Dr. Robin Stern PhD is the Co-founder and Associate Director of the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence. She is a licensed psychoanalyst with thirty years of experience treating individuals, couples, and families. She co-developed RULER, an evidence-based approach to social and emotional learning that has been adopted by about 4000 public, charter, and private schools across the United States and in many other countries. She also co-founded Oji Life Lab, a mobile learning platform that uses the RULER approach to help people develop their emotional intelligence in the workplace.
