Speaker 1 (00:01):
When you need to know she's got you. It's three
things with tip on kiss when I was seven to one.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
Now we're not out of hurricane season yet. I don't
want to scare anybody, but the reality is is a
hurricane season goes through November. Now, usually the further we
get into October, you're less likely to have a major hurricane.
But the reality is is that there is some weather,

(00:29):
so it's possible something could happen in the later part
of October.

Speaker 3 (00:33):
Okay, So I just want to give you one probably
final update on Hurricane Milton. They're reporting at least fourteen
fatalities out of the state of Florida. A lot of
them coming from the tornadoes that actually came through, a
few more from heart attacks, and then the tragic one,
not that they're not all tragic, but when trees fall
and that happened to at least two people in this

(00:55):
Just for those that had been kind of following along
on social media, I had gotten some DMS into messages
and calls yesterday about my mom who was in Tampa.
At this point, I've heard from her. She's safe. I'm
going to try to get an update as too far,
like what's going on as far as damage down there
later on in the show.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
But thank you so much for your concern.

Speaker 3 (01:13):
I just wanted to make sure that we weren't all
waiting around for that one.

Speaker 1 (01:17):
And you heard Governor DeSantis.

Speaker 3 (01:19):
There's a chance that, you know, they'll see more weather
with hurricane season stretching through November. So I'll keep you
posted or updated on anything if need be. At this
time yesterday, three million people were without power and it's
kind of mixed depending on what part of Florida you're in.
They're working to get that restored this weekend. Disney reopens

(01:40):
as of today, and some flights are still delayed out
of CVG heading towards Florida. You just got to be
aware of that one, all right. Second, and three things
you need to know this morning?

Speaker 1 (01:49):
Will didty Well?

Speaker 3 (01:51):
Did Diddy get released on bail after his third attempt
with fifty million dollars up? Obviously, I think we would
have seen more photos if you was out, but they
said absolutely not, You're not going anywhere. We did learn
some new things about Diddy, including when we'll next see
him in court and when the trial is set to start.

Speaker 4 (02:14):
Well, we learned a couple of things. One, as you
pointed out, that May twenty twenty five trial and it's
expected to last roughly four weeks, three weeks for the prosecution,
one week for the defense. We also learned that prosecutors
seized almost one hundred different electronic devices from Shawn Combs
between his homes and on his person. What does that
mean if you're following this case. That means there's likely

(02:36):
a lot of electronic evidence that his lawyers are going
to get, but also that prosecutors could use in the
trial photos, texts, and of course this being Sean Colms
and given the allegations videos of the alleged freak offs.
And then the final thing we learned is when Shawn
Colms is back in court on December eighteenth at two
pm for further proceedings pre trial leading up to planning

(02:58):
for the trial.

Speaker 3 (02:58):
So trial date sent for May fifth, five, and it
will last, like she said, a couple of weeks there.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
We'll see.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
The rumors are too that Diddy looks very thin in
court right now, and there was some, of course rumor
circulating that he wasn't eating, et cetera. I think we're
gonna be glued to the news on that one I
had to google.

Speaker 1 (03:19):
So federal federal crimes are not televised.

Speaker 3 (03:23):
State ones are, So I don't think that the cameras
will be in court for this one.

Speaker 1 (03:28):
What I was confused.

Speaker 3 (03:29):
About, and if you're an expert, I'd love to get
your take on this is why haven't we seen his
mugs shot yet?

Speaker 1 (03:35):
Why hasn't that been released?

Speaker 3 (03:38):
I don't I'm confused on that one, So if you
know anything, definitely let me know so we can share
the news here, all right, And then lastly, in three
things you need to know this morning, it's New Music Friday,
and a big congratulations to Jelly Roll for announcing I'm
sorry announcing and releasing his new album, Beautifully Broken. I'll
play a clip off a song here. This is called

(03:58):
Winning Streak.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
I'm so shame to be in this seat to meet
a man who's twenty years clean, he said. Everybody he
is up the same with me. Nobody walks through these
doors on a witness tree. Whoo.

Speaker 3 (04:13):
I just had a chance to see him on Wednesday
night in Columbus. If you're a visuals person, you want
to see the behind the scenes of what it's like
to be at a Jelly Roll Concert at the TIF
two f's Potter Like the Wizard, because he's coming here
on November fourth, so you get a little taste before
you go see him live in Cinci. That is three
things you need to know to get your day started

(04:34):
for October eleventh. Coming up at seven, probably around seven
thirty this morning. What is the top search Halloween costume
in Sincy See if you have any guesses.

Speaker 1 (04:48):
