So Nathan Hoachman, who's the former federal prosecutor, is going
to take his place and now will be the one

that decides whether or not these guys will actually have
their resentencing. He said quote. Before I can make any
decisions about the Menendez brother's case, I will need to
become thoroughly familiar with the relevant facts, the evidence, and
the law. I will have to review the confidential prison
files for each brother and speak to the prosecutors, law enforcement,

defense counsel, and the victims' family members. The hearing was
scheduled for December eleventh. He takes office on December. Tewod
