One second, in three things you need to know, the
Diddy trial kicks off today. Well, it's kind of the
second week of it, but really more my important milestones
are happening to them, including seating a jury and opening

statements for prosecutors and the defense. So the jury selection
is first up this morning. There are currently forty three
jurors still to go through to pick the eighteen that
they want. That's the goal, to get eighteen from this
big pool twelve jurors with six alternates. Diddy's defense is
saying this should be quick and easy, and that there
are sixteen preemptive challenges to kind of bring the jury

pool down, ten for the defense and six for the prosecutors.
These challenges allow for prospective jurors to be excluded without
an argument from either side, so essentially saying, hey, we
don't want them, no questions asked, they don't have to
be in, and then on top of that we'll get
opening statements from both sides today. I will most certainly
this will be a big thing in our three things

for the coming weeks, in maybe months, when there's more
