.

Decrying the mobilization, Washington State Democrat Patty Murray pointed to
the President's threat to use very big force against any

the consent of California's state leaders unlawful, unconstitutional, and undemocratic.
