(00:22):
All right, all right, mybad, y'all. Listen. I'm a
big enough man to admit when Imess up, and I messed up,
I accept the blame. I knewwhat I did. I knew that I
shouldn't have done it when I didit, but I did it anyway.
I messed it up. I'm sorry. I made the mistake of saying yesterday
(00:44):
that hopefully by Wednesday, Jim Jordanwill have won the speakership, and in
doing so, I ruined it foreveryone. At this time, Jim Jordan
still has not yet won the speakership. Again, that's my bad. I
did the same thing with Steve Scalise. I just I keep ruining for these
guys. So where are we rightnow? What updates do we have?
Well, as suspected, we hadthe vote on Tuesday, Jim Jordan was
(01:07):
like twenty votes short of what heneeded. Just to we're clear, these
guys are all voting for different Republicans. They're not voting for a Democrat or
anything. We haven't seen that happenyet. I'm not going to say that's
not going to happen, because thisis politics. Anything could happen. You
never really know. There has beena lot of talk about maybe they'll vote
(01:29):
for a Democrat or they'll put HakeemJefferies in. I don't see that happening.
I mean, there's Rhino and thenthere's just straight up being a Democrat.
And I don't think any Republican inthe House of Representatives right now is
actually stupid enough to throw their careeraway by voting for Hakim Jeffries to be
the Speaker of the House. Isee why people would think that, because
(01:49):
at this point the Republican establishment haslost so much trust. I don't see
that being a reality. I mean, these people aren't stupid, and at
the end of the day, theirmain goal is always stay in power.
And I think every single Republican inthe House of Representatives is smart enough to
know that they will not stay inpower if they're stupid enough to vote for
a Democrat to be the Speaker ofthe House. I just don't see that
(02:10):
happening. This uniparty deal with liketwenty or so Democrat or Republicans voting for
a Democrat or for a Rhino candidate, that hasn't happened yet. Most of
these guys are still voting for likeKevin McCarthy because there's still butt hurt that
he got ousted. That's what we'reseeing, not a uniparty swooping in and
putting a Democrat or Rhino in thespeakership. I'm not gonna say it's not
(02:31):
going to happen. I don't predictit, and we haven't seen it happen
yet. So as of right now, there still is not a speaker in
the House of Representatives, and honestly, I don't necessarily see that entirely as
a bad thing. Would it benice to have a speaker? Would it
be nice to demonstrate to the worldthat hey, the Republican Party has itself
figured out and we can manage andwe can govern. Yeah, that would
(02:53):
be great. But if the RepublicanParty can't govern well, then it's better
that nobody does it. I thinkit's pretty safe to see that the Democrat
Party is not going to govern well. And if we have to choose between
the Democrats running things and nobody runninganything at all, sure, let's just
shut it all down. I'm anavid libertarian. I have no problem with
the House of Representatives being completely stalledout for an indefinite amount of time.
(03:15):
I mean, this gridlock is farbetter than having the Democrats in charge.
The uncomfortable reality that nobody on theleft or right ever likes to talk about
or recognize is that our system wasactually designed to be gridlocked. People always
get worked up when nothing gets donein Congress, but that's how the Founding
Fathers wanted it to be. There'sa reason it's so difficult for Congress to
(03:38):
do anything. There's a reason there'sso many checks and balances. The Founding
Fathers wanted the gridlock. I mean, that's the whole reason we have things
like state and local governments where it'sa lot easier for stuff to get done.
The places where the most stuff issupposed to get done are the least
centralized places. And that's why whenthese gridlocks and these government shut downs happen
(04:00):
and it doesn't really affect you.Was your life really affected by the last
government shut down? Is your lifereally being affected all that much? Right
now? Tell me since Kevin McCarthygot kicked out as speaker, has your
day to day changed at all?I mean, maybe you check Twitter for
news updates a little bit more, but other than that, everybody's still going
about their daily lives. At leastI am. I mean, so much
political commentary right now is oh mygosh, the Conservatives are making themselves look
(04:25):
so bad because they can't govern LottieDotty Doat, and Republicans are running away
from that. I don't think theyshould be. Republicans in the House should
be sitting there saying, hey, this is what the process is. This
is how it's supposed to work. It's supposed to be good lucked, it's
supposed to be shut down. We'reworking through it so that we can get
the major stuff done. But onthe grand scheme of things, this really
(04:46):
doesn't matter all that much. Ifyou guys want to be freaked out about
something, look to your local politics, look to your state politics, and
get worked out about that, becausethat's what really affects you the most on
your day to day level. SoI really wish Republicans would stop playing into
the this game that the media andthe Democrats are playing. And I really
hope everyone out there isn't really buyinginto this all that much, because on
(05:06):
a day to day level, thisreally just does not matter all that much.
Right now. It's like a governmentshut down. Eventually they will find
a speaker, it will happen, there will not be a speaker. And
if something major happens and we reallyneed a speaker, like if there's a
terror attack in the United States andwe have to declare war on somebody,
I guarantee you they will find aspeaker like that, somebody will figure something
(05:28):
out, there will be a dealcut, and when we actually really need
to have a speaker, we willhave one. And until that happens,
I promise you, the Globe willcontinue to spend. Your life will go
on. It's not worth you completelyfreaking out about constantly. Oh my god,
we need a speaker. We needone right now. This is so
bad looking. We're embarrassing ourselves. You'll be fine, all right, go
about your daily business. When there'sa speaker. I'll let you know.
(05:50):
You'll be okay. As of rightnow, I don't know when that will
be. I frankly don't really careall that much anymore. At this point,
Jim Jordan has now had two votes. They both failed. He's sitting
around this I think this time helost two people. Yesterday he had twenty
votes against him. Today he's gottwenty two votes against him. I really
don't think that that's a big signof something major happening. I think that's
(06:11):
this is the backroom politics of itall. These are just everybody cutting deals
with everybody else to try and musterup the votes, which is what happens
when you have a thin margin. At this point, there's still only major
candidate that's in the race right nowfor how speaker is Jim Jordan. So
I don't think that there's going tobe another major upset like him dropping out
or something. We'll probably see somemore bigger results by the end of the
(06:32):
week. But I'm not going tosay anything definitively because I don't want to
jinx it again. I mean,we've kind of reached the point where nothing
would surprise me, so I'm notgoing to say anything because I don't want
bad things to happen. I ruinedit for Steve's gleeze. I ruined it
for Jim Jordan the first time.I'm not going to say anything. All
I'll say is we'll see what happens, all right. I'm not here.
It is my fingers across, I'mknocking on wood all the stuff. If
(06:53):
it happens again, don't blame me, all right, all right, we
haven't seen a lot of people reallytalking about the speaker's race over kind of
this morning and yesterday. Why isthat Well, because of the rocket that
hit the Gaza hospital allegedly. Sothis right here is like exhibit A of
why I don't try to do adaily show, because if I tried to
cover this yesterday when it first happened, it would have been a disaster and
(07:15):
I would have had to spend theentire day today making corrections, And to
be quite honest with you, Iam far too lazy to deal with all
that. So now that we've hadtime and the news has broken and the
updates have come out and all thatstuff, I'm gonna give you the lowdown.
Here is what happened yesterday. Arocket allegedly hit and destroyed a hospital
in Gaza, and it was atthe time said that like five hundred people
(07:39):
had died. Immediately, Hamas, through the Palestini Authorities Health Ministry, came
out and said that Israel did it. Now it's important to clarify this,
I say. Hamas made the statementthrough the Palestinian Authority. The Palastinian Authority,
if you're not familiar, runs Palestine. That's the governing body there.
It's run by Hamas. It is, that's an objective fact. Nobody disagree
(08:00):
with that, at least not ifthey have two brain cells to rub together.
So the Palestinian Authorities Health ministry saidIsrael launched this rocket that hit this
hospital and killed five hundred thousand people, which effectively means Hamas said that.
Hamas just used other channels to sayit. It's the equivalent of me saying
the Democratic Party said this, whenit was CNN that said it. Yeah,
CNN said it. The Democrats runCNN. Let's stop playing games with
(08:22):
each other. We know what's goingon here. So normally, in a
situation like this, where you havea rocket kill allegedly some five hundred civilians
and then an actual terrorist organization says, hey, those guys did it,
you would take a step back andyou would think, Okay, this is
really bad if it's true. Butlet's wait for the facts to come out,
because these guys are actually terrorists andwe probably shouldn't be trusting them as
(08:46):
a news source. They're just they'rejust probably not the most reliable people rights.
That's what you would say. Well, that's not what the entire Western
media said. The entire world, especially here in the United States, was
just like, oh, Hamas said, Israel did it seems legit. I
trust them, Sure, let's rollwith that. And then they just ran
with it. Well, surprise, surprise, this is gonna blow your mind.
(09:07):
You're not ready for this. Takea seat right now if you're not
sitting, because this is gonna knockyou off your feet. The Palestinians were
probably lying about it like breaking news. You can't trust the terrorists. Who
would have thought, who could havepossibly guessed, never saw it coming.
I for the record, when Iheard that Hamas said this, I trusted
them completely. We've never known themto do anything untrustworthy. We've never known
(09:30):
them to actually bomb and attack civilians. So them saying that Israel attacks civilians,
I didn't suspect a thing. Mytrust is broken, truly, truly
it is. Of course, wenow know for pretty dang sure that Israel
didn't do it, which led tomagnificent things like the New York Times had
to go in and changed their headlinefrom Israeli airstyke hits gas a hospital,
(09:52):
killing five hundred. Palestinian Health ministrysays they changed that to Israel and Palestinians
blame each other for blasts at Gazahospital that killed hundreds, So why did
it change? Right after this happened, Israel came out and said, look,
this is tragic. We're looking intothe situation. We're gonna figure out
what happened. We're investigating right now. But Israel doesn't target hospitals. That's
(10:16):
not a thing that we do.And then they proceeded to release a bunch
of videos that appear to show abunch of rockets being fired out of Gaza
flying right over said hospital. Now, the reason that's important is because Hamas
has a long and proud history ofshooting rockets at Israel and then those rockets
crapping out and not even making itout of Gaza City and hitting Gaza civilians.
(10:39):
That's a common thing that has beenhappening for years. I mean,
their weapons are kind of garbage. We've known that for a long time.
Their rockets suck. So when youfire a barrage of rockets at Israel that
sailed right over a hospital, andthese rockets are known for crapping out and
hitting things they're not supposed to,and then magically a hospital has exploded and
no he knows what happens. Ican take a guess as to what happens.
(11:03):
I mean, just rubbing my braincells together, I can connect the
dots, and now I trust whatIsrael says a lot more than I trust
what Hamas says. But it's worthpointing out this is a war. Both
sides have an angle to play.So who's the objective party here? There
isn't one. To a certain extent. Everything that both parties say, both
Hamas and Israel is at some levelgoing to be propaganda. So how do
(11:26):
we know what really happened? Whoseintelligence can we really trust? Well,
American intelligence is usually pretty trustworthy. And Joe Biden just said that Hamas fired
the rockets. Here he is sayingthat in a televised sit down conversation that
he had with Benjaminitton Yahoo. Ifyou didn't know, he's in Israel right
now. He's doing a Middle Easttour trying to stop everybody from attacking each
(11:46):
other and attacking us. For therecord, So here's Joe Biden with bb
Nitt Yahoo saying, we know youguys didn't shoot those rockets. I was
deeply said and outraged by the explosionas a hospital in Kazi yesterday. Based
on what I've seen, it appearsas though it was done by the other
team, not you. But there'sa lot of people out there not sure.
(12:09):
So we've got a lot We've gotto overcome a lot of things,
and also means encouraging life saving capacityto help the palestudiants who are innocent caught
in the middle of this. Andwell, anyway, that's who we are,
not just me, but I mean, that's who the United States is.
(12:31):
And so if the last half ofthat clip kind of confused you a
little bit, you're not alone.I to be fair, I've watched this
like four times and I can't exactlyfigure out what he's saying. He sounds
like he's asleep. But in thefirst half of the clip, which is
a little bit more perceivable, heclearly says he's been looking at the military
intelligence that we have, and ourAmerican military intelligence is the best in the
(12:54):
world. There's no doubt about that. So with every ounce of government skepticism
that I have, when it comeseither Israel or Hamas fired this rocket,
and if our US military intelligence indicatesthat it was Hamas, that's a pretty
good sign that it was probably Hamas. But of course any person would be
stupid to take the government at theirwords. So let's examine the history of
(13:15):
fact patterns that we have. DoesIsrael have a history of going out of
their way to blow up hospitals forno good reason at all? No they
don't, we know that. DoesHamas have a history of shooting rockets that
crap out and hit civilian targets?Yes, yes they do. This has
been happening for years. So militaryintelligence is lining up with just common sense
observations, so we can safely sayif that hospital got blown up, it
(13:39):
was probably by Hamas. Now Idid say if, And the reason I
have been using these allegedly words andthese if words and these maybe words is
because it is now very likely possiblethat this actually didn't even happen at all.
Now I'm not going to speak towhether or not this is all a
fact, because I just don't know. But it is now incredibly possible that
(14:01):
the hospital may not have actually beendestroyed, and there is a pretty good
chance that this mass casualty event thatwe were led to believe happened actually didn't
happen at all. There's been alot of pictures and some videos surfacing on
Twitter today of the hospital still standingcompletely fine. What these pictures seem to
(14:22):
show is that the hospital parking lotgot hit with some sort of missile or
something, and like it completely friedthese cars, and there was a little
bit of exterior damage to some ofthe buildings that are part of this hospital.
All the buildings are still standing. And I haven't seen any pictures or
anything yet of any rescue workers onthe scene. I've seen videos of people
(14:43):
on the ground saying there haven't beenany rescue workers here at all. Now.
Of course, take all this witha grain of salt, because this
is all just coming from Twitter,so we don't know the legitimacy of it.
We just can't say for sure. But we have seen unverified evidence that
this actually didn't even really happen,And like big accounts like Matt Walsh and
(15:03):
Tim Poole have been talking about this, have been pointing out these pictures and
videos saying, hey, are webeing lied to right now? And if
you want to see them, they'reup on my Twitter. I reposted them
so you can go see them, you can look at it, you can
make your own judgment. I highlyencourage you to do that my Twitter will
be in the description of this episode, so you can go see those pictures
for yourself. But honestly, atthis point, everything we hear about this
(15:24):
Gaza news story take with a grainof salt. What we do know if
the hospital was destroyed, we knowIsrael didn't do it. That's pretty much
it. All right. There wasa bunch of big news out of Arkansas
yesterday that unfortunately got drowned out byall of the everything else happening. But
I think it's very important that wediscuss it, and I think it's worthy
(15:45):
of our time and attention. Forquite a while, we have been talking
about the threat of how much ofAmerica does China own. And I'm not
talking about just like the debt andthe normal stuff. I'm talking about like
actual land, actual businesses and companiesthat are doing god only knows what here
in the United States and they're ownedand operated by the Chinese. We know,
(16:06):
of course, that for quite along time China has been buying up
a lot of American farmland and doingresearch and stuff like that in America in
the vicinity of military bases, andthere's been a lot of theories kind of
thrown out there as to what exactlythey're doing, why they're doing it here
in America, and or of coursethe Republicans will like seasonally make a big
(16:27):
deal out of this. Every nowand again it'll crop up into the headline,
somebody will be talking about it,and then the Democrats will say,
it's not that big of a deal. Ignored, we have other things going
on, and it's kind of becomea partisan issue, which I really don't
think it should be. I thinkpeople that are objectively America's enemies on the
world stage, which China is,whether you like it or not, they
(16:47):
are a threat to us. Theyare a problem. They should not own
land here in America, least ofall expensive farmland that could be benefiting American
citizens. We could be growing cropsfor Americans on that farmland. American companies
could be taking advantage of that farmlandto build the American economy. But instead,
land here in America is owned byChinese businesses which are run by the
(17:11):
Chinese government and are benefiting the Chinesegovernment to the detriment of our people and
the Chinese people. This is agood opportunity to remind you that the Chinese
government does not work to the benefitof the Chinese people. The Chinese government
works to the benefit of the Chinesegovernment, and the Chinese people are forced
to also work to the benefit ofthe Chinese government and Americans and American farmland
(17:33):
should not be a part of thatequation at all. There should be no
land in the United States owned bya foreign government at all, but especially
not the Chinese one. And Irecognize that we should be welcoming to businesses
all over the place. We needforeign businesses to build our economy. There
is a big difference between a foreignbusiness owning some land and doing business in
America than a foreign government. Justin case you don't understand how it works,
(17:55):
the Chinese government effectively runs every businessbased in China, which means if
it's Chinese business owns land in America, that land is owned by the Chinese
government. I am all about foreigncompanies coming in and doing business with us,
owning land, helping us grow oureconomy, so long as those businesses
aren't run by their communist governments, which is the case with China. So
this leads us to what happened yesterdayin Arkansas. The Republican governor they are
(18:19):
Sarah Huckeby Sanders. You'll know heras Donald Trump's former press secretary. You
don't know her as the Governor ofArkansas because nobody knows who the governor of
Arkansas was, or is, orwill ever be, because nobody knows anything
about Arkansas. But Sarah Huckeby Sanders, the Governor of Arkansas, has now
forced this Chinese seed research company togive up the land that they own in
(18:41):
Arkansas. So here she is makingthat announcement. I'm announcing that Sinjenta,
a Chinese state owned agra chemical company, must give up its land holdings in
Arkansas. Sanjenta owns one hundred andsixty acres in northeast Arkansas, which it
uses primarily for seed research. Thecompany that own Singenta, Kim China,
is also on the Department of Defence'slist of Chinese military companies, posing a
(19:07):
clear threat to our state, seeds, our technology. Chinese state owned corporations
filter that technology back to their homeland, stealing American research and telling our enemies
how to target American farms. Thatis a clear threat to our national security
and to our great farmers, especiallysince the Chinese government enacted a law in
(19:30):
twenty seventeen, requiring Chinese citizens abroadto collaborate with their country's security officials on
intelligence work with no questions asked. We will make sure that every company operating
in Arkansas is a friend to Arkansasand good to hardworking ar Kansas Secretary Ward
(19:51):
has already notified Singenta about this decision. If they refuse to sell, our
Attorney General can move forward with legalproceeds and force them to get out of
our state. Arkansas will always protectour farmers and our national security interest.
So this is obviously great news andwhat I would expect to see from the
(20:14):
left in response to this, justbecause this is the way they are.
It's the unfortunate reality. Usually whena move like this is made, they're
immediately going to scream xenophobia. Thisisn't xenophobia. This is simply the protection
of America's national security. And shemakes the great point. Listen, these
people are obligated by their government toaid their government in undermining American national security.
(20:37):
I really don't think that there isanyone that would disagree with the sentiment.
Anyone is more than welcome to cometo the United States legally, become
a citizen, start a business, and work here in America, own land
here in America, and build abetter live for yourself. But if you're
coming in just to filter information thatcould be detrimental to the United States to
a government that is hostile to theUnited States, then you shouldn't be allowed
(21:00):
to do that, and we shouldbe doing everything we can possibly do to
stop you from doing that, includingpreventing you from owning American land and using
that American land to destroy the UnitedStates. So this is a great move
from the governor of Arkansas. Iwant one hundred percent support this. We
need more of this. We needsomething like this on a federal level.
Every single state should be taking stepsto do stuff exactly like this, because
(21:23):
I bet you there's a Chinese linkedcompany that's owned by the CCP that is
owning land and doing something they shouldn'tbe in just about every state in America.
And if we're going to be acountry that pretends to take national security
seriously, the first thing that weshould be doing is shutting those companies down
or at least forcing them to selltheir American land, just like Arkansas is
(21:44):
doing. So one hundred percent moreof this. Hats off to Sarah Huckabee
Sanders and the rest of the entiregovernment of Arkansas that made this happen.
This is a good move that wewant, hundred percent need to be seeing
more of. All right, thatis going to do it for the show
today, I want to thank youall very much for listening. We will
of course be keeping a close eyeon the speaker's race. There will no
(22:06):
doubt be updates. I don't knowwhat they will be on Friday, but
we will be bringing them to you. Of course, as always, the
Instagram and the Twitter are going tobe in the description of today's episode.
I'd really encourage you to go checkout those pictures I talked about. They'll
be there on my Twitter. Imight put them up on Instagram, but
I don't know what the rules arefor showing those pictures on Instagram. I
know Instagram is a lot more strict. But as always, reach out to
(22:26):
me if you have anything to sayabout the show, any comments, suggestions,
improvements, you hate me because I'mterrible, any of that. I'd
love to hear your feedback. Asalways, thank you very much for listening,
and I will see you on Fridayfor more of the Next Gen Report.
