apartments by the building's lenders last month.

The lenders wanted to know what the hell's going on,

As recently as Tuesday, residents at the Edge apartment complex

had taken over their building.

four unit apartment building in Aurora, this detailed letter asking

gang members are engaging in flagrant trespass violations, assaults and battery,

Aurora confirmed getting this letter and said it immediately included

An officer from the Aurora Police Department responding to a
call from a house cleaner at Whispering Pines. He said
she told police she was quote threatened that she needed
to give up the keys to the vacant apartments at
the Whispering Pine apartments so that a group of Venezuelans
could move people into the Whispering Pine apartments. Close quote,

the officer reported. Quote suspects left, but not before warning
her to comply or else they would kill her or
her family. Close quote. The Aurora officer wrote to fellow officers, quote,
I would highly recommend you guys take two or three

friends with you when responding to any calls there, or maybe.

Maybe you just ignore calls from there, because well it's
just too dangerous apparently.

enforced the laws, where elected officials actually represented us.

little bit of security. Where have we heard that before?
You know, the phrase of you know, be willing to
give up your freedoms in exchange for a little bit

of security. Well, that's actually happening in Europe. It's going
to happen in this country if we're not careful that
people will And I you know, maybe the bad thing
about going on vacation is that when you come back,
you really just don't care.

I think that at some point, and thank god we
have the Second Amendment and thank god we have a
natural right of self defense, but I think at some
point people are going to start shooting back. People are

And the reality is people are getting fed up now.
Unlike in Germany, where you don't have a Second Amendment,

when the police, when law enforcement begins to fail, when
the political structure begins to fail, people will in this country,
because it's in our DNA, will say, you know what,

are not going to protect me, I'm going to protect myself.
Now again, let's be let's draw a fine line here.
I'm not advocating for Valanteism. I'm not saying that we
need to have roving gangs of civilians going out and
engaging in engaging in Venezuela t in the TDA gang.

But I'm saying at some point people are going to
shoot back. People are going to and they have a
right to defend themselves when their lives or their property
is in danger. And that is precisely what is happening
in these apartment complexes, for which Mike Johnston and Mike

don't look at this.

Conducting an investigation on behalf of the apartment owners to
find out what was really going on? Wait, wait a minute,
you're telling me that. Don't get me wrong. I understand
law firms oftentimes are hired to conduct independent investigations. But
what does fascinate me is that this, and this is

a big national law firm, that the Perkins Firm was
able to in a matter of weeks put together what
the Apparently the Denver Police Department and the Aurora Police
Department are still running around like Keystone cops trying to
figure out their heads from their asses about what the

hell's going on. But the firm was able to determine
what was going on in just a.

Matter of weeks and now has a strange hold on
that complex.

So, Brian, who did author this report? So this is
the nine page report.

It was put together by a Denver law firm. They
say they were hired to look into the Whispering Pines
apartments by the building's lenders last month.

They Now, I find that fascinating.

It wasn't the ownership, it wasn't the management firm. It
was the people that hold the mortgage on the complexes.
The lenders wanted to know what the hell's going on,
so they hired a law firm and this is the report.

Sent this report to Aurora's mayor, city manager and police
chief and.
Speaker 3 (09:13):
Then trying to push the blame on the bell.
Speaker 6 (09:17):
As recently as Tuesday, residents at the Edge apartment complex
and Aurora pushed back on reports that a Venezuelan gang
had taken over their building.

Criminal there is the owner of the building.
Speaker 6 (09:30):
But five miles away at the Whispering Pines, a fifty
four unit apartment building in Aurora, this detailed letter asking
for confidential treatment of the contents shared a different story.
It was sent to Aurora officials on August ninth, with
the investigators saying, the evidence we have reviewed indicates that
gang members are engaging in flagrant trespass violations, assaults and battery,

human trafficking, sexual abuse of minors, unlawful firearms possession, ext
and other criminal activities.

The evidence we have reviewed indicates Now, I'm just offering
this as a public service on behalf of CBS CBS
Colorado and Brian Moss, as.

How he got the report, I don't know, I don't care,
but he gets the report and the report basically indicates Hey,
and these are my words not Brian Moss's Denver Police Department,
Aurora Police Department, Mike Kaufman, Mike Johnston, you guys can
just chill. We've done the work for you. And Brian Moss,

to his credit, this is why I say he when
it comes to investigative reporters in the entire country, Brian
Moss is clearly in the top ten, probably the top five.

He's often targeting vulnerable Venezuelan and other immigrant populations. According
to the law Firms report, the Venezuelan Gaga has threatened
to kill and in certain instances, has apparently actively attempted
to kill members of Whispering Pines Management. The report says
a consultant for the property management company was severely beaten

and stomped by gang members and was hospitalized. The alleged
incident recorded by building cameras with screenshots attached to the letter.

Wait a minute, Wait a minute, so they actually have
they have CCTV coverage of the trend or Ragua trying
to kill a member of the apartment management team.

And yet somehow huh.

A roar Police department, Denver Police Department, You couldn't get
don't you know what I'm not a detective, but I
think one of the first things I might do is
look around and say, are there any cameras? You got
any security footage? By the way, we need the security footage.
We're conducting a criminal investigation here of human trafficking, sex trafficking,

attempted murder. So hand over the video. I don't know,
just seems like maybe I watched too many cop shows.

The report relies on a property manager who said that
gang members allegedly stabbed a whispering Pine's resident for refusing
to pay rent to the gang.

Oh, extortion, this is mafia like activity, just you know,
just offering this as a public service to Mike Kaufman,
to Mike Johnston and the Aurora in Denver PD.

He also told the investigators the takeover began last November.
The report recounts that this summer.

Wait wait wait, wait wait, I guess I missed that
last night last November Czech calendar. Oh yeah, September, almost
a year ago. This has been going on for a year.

And what do the Democrats and the putity of Republican
Mike Kaufman do Not a damn thing. Nothing. And if
you think this is just isolated to Denver. Apparently, trender
Arragua is operating in more than a dozen.

Cities around the country.

This country is being invaded by criminal elements and the
Democrats who basically, you know, I don't want to just
pick on Democrats here, Republicans and Democrats alike, Joe Biden,
Kamala Harris both and members of both the House and

step further. They want this, They want this, and you
know why they want this because they know what's going
on in Germany. And what's going on in Germany is
this hue and cry for Oh my God, please give
us security. Please come in and take over and control

away our freedoms because we can't stand the violence, we
can't stand the gang activity anymore. So please come and
help us. Give up your freedoms for a little bit

in one of those apartments, damn straight, I would have

as many guns as I could possibly have, and you
come start breaking into my apartment, I'm gonna blow your

Vice presidents walk out on the back porch and blast

In fact, here, let's take the president's advice, because there

Yeah, the gang approached the property manager and told him
they would help him out in exchange for half of
all the rent that he collected. The law firm that
wrote the report called that an organized crime tactic.

Now, don't get me wrong, the law firm.

The law firm did a fantastic that Perkins Quoi did
a wonderful job in this report. But this is kind
of a master of the obvious statement. This is organized
prime activity. Yeah, trender or Ragua is basically the organized crime,
and it's going on right under our noses. And it's
all because we have open borders. In fact, these are

Venezuelans hell's bells. We probably flew them into this country
at tax payer expense, and yet Americans are so ethan
lazy that we just yeah, well, it's happening over the roar.
I'm glad I don't live in that neighborhood. It will
come to a neighborhood or you, sooner or later.

The gang members then allegedly took over vacant apartments, according
to the document, moved families into those units and started
collecting rent. The law firm says, this is a picture

Has screenshots of video of closer a TV taking video
of the of the trender of Ragua gangs breaking into

Enforcement that bears repeating. The law firm wrote that the
gang that the Trenda Roga was activities are brazen and
further exhibits the suspected gang member's sense of comfort and control,

consistent with their taking over the property and not fearing
law enforcement or the property management not fearing law enforcement.
Let's say that you and I decide that, you know what,

let's go over into some of these little sketchy areas
of Aurora and let's just start taking over. Let's start
knocking on doors and telling all of the residents that
they need to start paying their rent in cash to
you and me, and we will be there, you know,
And there's no there's no grace period. The rents do
(20:37):
on the first of the month, and we will be
there on every door on the first of the month,
and we expect cash payment from that. You don't pay management,
you now pay us. And if you don't pay us,
we're going to blow you away, or we're going to
take your child. That that little girl you got back there,

we're going to take her and we're gonna give over
to the gang members and you'll never see that child again.
That sounds horrific, doesn't it. Well, that's what's going on.
That's what's going on. And they have no fear of
law enforcement. This is precisely, precisely, listen closely what democrats want.

This is the whole purpose of an open border is
for you and I to be so upset, so afraid,
so mad that we demand, Yeah, take away at you
whatever it takes. You take away our guns, you take
away our right of self defense, you take away our
right to you know, our Fourth Amendment rights, you take

away our First Amendment rights, you take away all of
these rights. Just give us security. Just protect my little girl,
Just protect everything, just do whatever it takes. This is
my whole theory that we have become a society that
is incapable of living in freedom and liberty because freedom

and liberty are chaotic and sometimes it requires that you
have to exercise the right of self defense. Which is why,
like well tomorrow we will do taxpayer relief shots, because
I firmly believe that the taxpayer relief shots that we
play are an indication that there are still people in
(22:29):
this country who will still do whatever it takes to
protect their own life or the life of their loved
ones or their businesses. And apparently cops can't do that,
and apparently mayors of big cities like Aurora and Denver
aren't willing to do that.

Again, I don't want us to go the route of
the ADF in Germany, but what we do need is
leadership in this country. This says enough is.

Enough or the property management now. The Deadver law firm
that wrote that August report did not respond to our
repeated requests by both phone and email for more information
on their report, and late this afternoon, the city of
Aurora confirmed getting this letter and said it immediately included
it in its ongoing investigative work of potential criminal activity.

Yeah, we got the letter and we put it in
the investigator file. Yeah, that's what we did. Do you
think do you want to start a pool? I mean,
I'm talking like a serious pool. I'm not just joking here.

on when or if the Aurara Police Department and or
the Denver Police Department will make any arrests in any
of these cases? What do you think? I know, it's

have what kind of confidence do you have that Mike Kaufman,
Mike Johnston or either one of their police departments will

CBS News Colorado has obtained internal Aurora Police Department documents
from June June checks calendar again, oh, several months ago

To support some of the law firm's conclusions.

An officer from the Aurora Police Department responding to a
call from a house cleaner at Whispering Pines. He said
she told police she was quote threatened that she needed
to give up the keys to the vacant apartments at
the Whispering Pine apartments so that a group of Venezuelans
could move people into the Whispering Pine apartments. Close quote,
(25:29):
the officer reported. Quote suspects left, but not before warning
her to comply or else they would kill her or
her family. Close quote. The Aurora officer wrote to fellow officers, quote,
I would highly recommend you guys take two or three
(25:52):
friends with you when responding to any calls there, or maybe.

Just don't respond to calls.
Speaker 4 (26:04):
Maybe you just ignore calls from there, because well it's
just too dangerous apparently.
Speaker 6 (26:10):
At those Aurora apartment buildings. So very much an ongoing
situation here. More is going to come out, but this
letter is certainly very interesting at this point.

I included that this little last little conclusion. You know,
Toy Mason's been reporting on this since last month. When
when's he going to do anything? You go back to Germany. Now,

if you haven't read up about what's going on in Germany,
I really encourage you to read about the ADF and
and what the party stands for, but more importantly, why
they are rising to power. They are rising to power
because of the I was gonna use the word failure.
It's not a failure. They are rising to power because

of the affirmative action. And I don't mean affirmative action,
but because of the affirmative actions that German government is
taking to allow the invasion of their country by illegal

aliens that do not adapt to the culture, do not assimilate.
If they're Muslims, they set up their own no go zones.
They they impose Sharia law in those areas that they control.
And so rather than you know, taking over, for example,

in the Aurora situation, you might argue that it's mafia
like in that they're taking over some apartment complexes, so
they're taking over some businesses, much like the mafia would
go collect their protection money from different businesses in New
Jersey or New York and that's kind of what they're

doing here in Germany. It's not just taking over a
business here or there, or an apartment complex here or there.
It's overtaking an entire society. That's what is slowly but
methodically happening here. And Democrats and some Republicans acquiesce in

that takeover of our country, and in fact they want
it because they believe that if we finally get frustrated
to the point that we demand security, that is their
clarion call that now they can control society. I don't

want to live in that country. I want to live
in the country that I grew up in. I know
it's not perfect, but I want to live in a
country where the constitution meant something, where law enforcement actually
enforced the laws, where elected officials actually represented us.

We live in a state.

We're Democrats, just like that Yahoo what was his named,
Steve Woodrow or whatever he was, that goes speeding just
because he wants to. You know, he's got a student
with him and he just, you know, because he thinks

of people. They don't represent you in me, they represent themselves.

their program is, but it's something like, you know, handouts
don't work, and it's kind of like the old well

was it Step thirteen or something thing that Peter Boyles
used to really push where you could hand out cards
where you know, a homeless person, if they wanted a job,
could go down and they could get you know, some
training and get you know, get a nice you know,
suit of clothes and access to a desk in a

phone where they can you know, look for a job.
And it was it was it was a way to
work your way.

Out of homelessness.

Well, they're not interested in doing any of this, and
this begins to spread because this homelessness industry is no
different than the illegal alien industry.
