Speaker 1 (00:00):
This hour of programming on seven tenbr He's sponsored by
Toyota City and Mamaranac and Nissan City of port Chester,
proud members of the Integrity Automotive Group. Now former Westchester
County Executive Rob Astarita on seven ten.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
Will continue overnight to fight to make sure that every
vote is counted, that every voice has spoken, so you
won't hear from the Vice president tonight.

Speaker 3 (00:53):
Frankly, this was I believe the greatest political movement of
all time. There's ever been anything like this in this
country and maybe the old and now it's going to
reach a new level of importance because we're going to
help our country heal.

Speaker 4 (01:12):
We're going to help our country.

Speaker 3 (01:13):
Hell, we have a country that needs help, and it
needs help very badly. We're going to fix our borders,
We're going to fix everything about our country. And we
made history for a reason tonight, and the reason is
going to be just that we overcame obstacles that nobody
thought possible and it is now clear that we've achieved

(01:37):
the most incredible political they Look, what happened is this Fazy.

Speaker 4 (01:51):
America is back baby whoop. Yeah, the room was out
and sweat away all those Democrats. Yeah, bye bye, time
to fix what Biden broke. That's exactly what Donald Trump said,
and it's exactly what the Republicans now have to do.

(02:16):
You go from campaigning, making promises, getting people to vote
for you, which they did in droves, and now you
got to govern and you got to make good on
those promises or you're gonna get thrown out on your ass.
So it is good to be with you, rob Asta
Reno here on seven to ten. Wr Oh wow, what

(02:37):
a week, What a week, What a campaign? What a year?
I mean, just I can't even begin to think back
of all the things that we've been through, just in
this election season where they tried to prevent him from
even getting on the ballot, to the law fair, to

(02:59):
dragging him into courts, state courts in New York and Georgia,
federal court on election interference where they tried to kill him.
It's just unbelievable what we have as a nation, and
Donald Trump personally has been through over the last year. Incredible, incredible.

(03:23):
And you know what, in the end, Americans, they tend
to get it right. We get fooled sometimes, but in
the end, they saw what was happening. They understood very
easily what was going on in this country, why we
were on the wrong path. And if you go back

(03:44):
to last week and consistently on this show, as I've
been telling you, fear not. You know, doctor Rob had
the couch for you, because there were a lot of
times people were wavering. I did not, and I have
to tell you I was pretty steady throughout this campaign.
I did not feel an anyway that Donald Trump was
going to lose this race. Not because that's what I
was hoping for wishing. I'm just looking at it objectively.

(04:09):
You know, Joe Biden was such an f up and
Kamala Harris was right there to f it up with him,
and seventy percent of the country said we're on the
wrong track, including many Democrats. That's number one. Number two,
you take somebody like Kamala Harris, who was a joke
of a vice president, and up until she became the nominee,

(04:32):
a majority of Americans, including Democrats, thought she was a bust,
thought that she should be dumped off the ticket. Remember that.
And then all of a sudden, when they put the
proverbial godfather bullet in Joe Biden's political head, they said Okay,
now you're here because we're stuck with identity politics. Unfortunately,
we've got to have the worst candidate possible to run

(04:57):
against Donald Trump. The threat to democracy. Remember that it
was all about threat to democracy. I'll let you not
a little secret. For those in the exit poles who
were asked about the threat to democracy or believed that
the threat to democracy was their number one issue, Donald

(05:18):
Trump won the vote. People thought there is a threat
to democracy, and the Democrats are it. So it totally backfired.
They weren't talking to anybody in this country except their
little bubble, and nobody wanted to hear it. They're wagging
their fingers at us, telling us were racist, misogynists. We

(05:41):
hate women. Women hate women. Unless you want to bortion
up till nine months. You're a stupid woman. That's what
they're saying. Men are morons. That's what there's I mean.
It was It was clear to see when you take
the emotion out of it, it was very clear for
me to see that this was going to be a route.

Speaker 5 (06:02):
Now.

Speaker 4 (06:03):
I backed it up last week. Remember I went through
every state. I didn't go through state by state. I
did it on paper, and I told you what I thought,
and I thought Donald Trump was going to win twenty
one states. Turns out it was twenty two, and he
was going to get three hundred and two electoral College votes.
It turned out to be three ten. And this is

(06:23):
where I'm really mad at myself. I really am. Oh,
it's bothered me because Trump I had winning six of
the seven of the battleground states when I kind of
knew that Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin generally vote in a block.
You know that blue wall, but they generally vote the same,

(06:47):
And so I gave Pennsylvania to Donald Trump. I felt
very strongly about that from being with Dave McCormick and
Pittsburgh a couple weeks ago and just the intel I
was getting and on the ground, I spend time in Wisconsin,
I spent time in Michigan, and I just I knew it,

(07:07):
and I went against myself on Wisconsin. I was going
back and forth on Michigan and Wisconsin, and I ultimately
gave Michigan to Trump, and I kind of split the
baby and said, ma'am, maybe she'll squeak it out in Wisconsin.
And I was so angry at myself for not sticking
with my gut and giving all of them to him.
But either way, I just objectively knew, because it generally

(07:31):
is like, what about me, meaning you, meaning the voter,
What about me? How are you gonna help me? I'm
not doing well, so by pointing your finger at me
and telling me. You're a bad person if you don't
think abortions should be legal till the ninth month. Or
you're a bad person if you don't think boys should
be changing in girls' locker rooms. Or you're a bad

(07:55):
person if you don't think Donald Trump is a fascist
and a hitler, and you're a bad person. If you're
not going to vote for the first black female presidential candidate,
then you're obviously a racist. Aren't we sick of this junk? Yeah,
we're sick of it. And the voters told them we're

(08:18):
sick of it emphatically on Tuesday. But when they coined
Bidenomics and ran on Bidenomics, when I'm filling up my
gas tank and it's not stopping, the price is going
up and up and up, And when I go to
the supermarket and I'm like, wait a minute, I only
have a couple things in that basket. Why am I?

(08:40):
Why is it one hundred dollars. No matter how many
times she said that, we knew they were full of
you know what, it wasn't. And so when they're pointing
their fingers and telling me open your mouth and eat
this bag of crap, and I don't want to. I
had my choice in a secret ballot and Americans, I mean,

(09:03):
this wasn't even close. And thank god, by the way,
and I am so glad that Donald Trump won the
popular vote because you know, their argument was gonna be, well,
he's illegitimate. This whole electoral college thing is a relic
of the past. It's all racist. It was from the
founding fathers who were read bla blah blah, the popular vote, okay,

(09:24):
because that was an argument last time. Now all of
a sudden, they're just shutting up. In fact, they're crying,
they're whining. But he won the popular vote because Donald
Trump spoke to everyone and his message didn't change. He
didn't go i'm gonna give you this, I'm gonna give
you that, Hey, come on down your next on the

(09:46):
price is right. No, he spoke to everyone, I'm going
to fix what we know is broken, and that's gonna
help you. I don't care if you're gay or straight
or transgender. I know care if you're black or white
or brown or whatever. I don't care where you live,
who you are, what you do. I am going to

(10:07):
fix this economy, turn the flame down in this world
which is putting us all at risk. I'm going to
close this damn border, which everyone understood is a problem
right in front of our face. I'm struggling, you're struggling,
and our government, our government turning our backs, turning their

(10:29):
backs on us, and giving people who do not belong here,
who literally broke the law, and they're getting more rights,
more help than me and you. How do you think
that went over well, it didn't go over well. Hispanics
voted for Trump just about well. They voted forty six

(10:50):
percent from Trump, which is enormous gains. Women married women
overwhelmingly for Trump, and that famous gap with women, No,
it wasn't there. And men came out in droves because
men have been told you know what, you know, you're useless,
You're useless. That male organ you got there, nobody needs it,

(11:12):
We don't need it. Women are just fine without it.
By the way, I love I love you. Gotta look
up on TikTok. This is where TikTok is funny, because
there are these women now who are completely out of
their mind. I mean, let's be honest. These women who
are they're getting their cue from something called South Korean

(11:34):
four B activists, so they're shaving their heads now and
they're opting out of sex with men to punish men
over the next four years for voting for Donald Trump. Literally,
you gotta go on this. It's so funny. They're like,
if you need someone to cuddle or give you a kiss,
I bet you could have your girlfriends do it. And

(11:56):
you don't even need to be gay. It's okay to
be platonic. I don't want to touch you. I'm gonna
have a hit. They're talking about having hysterectomies, these sick
o women because Donald Trump is now president, and as
a way to punish men so they can't have babies. Look,
these are people who obviously need help. But this is

(12:18):
how crazy the left has gotten. And Donald Trump deserves
an enormous amount of credit personally for putting up with
what he put up with. I mean, honestly, would you
or I have done that? With all these lawsuits that

(12:39):
were meant to break him and to make him go broke.
Most people would just be like, I don't need this crap.
I've got a great place called Mara Lago. I'm like
literally on the Atlantic Ocean. I'm I own golf courses.
I could play golf all day. I don't need this.

(12:59):
And he's like a weebel wobble. You just knock him down,
he comes right back up. You cannot keep that guy down,
thank God, because he is the exact person we need
at this moment. Because I tell you and you know it,
and that's why Donald Trump won not only the electoral
but the popular vote. American sensed it. This country and

(13:21):
that's why Donald Trump said, take America back. This country
was very close to being lost for good as we
know it. And I don't mean like you know, oh,
taxes are gonna go up or blah blah blah. I
mean like the Marxism, the communism, the socialism that has
really taken root in the Democratic Party, and all this

(13:44):
transgender nonsense with allowing sexual abuse. And I mean, it's
sickening where we are right now and what has become
normalized by the left and the media, which is one
and the same. But the fact that a twelve year
old can say, I feel like having my you know

(14:06):
what's cut off because I feel different today, and you've
got a major political party instilling that into law. Where
are we? And that was some of the things that
I think were underneath the radar, but did play a
major role in why people said quietly, enough is enough?

(14:30):
Because who would have thought it right? Go back to
January January twentieth. I mean, think about where we were
four years ago when Biden came in and how he
reversed everything, just despite Trump on the board and everything else.
But go back to January sixth, even before that, the
riots and the fact that Donald Trump would never ever

(14:54):
ever get elected again, and the Republican Party is done,
think about where we because they so messed it up,
they so overreached that America thankfully snapped back. The pendulum
swung back, and now it's up to the Republicans. You know,

(15:16):
you get that power, you better do something with it.
And it's not four years you got uh huh, you
got a year. And I know they're putting in the
hundred hour and one hundred day plan to get things done. Thankfully,
they will hold the House even though unfortunately we lost
three seats here in New York Brandon Williams and Syracuse,

(15:38):
Mark Bolin Arrow and Anthony Disposito, both of whom were
on our show last week. Unfortunately lost, but we did
hold seats. We hold the rest of the seats in
Long Island, we hold Mike Lawler's seat. We even picked
up a state Senate seat, by the way, in Brooklyn,
of all places. I mean, think about that for a second.
That actually was a big win for Republicans because they

(16:00):
snap the super majority of the Democrats, which gives them
a little more leverage in dealing with the governor and
everything else. But Steve chan won in Brooklyn. Congratulations to him.
So it was a great night. The Senate now deeply Republican,
at least fifty three seats, maybe a fifty fourth maybe

(16:22):
because Carrie Lake, who I wouldn't say she has a
big chance of winning, but she still has a chance
in Arizona. They hand count every ballot in Arizona. That's
why it takes so long, and there were so many
local propositions that it's just taking a long time. But

(16:42):
she has a shot at winning that seat in Arizona,
and that would be phenomenal if we can get to
fifty four. Oh, I'm just so happy. I honestly, it
was just I'm relieved. I'm happy, just like you are.
And you're more than welcome to call in one eight
hundred three to two one zero seven ten. One eight
hundred and three to two one zero seven ten. And

(17:05):
by the way, if you are like upset, if you're crying,
if you need your safe space and you need a
little pat on the shoulder, and be okay, you voted
for Kamala, you're happy, you know you can call me. Actually,
I'll put you in the front of the line. I'd
love to hear how you're doing. One eight hundred three

(17:25):
two one zero seven ten. Time to celebrate. Rob Asterino
will be right back.

Speaker 6 (17:32):
All right.

Speaker 4 (17:32):
Make sure you follow me on x and Instagram, Facebook,
all those goodies at rob Asterno and check out the podcast,
which is generally just the show. It's turned around and
you can listen to it or forward it to other folks.
You go to seven ten wr dot com the podcast
tab and then my mug pops up the rob Astino Show,

(17:55):
or you just get that iHeart app on your phone
and search the rob Asterine no show, and you can
listen on your phone through the app anywhere you are
in case you're not next to a radio or a computer.
My good buddies at Nissan City in Portchester, they want
you to know that they're happy about the election. Nah,

(18:16):
I didn't say that. I think they are. Anyway, you
can go get a great Nissan because they got huge inventory,
they got all the models, they got the low rates,
good financing offers. They're transparent in everything they do, no
hidden fees, no bs in and out, and they respect you.

(18:38):
They do like Trump, he respected the voters, they respect
their customers. So they are part of the Integrity Automotive
Group and I'm part of that family because I got
my vehicle from them. I'm proud that I did. Easy
to find right on Route one in Portchester, which is
right off to eighty seven or ninety five, Nissancityenide dot com,

(19:00):
Nissan cityen Wyde dot com. You tell them rob Astorino
sent you, and they'll go, who No, hopefully they all
know me over there, and you tell them, yeah, he said,
I'm gonna get five hundred dollars off any vehicle in
stock and they'll say, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, okay, okay,
and they'll do that Nissan City ny dot com the uh,

(19:23):
I'm gonna get your calls in a second at one
eight hundred and three to two one zero seven ten.
I love the reaction from the left. It's just so typical.
You know, they're not going to learn from this. And
you already saw Hocal and Murphy and Newsome, all the

(19:45):
all the leftists tiss James, which was a boring what
she did, but they all went out there. They're starting
their resistance again on q MSNBC, CNN. It's all about
how the hell could he win? We're much smarter than
these stupid Americans. How could they vote for this guy?
And so the resistance has begun. But I just love

(20:09):
I don't know if you called Jimmy Kimmel pathetic. His
show is so unfunny. I can't watch any of these
shows anymore. I wish I could. I mean, I remember
growing up watching Johnny Carson, Jay Leno, David Letterman. You know,
they were funny. Arsenio Hall, they were just really funny

(20:31):
and it was a nice relief from the end of
a day, and they would poke fun at everybody. I
never knew where any of those stood. I didn't. I
have no idea politically where any of those were. In fact,
Jay Leno just I think this week he came out
and he congratulated Donald Trump. He's like, look, I didn't
vote for him, but you know what, I wish him well.

(20:51):
I want him to do well. It's my country too.
And of course he got pounced on, but who cares.
That's the way it should be. That's the way it
should be after an election. But Jimmy Kimmel, I can't
stand any of them. But Kimmel is the worst. He's
the worst of the worst, and it's just not funny anymore.

(21:12):
But so I couldn't wait to Wednesday night to see
this big baby. And here's what he said. It's so sad.
Go ahead, let's be honest.

Speaker 7 (21:23):
It was a terrible night last night. It was a
terrible night for women, for children, for the hundreds of
thousands of hard working immigrants who make this country go,
for healthcare, for our climate, for science, for journalism.

Speaker 4 (21:42):
For justice, for free speech.

Speaker 7 (21:44):
It was a terrible night for poor people, for the
middle class, for seniors, for reli once social security, for
our allies in Ukraine, for NATO or the truth and
democracy and decency. And it was a terrible knight for
everyone who voted against him. And guess what, it was
a bad knight for everyone who voted for him too.

(22:06):
You just don't realize it yet.

Speaker 4 (22:07):
It Yeah, shut the f up. I can't stand him.
You don't even realize how condescending. That's why you lost.
That's why you lost, and that's why you will lose again.
Screw you to everyone who voted for Donald Trump. You

(22:27):
just don't know how stupid you are. That's what he
just told me. Okay, all right, one one hundred and three, two,
one zero seven ten here on the rob Astar Reno Show.
All right, let's start in Brooklyn and TJ. Hey, TJ, Hey, Rob, TJ.

Speaker 5 (22:42):
How are you, sir?

Speaker 6 (22:43):
We've for about forty years, so it's been a good week.

Speaker 5 (22:47):
And uh, you know Lester and now we got see then, Lester,
So I got two great guys in the state houses.
I got a Cuban Greek congress woman, and the only
white supremacy I have is Hocal Gilligram and Summer.

Speaker 8 (23:04):
It's right, but you know.

Speaker 5 (23:05):
The the outrage I noticed they were handing out, you know,
free hubs in Briar Cliff and Chapel Clau the other day.
Those are two of the towns that sued the Feds
for twenty years right to keep low income housing out there.

Speaker 4 (23:18):
Of course, yes, of course. And and also you know,
don't forget Columbia and Harvard where and Georgetown where you
can skip classes on Wednesday because of the emotional distress
of Donald Trump winning. Don't forget those because they're all
a bunch of not only whiners and babies, but they
have shown what is wrong with this country. That's what

(23:41):
this is all part of why Donald Trump won. People,
the adults in the room in this country got off
the couch on Tuesday and said enough period, Okay, go
back to your corner. Stop it. We got things to
do in this country. We got to fix things. Stop it. TJ.
Thanks for the call, kay, the.

Speaker 9 (24:00):
Hi us enough.

Speaker 10 (24:05):
One of the things I wanted to say is that,
you know, the the Democrat Party, they were taken over
by these socialist Democrats, which you can't be a socialist
and a Democrat. You're either a socialist or you're a democrat. Okay,
so they're socialists posing as Democrats. But they went and
they pushed this abortion issue where you could get abortions

(24:27):
in some states to the ninth month, and if the
child was supposed to have been aborted but survived, then
they could take the child and do this pope, you know,
just put it in under the dirty hospital laundry and
not give it anything to survive. And this just angered
so many Christian Americans across the country that Evangelicals, the

(24:51):
born agains, Catholics, everyday, common sense Americans. They pushed so
far and it brought Roe versus Way Way back into
the Supreme Court and took the road versus Way back
and left it to this decision of the States, which
was it where we're supposed to have business. The courts

(25:12):
years about fifty years ago took the powers away from
the states, which was illegal. They usurped the states powers
and this very radical whack of doodle ways caused them
to lose Rose versus Way and it goes to go
back to the States and be voted on according to
the States.

Speaker 4 (25:31):
Thank you, k and Catholics, you know that's always up
for grabs. The Catholic vote. Catholics won, they voted for Trump.
Trump won the Catholic vote, and it wasn't even close.
Thank god, I'm glad two one zero seven ten rob
Astarino here on seven ten wr let us go to

(25:54):
let's see Sondra in New Jersey. You gotta be happy.

Speaker 11 (26:00):
First of all, I want to say you did a
great job covering the election on Newsmax and your prediction
was right on, so that was great. And then I
wanted a comment about Nancy Pelosi and her relationship with
Biden and Kamala. First of all, I can't get over
she's truly a backstabber. First, she tells Biden to get

(26:22):
out of the race. He gets out of the race,
and now she blames him for losing. And not only
does she blame him, she also insults Kamala, who the
other day she was on the phone crying wave and
saying how sorry she was that she lost and with
such good friends. Then she goes and gives her a
jab in the back too.

Speaker 8 (26:40):
Yep, I'll tell your politics.

Speaker 9 (26:43):
Is so terrible.

Speaker 4 (26:44):
Aren't they so loyal? They're such wonderful people. Well, you
know what, they made their bed, now they're sleeping in it.
This is Joe Biden was put up four years ago.
He won because COVID had overturned everything right, and look
a little bit of it was Donald Trump's fault. I mean,

(27:05):
those press conferences were not helpful, but COVID just changed
everything back then, and people were just scared and tired
of the chaos. And Joe Biden they remembered as the
Joe Biden of like fifteen twenty years ago, when he
was kind of a normal guy, scrant and Joe. But
that's not what he became or even knew what he was.

(27:28):
I mean, let's face it. Obviously the guy's not dealing
with a full deck anymore. And they never should have
let him run earlier than he should have gotten out earlier.
But he stayed in long and it kind of threw
them off. And then they installed Kamala and that's it.
I mean, she was horrible from the beginning. They knew

(27:48):
she was horrible, and they were stuck with her. So
at the end, the cream does always rise to the top,
it really does. Let's see, we'll go to Patricia in Brooklynn.
You're next on seven to ten. War Hey, doctor Rob, Yes,
how are you do you need a couch?

Speaker 11 (28:07):
I gotta tell you, it takes a lot to get.

Speaker 12 (28:12):
Me to cross well, but I'm a fan of war.

Speaker 13 (28:16):
I just I just it's like it's Sultan.

Speaker 4 (28:20):
Well, I appreciate the call, and look, it's public news now, unfortunately,
and I spoke to Lynn Berman yesterday and Michael Ridle yesterday,
and unfortunately, I hope I'm not breaking it to you,
but it's been out there that the show is no
longer on the air and on Monday, they'll be uh

(28:40):
someone different hosting, at least temporarily. But I mean, I
certainly enjoyed being on with both of them. And you know,
I was going back and forth with Michael Riedle for
the last two months. He was texting me, it's it,
it's over. Trump can't win. He's toast, And the next day,
oh he can win. Oh my god. So I had
to put him on the couch all the time. But

(29:02):
it's it's one of those unfortunately, you know, in radio
and TV we go through this all the time. So
I wish, I wish Len Berman, I wish Michael Riedle,
uh all the all the best in the world, and
whatever they're going to do next, if there is a next.
I mean, Len's had a wonderful career in TV and radio.

(29:24):
Michael in print and in theater, and obviously I'm the
radio here. So I hope they I hope they do
whatever they want to do in life as they go forward. Uh,
let's see Steve in central New Jersey. How are you, Steve?
Can you smell the wildfires? My god? I mean, I'm
walking through the city today and I'm like coughing. I'm

(29:47):
actually coughing off the air here, and I stink like
a campfire. It's just it's it's all over the place.

Speaker 8 (29:56):
No, I can't smell any fires here. I think those
are more down south and out Western Jersey.

Speaker 4 (30:02):
Well, I know they're in Pompton Lakes during Englewood clips,
so they're in Hudson and Bergen Counties as well.

Speaker 8 (30:10):
I got you, gotcha, I hear. I don't want to
change top I don't think Republicans released the commentators I've
been listening to since Tuesday. Get it. Why did Harris
lose number one? She was inexorably tied to the radical
left Biden Harris policies, which the people resoundingly reject. I

(30:30):
call them American communists. That's what's running the Democratic Party.
Until they get themselves away from that, they'll continue losing
her right, Why did Trump win Because like in twenty sixteen,
unlike in twenty twenty, all right, Trump was just Trump
and the party united behind him. There's only one Trump,

(30:51):
all right. There won't be another. However, Republicans are, all right,
would do well to take a lesson from him. Be
in your face with your policies. Don't be afraid to
call your opponent out right for their bad policies and
the lousy job that they've been doing. And don't be
so concerned about being gentlemen or gentle ladies, or we

(31:13):
will be in this position again. The Republican Party has
to unite and be on offense. And I'm gonna work
on it here in Jersey because we only lost by
four percent. Trump only lost by four percent. Here, we
can get a Republican elected next year. But the point is,
let's get on offense, rob once and for all the
Republican Party, and never let this happen to our country again.

(31:33):
This is the second time in my life this happened.
I would saying this in nineteen eighty two with Jimmy Carter.
Thankfully Reagan won. Thankfully Trump won. You have a less words, Sorry.

Speaker 4 (31:41):
All right, you, Steve, thank you nineteen eighty you men,
But anyway, you're right. And look, you can't try to
emulate Donald Trump's personality. It's just it won't be authentic.
Donald Trump is Donald Trump, right, We've always seen that,
and he had the the guts to tell it like

(32:02):
it is. And the left wanted us to make to
make it sound like we're not allowed to hear that,
like we're the children. They're the adults. Almost like you
know when a parent curses in the car. I don't
mean to say that. Ort So anything that Donald Trump said,
we weren't supposed to hear, even though we're thinking it like,
wait a minute, this doesn't sound right. Wait a minute.

(32:25):
There's no way a fourteen year old should be able
to cut his genitals off because he feels like a girl.
But we're not allowed to speak out. So Donald Trump, yes,
in your face. Look there's look I there are times
when even I would be like, oh, could he have
said that a little differently? But you know what he

(32:47):
said it and that was the important thing. And Republicans
have to learn. It's gonna get hot and heavy again.
Look we're not high right now, but tell trust me.
January twentieth and January's fourth, when the new Congress is seated,
the rage machine and the media and the left and everybody,

(33:09):
they're gonna go right back to their old ways. And
when somebody's calling you a racist, you know you're defending
yourself right. Don't listen to them. Play offense. I've always
said this, play offense. Be strong in what we believe
and get things done. Don't cave, don't have that freakin'

(33:33):
you know, jellyfish of a spine. This is when it matters,
like this country is screwed up. They gotta fix it.
And the American people told them, I'm sending you there
to fix it, So go do it. I don't care
what they scream as you're doing it. Do it. One

(33:53):
and three, two, one zero seven ten. We'll stay in Jersey.
Jeff and Maplewood. How are you, Jeff?

Speaker 9 (34:02):
Hi, Rob, congratulations on your prediction. You mentioned in passing
about us all the lawfair that Trump had to go through,
and I just want to reiterate that we really dodged
a bullet on Tuesday because had the Democrats in those cases,
I'll argue with anybody how legally insufficient they were, and

(34:22):
if they'd gotten away with anything close to that lawfare,
we would be seeing the same game plan for the
next fifteen years from those guys, because every one of
those prosecutors, attorney generals, I mean, Letitia, James, Alvin Bragg,
they're not going to get thrown out of office. They
may even get a promotion. James might get the governor,

(34:44):
and so they're going to keep doing it. There's plenty
of attorney generals and prosecutors around the country that are
in safe districts that you could call on if you
have no ethics to go after our presidential candidate. There
were fourteenth state to try to kick him off the ball.

Speaker 4 (35:01):
You're right, I mean, you know, Jeff, you're so right
on this because again, we were at a very dangerous
spot in this country and which way were we going?
And American people pulled us back to reality and said,
whoa way too far, folks, way too far. And I
think they did see the danger in this law fair

(35:22):
and everything, and you could be next. And He's right,
I'm speaking for you. I'm taking the bullet for you
because they don't want me, they want you, So I
thank god is right. Thank God the American people understood
what was at stake here and they did the right thing,
one hundred and three to two, one zero seven ten.

(35:44):
We got a lot more calls. I'll get to them
in a minute, but I do want to tell you
about my friend David Bruno. He's the chef, Chef David,
and he's at Angeletto's restaurant right here in Manhattan, second
Avenue and forty seventh Street. What great place, the food,
you know. I went in there the other day and
he sent home for me fresh pasta, uncooked. He said,

(36:09):
take this home, and then he gave me a little
bit of their like ragou sauce, and he told me,
you know, heat this up in a saucepan when you're ready,
take a little bit of the of the salty water
from the pasta four minutes, no longer than that, and
you're gonna love it. And my god, oh my god,
it was so good. I mean, you can't beat fresh

(36:29):
made pasta, seriously, and they're great. And the crazy thing
like tonight at seven point thirty, they've got Angeletto Opera Nights.
They literally bring in professional singers who perform all across
the world. They at the met San Francisco Opera. All
these places they perform tonight at Angeletto's. It's a really nice,

(36:51):
upscale place. The prices are about what you'd expect from Manhattan.
But there, if you want a good meal, then go there.
I see, I can't sing like that, but it is
nice to hear, especially when you're having a nice glass
of wine, which you can get over there. So go
say hi to Chef David, who is from Rome. Angeletto

(37:13):
eight ninety Second Avenue, right at forty seventh Street, a
block from the un very easy. Like if you're coming
into the city, you can take Grand Central. It's right there.
The subways are there, and you've got great food, great antipastas,
great pastas, zupez which is soup, great entrees, And as

(37:33):
I said last week, you're not gonna find chicken palm
if you want, like just the typical nonsense. When I
say nonsense, I love those staples chicken parm, but you're
not gonna get that there. You're gonna get like real
authentic stuff you'd get in Rome. So go say hi
to the good folks over at Angeletto Restaurant on Second
Avenue in Manhattan. Okay, one in hundred three two one
zero seven ten one hundred three to two one zero

(37:56):
seven ten. I'm gonna get to your calls again in
just a moment here on the Robin Reno Show. I
love the fact we got all these new callers here
who I haven't talked to ever since I've done this show,
and we'll get to them in just a moment. But
I do want to tell them and you that Toyota
City in Mamarick is the place to go if you
want a Toyota. It's worth the ride, no matter where
you are stoping. Very easy, by the way, I mean,

(38:19):
it's like so easy to get to. It's right off
ninety five or two eighty seven in Mamarnick, right on
Route one. And I've had two Toyota Highlanders, one of
which we gave to my son last year. We drove
it out to Little Rock because he's at the Air
Force base there. And that thing had one hundred and
forty thousand miles on it and it was like brand new,

(38:40):
no issues with that car. It was so well run
and we maintained it, you know, we changed the oil
and everything, but there was no rust. It was just
in good shape. And Toyota City is where I'd get
my next Toyota if I'm going to get one, I
do got a car. I have a car from the
Integrity Automotive Group. I'm part of their family, and I
think they're great, best customer care anywhere. They got a

(39:02):
tremendous inventory. I mentioned before about Nissan City, Well it's
Toyota City is their sister, and they've got great lease rates,
financing offers. They're just really good with people. So go
say hi to them, Toyota CITYENY dot com, Toyota cityeny
dot com for a transparency efficiency respect, and you'll get

(39:24):
five hundred dollars off. Count them, baby, five one hundred
dollars bills off if you tell them we sent you,
and you'll get five hundred dollars off any vehicle in
stock Toyota City, NY dot com. I onlew me go
back to the calls and let's see. We'll start with
Eileen here in New York City.

Speaker 8 (39:42):
Hire Leen, Hey, how are you you hear me?

Speaker 11 (39:45):
Okay?

Speaker 4 (39:45):
I can hear you?

Speaker 14 (39:47):
Oh my god, so happy today. You know, first of all,
being Jewish in New York City, there's more juicy on
in Jerusalem. Shame on the Jewish people because Kamala hates Israel,
chosen one.

Speaker 9 (39:59):
She's not a pro Israel person.

Speaker 8 (40:01):
She's not for the Jews.

Speaker 9 (40:02):
Trump is pro Israel.

Speaker 8 (40:04):
It's for the Jews.

Speaker 14 (40:06):
We are so happy, and I'd say, guys, wake up.

Speaker 4 (40:10):
Well they did wake up a little bit this Eileen,
They did wake up a little bit this year. More
Jewish voters for Trump this year than ever before for Republicans.
So I think enough of them. Unfortunately, there's way too
many Jews in America and certainly in New York and
elsewhere that are just tied at the hip with the

(40:31):
anti Semitic, anti Israel, Jew hating Democratic Party. And I'll
never figure out why that continues to be. I mean,
they're telling you they hate you, and you're still voting
for them. Too many stop it, But Eileen, I appreciate
the call. One one hundred and three two one zero
seven ten. Let's go to Easton, Pennsylvania and Joe, how
are you?

Speaker 8 (40:51):
Joe?

Speaker 6 (40:52):
Good?

Speaker 7 (40:52):
Rob?

Speaker 13 (40:53):
How are you today?

Speaker 4 (40:54):
I'm good?

Speaker 11 (40:54):
Hey.

Speaker 13 (40:55):
I just want to say what I know. It was
a horrible four years we went through. And the fortunate part,
in all honesty, that Trump didn't get reelected the second
time Elon Musk came along with us, and he saved
this because he might not have come along if Trump
rolled in their second year behind. So besides God protecting
him and he took him when he took a bullet
to the ear, I think I think it was a

(41:18):
good thing that he had a year because now he's
able to put in place guys that he can trust
instead of the one that stabbed him in the back.

Speaker 4 (41:25):
So true, And Elon Musk, don't underestimate the enormous impact
he had on this election because he gave a signal
to a lot of people in this country who follow him,
who invest in his companies, that we were going in
the wrong direction and that the Democrats were dangerous for
democracy and for capitalism. And Donald Trump, you know, you

(41:49):
may not agree with everything, but he was the right
candidate at the right time. And and Musk put his
money where his mouth is. I mean, he's got plenty
of it, but he sunk a lot of money into
races and helped even the field. Because Kamala Harris, she
literally had over a billion dollars and she never moved
the needle. Could you imagine that billion dollars and she

(42:13):
couldn't change a thing. In fact, she went backwards and
she's in debt. Her campaign's twenty million in debt. It's
crazy Janet in Portchester, in Westchester, Ah, Portchester, I know
that's Nissan City right there.

Speaker 8 (42:28):
Hi, Janet, that's right.

Speaker 15 (42:30):
And I met you many years ago. Our daughter marched
in the Portchester High School marching band, and my whole
family met you when you held a different position, and
we enjoyed meeting you. I enjoy listening to you. I
just want to say that I hope that the country
can unite. I know a lot of people are divided families, friends,

(42:55):
but we have one common goal, and that's to enjoy
this great country of ours and all that it offers.
Len Burman and uh So, I just want to give
a shout out to those two, and Natalie and their
crew and Joe Bartlett, who I listened to for many years.

(43:17):
So I used to listen to you every morning that
you were on on Fridays before I go into work,
I was listening, and I'm glad you're on the radio.
And I hope that good things come to all.

Speaker 4 (43:30):
So j thank you, No, I appreciate that, thank you
very very much. And Natalie is still here thankfully, and
you know, it's it's a tough business. It just is.
I picked the two worst businesses to be in media
and politics. The Hell's wrong with me? All right? One

(43:51):
and three two, one zero seven ten, Ted and Secaucus,
New Jersey. Hey, Ted.

Speaker 12 (43:58):
Gay, Good afternoon, Hey Rob. Kudos to you for realizing
that the flood that we've had across the border these
past years has all been all been about congressional districts.
And I would hope that you would take the lead,
you know, the intellectual thought leadership on this. You know

(44:22):
from your own personal experience, the flood of Chinese immigration
in the nineteen nineties in New York is what changed
the locus of power in New York State. So this
is something that's been done before. It's in their playbook,

(44:43):
and we need someone like you to speak it succinctly
and get the message across how policy is going to
take shape.

Speaker 4 (44:53):
Well, I appreciate the call, Ted, and just I go
back to what two and a half years ago when
I broke the story with the video with proof that
they were flying in illegal aliens from Texas and the
border into Westchester County Airport in the middle of the night,

(45:14):
and when I exposed this. It went viral when everywhere
and then I still remember doing a press conference and
barely any media showed up, and those that did questioned me,
what proof do you have that these are illegal aliens?
What proof do you have that these are middle aged

(45:34):
you know, young men as opposed to the kids. And
I'm like, you know, this is unbelievable. And then they
were saying I was doctoring the video and all this stuff.
But we were right, and that was just the tip
of the spear because that was a huge warning of
what was happening. And then of course it just became

(45:55):
in your face. They weren't even going to hide it anymore,
and the rest is history. You know exactly what the
Democrats have been doing. But eventually, you know, it became
way too much. They like everything they do. They overplayed
their hand. They stuck it in our face, said open
your mouth. I'm gonna shove this crap down your throat
and you're going to enjoy it, and you're gonna say
it tastes good. Thank you. Can I have more? And

(46:17):
America said no, We're done with this. As I walk
home from here to Grand Central, I will pass the
Roosevelt hotel again, and I will see all of the
illegal aliens sitting outside with their motorbikes with smelling of
pot all over the place. And I hate it with

(46:40):
a broad brush. Say that because obviously there are good
people who came in here at a desperate times. That
ain't the point. There's the line over there, stand in it.
Just like when I go to the supermarket, I gotta
stand in line before I get to the register. I
just love all these liberals, you know, of course, they
would never want any of this stuff in the earth
of them, never wanted in their neighborhood. And if you

(47:03):
jump the line in front of them at the supermarket,
what do you think they're going to say? Anyway, Thankfully, thankfully,
Donald Trump is going to fix this stuff. That's one
area he ain't renegan on. Trust me, he's gonna shut
that border fast. Let's go to Steve in Manhattan High Steve.

Speaker 6 (47:24):
All right, Rob and everyone listening. Ain't get a million
people to listen to Rob's show and Trump wins. But
the scary thing is Kamala still got over seventy million votes,
and we'd put Trump over the top. People should know
you're gonna get people stretch this and that sixty one
percent of the white male vote went to Trump. That's overwhelming.

(47:45):
That's what put him over the top. And those poles
were right in the seven Glen mill of states, those
swing states, and I looked at those poles almost every day,
and they were close. Wisconsin was close, Michigan was close,
Georgia was close. And I would say, the they count
the vote. You put this up before, but they count
the vote factors. In Arizona, Kerry Lake is losing. You

(48:08):
got to realize this, folks to an open border free
I know in Arizona.

Speaker 4 (48:12):
I know that's crazy.

Speaker 6 (48:13):
Trump and Trump one Arizona with over two hundred thousand votes.
I'll give you the numbers that I've just seen real quick.

Speaker 9 (48:21):
See.

Speaker 4 (48:21):
I got to cut you off there. I want to
get one other call who's been waiting online. I appreciate
the call. Steve, call me next week. Michael and Princeton.
You're the last caller today. How are you doing, Michael.

Speaker 5 (48:31):
I'm doing fine, though. Rob.

Speaker 16 (48:33):
We'll stay with the team. First of all, I want
to say, I tell your son, we say thank you
for research.

Speaker 4 (48:38):
Thank you.

Speaker 16 (48:39):
Yes, I'm an eighty four year old maybe a veteran,
and I want to tell you something.

Speaker 5 (48:45):
People don't realize. I go back, we have more.

Speaker 16 (48:48):
Illegal aliens in this country, and we had people in
the Second World War, men and woman. We had fifteen million,
sixteen million for the World War all over the globe,
and meantime we got twenty five million sitting in the
confines in the United States. Yep, I just don't get it.

Speaker 4 (49:08):
Michael, Michael, thank you for your service. I appreciate it.
And to all the veterans out there, I can't thank
you enough. It means more in me now that we're
a military family directly. You know, we have my grandfather served,
my uncle served, you know, people close to me did serve.
But having your son currently in the military, you know,

(49:32):
it makes veterans Day much more meaningful. So I want
to say thank you to all the veterans who wore
our uniform and did whatever they were told, whether it
was sexy or not, fun or not dangerous or not.
Thank you for doing what you did. All right, folks,
have a good three day weekend. I'll be back here

(49:52):
next Saturday at four o'clock. Make sure you listen in.
Call in. I love when you call in and we'll
talk again then. So for Bruce and Noah, I'm rob Astorino.
Have a great weekend.
