Speaker 1 (00:01):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning, hun kiss
one seven one.
Speaker 2 (00:04):
The Kirkland signature date night. Okay, how are you hopefully
off to a good start if you're a little slow
move in this morning? I figured this would give you
a little giggle before we dive into three things. We're
in the world and since I guess where in the
Tri State are people going on date nights that it's
like an average place that you would run errands. You know,
(00:26):
it used to be like, oh, I don't want to
go there, and now you're bringing your partner and it's
a place to connect. And it doesn't just exist here,
it exists across the country. And that Kirkland signature date night,
you know is Costco. Baby, I don't have a Costco membership,
so I don't know if I can share it in
the same sentiment.
Speaker 3 (00:43):
You'd have to let me know if this is true
or not.
Speaker 2 (00:45):
But couples are calling it the Kirkland SIGs the Kirkland
signature because it's a good place to go and connect.
You know, you can get a decent meal for fairly cheap.
We've talked a million times about how the Costco hot
Dog's still like a dollar fifty, smoothies, pizza. There's always
something interesting. I'm reading kind of something that I found
(01:07):
on Reddit. So these are other people's comments that I'm
wondering if you can relate to always can find something
interesting in there, unique, something to connect over, something funny,
something spontaneous. Plus you get the good meal and the
best time to go on the Kirkland signature date night,
Folks is Friday night. I guess Costco isn't that poppin'
(01:27):
a weekend morning. You're not gonna catch me ever in
like a grocery store. Ooh, that's my least favorite time
to go shopping. But a Friday night. I'd be down
to test this out. If there's someone that's got a
single right now, it's got a Costco membership, I'm willing
to go out on our first day on a Friday night.
Speaker 3 (01:45):
Maybe this Friday night at Costco.
Speaker 2 (01:46):
You shoot me a message at the tip to F's
potter like the Wizard. All right, I figured you'd get
a kick out of that one coming up at six
p' fifty.
Speaker 3 (01:53):
We do it every day.
Speaker 2 (01:54):
The three things you need to know to get your
day started in Sincy, Ariana Grande and Cynthia Arivo just
denounced to perform where I'll have that for you.
Speaker 1 (02:03):
Next when you need to know she's got you.
Speaker 2 (02:09):
It's three things with tip I will have you singing
here in one second, you know the words. We're just
before seven o'clock on this warmer Tuesday, Oh my god,
in the forties, we'll see how is bumping into almost
sixty degrees again to Then before we get to that,
let's start off with the vek Ramaswami, a former Republican
political candidate and former Saint ex grad, announced yesterday that
(02:33):
he is going to be running for governor of Ohio.
Speaker 3 (02:37):
When the election comes up next November.
Speaker 2 (02:39):
Governor Dwine will have been governor for about seven years
at that point. At this point and the race, Mike
Dwine is still in the lead. When there's more in
that one, I guess when ahead in the polls, I
should say when there's more and that I'll have it
for you, all right. Second and three things, the Oscars
are this coming Sunday, and we're starting to get a
list of the performers. Just announced late last night and
(03:01):
this morning that Ariana Grande and Cynthia Arifo will be performing.
Now I don't know if they're gonna do a duet
together or they'll each have their own individual songs. If
that's the case, you know, I'm sure we could get
this one from Ari Popular.
Speaker 3 (03:18):
You're gonna be a poppy.
Speaker 1 (03:21):
I'll tell you the proper police when you talk to boys.
Speaker 4 (03:24):
The LA.
Speaker 3 (03:27):
Could be that one, or will they do a duet
with this?
Speaker 2 (03:31):
And my money is on the fact you can't do
a seven minute version of Defying Gravity. We just don't
have the time for that on live television. Maybe they
do a medley, but you better believe the internet is
(03:52):
gonna be waiting for this one.
Speaker 3 (03:59):
But that was all over TikTok, all right.
Speaker 2 (04:01):
And then other performers, by the way, Doja Kat and
Lisa Ray and Queen Latifa are going to be performing.
I'm assuming a few more will come out in the
next coming days. Big one, big show. The Oscars and
the Grammys are usually the two biggest, all right. And
then lastly, in three Things you Need to Know this morning,
Lizzo has a new song coming out. It's coming out
(04:25):
this Friday. It's called Love in Real Life. Here's a
quick clip.
Speaker 1 (04:28):
Every name was so much similar.
Speaker 5 (04:32):
And that's exactly what I mean, no views, no lights,
real love.
Speaker 3 (04:44):
I'm very curious. You know, we saw Lizzo perform.
Speaker 2 (04:47):
Was it in Lexington in twenty twenty two or twenty
twenty three.
Speaker 3 (04:51):
I think it was twenty three.
Speaker 2 (04:54):
And we really haven't seen much of Lizzo since she
went through that lawsuit and she's still kind of back
some of it for sexual harassment with her dancers.
Speaker 3 (05:04):
Do you remember us talking about this maybe a year ago?
Speaker 2 (05:07):
When there's more on that one, I'll have it for you,
and of course I'll have clips of the single when
it comes out. I would like Lizzo to put out music,
start fresh, maybe not even not necessarily fresh, but I'd
like to see her succeed.
Speaker 4 (05:20):
All right.
Speaker 2 (05:21):
That is three things you need to know for the
twenty fifth of February coming up at seven oh five
were commercial free. Great way to listen to Kiss one
O seven one is by making us your number one
pre set on the newly upgraded iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 1 (05:36):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning time Kiss
one O seven one firec Have.
Speaker 2 (05:41):
You ever been so committed to a song lyric and
then found out you've been singing the wrong lyric the
entire time there's someone in your family, your inner circle.
Speaker 3 (05:50):
Hell, it could be you. I think it's been me
at one point or another.
Speaker 2 (05:53):
We're gonna chit chat about the songs that you've messed
up your entire life, or maybe for a little whatever,
whatever the timeline is.
Speaker 3 (06:00):
You've messed up.
Speaker 2 (06:00):
You come to realize, oh, shoot, I've been singing the
wrong lyric because I don't think there's anything as bad
as this one. Reese Witherspoon was on Jimmy fallon the
other night, the song Espresso.
Speaker 1 (06:14):
Yeah, here's you saying a little bit of hit song express.
Speaker 6 (06:20):
I'm working because I'm a singer, sinner, singer center singer Late,
I'm a singer.
Speaker 1 (06:32):
I'm a sinner. Wait wait, let mean what do you
think that the song was about?
Speaker 3 (06:37):
You're working because you're a sinner. Gonna see and we
talk about sinners. Why singer?
Speaker 2 (06:50):
There's got to be someone's someone that's got a mom
that's listening right now and you're like, oh my god,
that sounds so much like my mom. Like, what are
you saying, sinner? I'm working late because I'm a sinner. Okay,
So it reminded me I'm not clean of this myself.
I've made mistakes before, for sure.
Speaker 3 (07:08):
For sure.
Speaker 2 (07:09):
Growing up, do you remember the original Lion King? I
always thought at the beginning part of the Circle of
Life that they were saying pink pajamas, penguins on the bottom.
I'm going to play it, and I want you to
listen and also try to not hear it.
Speaker 3 (07:25):
I don't think you'll ever be able to go back.
Speaker 2 (07:27):
But it's pink pajamas, penguins on the bottom.
Speaker 3 (07:32):
Also, what a vibe.
Speaker 2 (07:38):
This is the only radio show you're gonna hear the
Circle of Life.
Speaker 7 (07:48):
Okay, here we go, pike pajamas.
Speaker 3 (08:13):
I couldn't hear it.
Speaker 2 (08:15):
I think I was a freshman in college and for
some reason we had put on the Lion King and
I was in my like, pink pajams, penguins on the bottom,
pink pajam and my roommate was like, what like it
might have been my like across the dorm room, neighbor,
what are you saying?
Speaker 8 (08:31):
Now?
Speaker 2 (08:31):
Obviously that's not the lyric, and it's some sort of
chant that I can I looked up and it's definitely
not pink pajamas penguins on the bottom. Five one three
seven nine one seven one is there a song lyric
that you've ever messed up in your life? And of course,
just because I know that you've come to expect it
from me, I'm not gonna let the break go by
(08:52):
without saying this.
Speaker 3 (09:00):
Good morning.
Speaker 2 (09:05):
You're waking up a tip in the morning. On Kissuano
seven one. We're talking about the times in your life
where you've been severely humbled and realize whatever song you
thought you were singing, you got the lyrics very very
very wrong. Good morning, you're on the air. Thanks for
stopping by the show.
Speaker 4 (09:21):
Yeah, you remember the sow I'm born on a by you.
Speaker 9 (09:23):
I used to think when I was a kid, it
would call born on a vy you.
Speaker 1 (09:26):
I would sing it and.
Speaker 4 (09:27):
My buddy looked at it one time and again, what
is he saying?
Speaker 9 (09:29):
I said, born on a value like on the drug?
Speaker 2 (09:32):
Yeah, oh my god, thank you for the call, Brian,
I appreciate that so far. By the way, if you're
just walking into this conversation. Reese Witherspoon was on Jimmy
Fallon and he had played this clip of her singing
Espresso by a Sabrina Carpenter. But instead of saying I'm
working late because I'm a singer. She was so committed
to the wrong lyric that she thought it was I'm
(09:53):
working late because I'm a sinner, very very wrong.
Speaker 10 (09:58):
Good morning tip this I'm from Bright and I will
admit that I have had been singing give me the
beat Boys, I sang forever give me the Beach Boys. Yes,
that's right, The Beach Boys freed my soul.
Speaker 3 (10:17):
It's always a humbling moment.
Speaker 1 (10:20):
You're waking up in the morning. Kiss.
Speaker 3 (10:23):
A friend of mine calls the Sneaky Snacks. Thanks you,
gil okay, I had.
Speaker 2 (10:29):
Asked you three minutes to go what your top gas
station snack is. You get to choose the mood, the environment,
the weather, the scenario, whether you're road tripping, or you
just need a nighttime indoor snack.
Speaker 3 (10:44):
That's what my.
Speaker 2 (10:44):
Roommate from college. My one of my roommates after college.
She would have adult candies and then she'd walk over
to the seven to eleven and say, I need a
nighttime indoor snack, which meant she needed something good from
the gas station. Whatever it is, where does it rank
up on this list? Coming in at the number one
most popular gas station snack in America is a rice
(11:08):
krispy tree and.
Speaker 3 (11:09):
That to me is disgusting.
Speaker 2 (11:12):
I hate Rice Krispy treats. I would never I would
rather go hungry than have a Rice Krispy tree. Coming
in at number two. Sorry if that's controversial, Sorry, I'm
not sorry. Coming in number two is beef Jerky Okay,
manageable obviously when they build the BUCkies up near day
and we're gonna be road tripping up there to get
the beef Jerky Taketos, I'm not buying that. Coming in
(11:35):
at number four is checks Mix. Coming in at number
five Snickers, and I was surprised that that was really
the only major candy bar that was on the list.
Coming in at number six is a Derrido. Coming in
at number seven is a tob Larone. Coming in at
number eight is a high Chew. Coming in at number
(11:57):
nine was Flaming Hot Cheetos. Coming in at number ten
with peanut Eminem's who made this janky ass list? Not me.
If I need a nighttime indoor snack from a gas station,
I'm going for a little Debra.
Speaker 3 (12:14):
Where is little Debra at? Where is she? She didn't
follow on the list, but Deborah is where I'm headed.
Speaker 2 (12:20):
I love a Swiss roll and I love a cosmic brownie.
Speaker 3 (12:24):
Those are my top two. And sometimes sometimes scars.
Speaker 2 (12:29):
Are really really like like a peanut butter cracker.
Speaker 3 (12:33):
And you know the what up, Keebler? How you doing?
All right? This is only gonna be fun.
Speaker 2 (12:37):
I know you've already started ranking your at least top three.
I know you're probably screaming at this list, and I
know you might even agree with me on some of
these five win, three, seven, four, nine, one oh seven one.
This would also be a good time to test out
the talk back with Tiff feature When you search kiss
on that, I heart app that, I heart microphones in
the top right hit corner, I'm unhinged this morning. Good morning,
(13:02):
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on kiss
one oh seven one. We're in the midst of talking
about what your top a gas station snack is. The
reason is this list came out and uh, I highly
disagree with the fact that the Rice Krispy treat ranked
number one, Like that is just a no for me.
Speaker 11 (13:20):
To survive along road trip is you got to have
the snacks. It's all about the snacks. The drinks got
to keep you occupied and keep you satisfied because man,
I've done a cross country road trip and you get
to Middle America, there's absolutely nowhere to stop and nothing
to look at, so at least that'll keep you occupied.
Speaker 2 (13:39):
Well, thank you for the talkback with tiff When you
search kiss on the iHeart radio app, you two can
leave me voice notes. The microphone is in the top
right hand corner. You didn't tell me what your go
to snack was though, Well I need to know, I
had said, Little Debbie. She's number one and number two
for me, the Cosmic brownie and the Swiss roll.
Speaker 1 (13:57):
More in Tiffany, which honor your truck trucker. Just want
to check it.
Speaker 7 (14:02):
In and out in Virginia.
Speaker 2 (14:08):
Okay, well, Hunter, thank you for checking in from Virginia.
I hope the weather is good for you there, and
you've got yourself loaded up with gas station snacks.
Speaker 3 (14:17):
Let's put a pin in this conversation.
Speaker 2 (14:18):
Coming up three minutes from now, we're going to dive
into the three things you need to know to get
your day started in Sincy. By now, you've seen Joe
Burrow running on a treadmill outside of the in front
of the ocean.
Speaker 3 (14:31):
Do you know why. I'll get to that next Lynn
you need to know she's got you. It's three things
with Tip. Well, good morning.
Speaker 2 (14:42):
I can't believe it's real, but Firefest is coming back.
Give me a hot sec We're just before eight o'clock.
Speaker 3 (14:47):
At eight thirty, I have your chance to win.
Speaker 2 (14:48):
Let's sing Taylor tickets at the Brady for next Friday. First,
we're gonna start off with Logan Palm. WWE is happening.
I believe in Cleveland, and he really just came for Cincinnati.
Speaker 3 (15:02):
When it comes to Joe Burrow, you.
Speaker 1 (15:04):
Guys waste talent.
Speaker 3 (15:05):
Just look at what you did to Joe Burrow. Proud
not happy about that one. I don't really know much
about WWE.
Speaker 2 (15:14):
My guy Ricky Chino, who I think if you've heard
him on my show and maybe you've followed him on social,
he works on our seven.
Speaker 3 (15:20):
Hundred news department.
Speaker 2 (15:21):
I believe he's there, So when he comes back, I'll
get the debrief for you. Second and three things you
need to know this morning. Speaking of Joe Burrow, this
news isn't new.
Speaker 3 (15:32):
It came out.
Speaker 2 (15:32):
I believe sometime last week that Joe Burrow is the
new brand ambassador for Alo Athletics.
Speaker 3 (15:39):
I used to really know it as Alo Yoga.
Speaker 2 (15:41):
It's become one of the premier athletic brands in the
fitness world. And Joe Burrow is repping their sneaker line
and they put that man on a treadmill at sunset
in front of an ocean outside, and I said, someone
in that marketing department really knew what they were doing.
Also in this celebrity fitness world, it was just announced
(16:02):
yesterday that Lewis Hamilton now for Ferrari F one Racing,
is the new brand ambassador for Lululemon.
Speaker 10 (16:09):
All right.
Speaker 2 (16:10):
And then lastly, in three things you need to know
this morning, I hell is real, and it's not between
Cincinnati and Columbus. This is Firefest. Firefest two is coming back.
Speaker 3 (16:22):
Guys. Ticket prices range.
Speaker 2 (16:24):
Let me pull the data here for you anywhere from
fourteen hundred dollars to over a million dollars. Who's giving
Billy McFarland money. Who is doing this? You'll remember this
was two different documentaries on two different platforms. He was
charged with wire frauds, six years in prison. You remember,
(16:45):
did the whole festival at promising music and cheese sandwiches,
music and culinary experiences. None of that happened. People were
stranded and they were eating cheese sandwiches. Funny enough that
this festival is coming back. I guess as not just music,
but according to him, could be skateboarding as well. They
will have cheese sandwiches, but it will be the most
(17:07):
expensive thing on the menu. I can't coming up. And
it's the twenty fifth of February. That's three things for
this Tuesday. Coming up at eight twenty, we're going to
talk about dreams. Have you ever had a bad dream
that led to you breaking up with someone?
Speaker 3 (17:20):
We'll get to that next.
Speaker 1 (17:22):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning time kiss one.
Speaker 2 (17:25):
Have you ever had a dream ruin either a relationship,
whether that be like an intimate one. Have you ever
gotten into a fight over a dream that you've had?
Speaker 3 (17:35):
Like something weird? Like dreams can feel so weird.
Speaker 2 (17:38):
But has a dream ever ruined a relationship, friendship, cowork,
or any of that?
Speaker 3 (17:43):
Sarah You've had You've.
Speaker 2 (17:45):
Had quite the little active mind when it comes to
those dreams over there.
Speaker 3 (17:50):
Why it's nice.
Speaker 2 (17:51):
Okay, you watched Substance, which we talked about yesterday. I
think you're gonna hear about it a lot coming up
with this coming Sunday's Oscar season. Absolutely and Substance has
a lot of like naked scenes in it. You said
it was like sixty percent naked the entire time, which
is like not.
Speaker 3 (18:07):
Sued anymore and all of her glory.
Speaker 2 (18:11):
So I'm wondering if that's what led to you having
a sex.
Speaker 3 (18:14):
Dream about one of our coworkers.
Speaker 12 (18:17):
I don't know, idea, And it kind of came out
of nowhere because I've never thought about our coworker in
that way, right, and it felt so real, and it
was one of those where I wake up and I'm like, wait,
where'd they go?
Speaker 3 (18:31):
And it leads but what do these things mean?
Speaker 12 (18:33):
Like why would I have dreamt about this person when
I've never seen them in that way?
Speaker 3 (18:39):
I don't know.
Speaker 12 (18:40):
Dreams don't make any sense to me. I know girls
that get mad at their boyfriends because in their dreams
their boyfriend is cheating on them. I'll say, my friend Jules,
she's in a relationship, they've been together for just shy
of a year, and just a couple of weeks ago,
she had a dream that he was cheating on her,
and she was mad at him the entire weekend.
Speaker 3 (19:00):
Right, So it's nuts, it's crazy.
Speaker 2 (19:03):
It feels so so real though in the moment. And
this is not neither your or my first time talking
about having a sex dream about a coworker.
Speaker 3 (19:12):
That in itself is very weird. I get it. We
spend a lot of time with these people. Maybe that's it.
But do you tell them or do you not tell them?
Speaker 12 (19:19):
No, because the last time I told somebody about it,
it ruined our friendship.
Speaker 3 (19:22):
That sucks.
Speaker 12 (19:23):
Isn't it wild? Yeah?
Speaker 3 (19:25):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (19:26):
And you're like, I just want to get this off
my chest. I want to share this. Isn't this funny haha?
But it ended up ruining a relationship for you.
Speaker 3 (19:32):
That's weird.
Speaker 10 (19:32):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (19:33):
Is it weird?
Speaker 11 (19:33):
It did?
Speaker 3 (19:34):
Am I weird?
Speaker 12 (19:36):
I think we're all weird and weird. The whole coworker thing.
It's got to be pretty common. I think this is
a common thing to if you're gonna have a dream
about somebody, it's probably gonna be about them because we're
with our coworkers more than we're with anybody else.
Speaker 3 (19:50):
We're here for thirty forty hours a week.
Speaker 12 (19:53):
I don't see my husband or anybody in my family
for that amount of time ever.
Speaker 3 (19:57):
Right, But I don't have sex dreams about you, and
I'm with you a lot. We'll call it no, let's go.
So that's why it doesn't make sense to me.
Speaker 12 (20:05):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (20:05):
I've heard of these scenarios before. These are the two
I have heard of. I've heard of having sex dreams
about coworkers. I have heard about dreaming about something that
happened in your dream and then you wake up really
angry with that person, But I have never heard of
it actually ending a relationship. I have a you so far,
you're the only one so five one, three, seven, four nine,
(20:29):
one oh seven one.
Speaker 3 (20:29):
Have you ever had a dream.
Speaker 2 (20:30):
Completely dismantle a real relationship in your life?
Speaker 3 (20:34):
That's crazy to me.
Speaker 12 (20:35):
I'm really curious about that.
Speaker 2 (20:37):
Good Morning you're waking up with Tiff in the morning
on Kiss one oh seven one. Dreams is the keyword
you're gonna need for the Let's Sing Taylor tickets next
Friday at the Brady. If you're just walking into the conversation,
have you ever had a dream that's completely derailed a relationship?
You've woken up and you it's changed something in you.
We were just chit chatting about that. Hi, Aaron, You're
(20:58):
on the air.
Speaker 13 (20:59):
I've been woken up quite a few times getting punched
because my wife accused me of cheating and her.
Speaker 3 (21:05):
Dreams, Oh my god.
Speaker 2 (21:07):
And I know there's no validity to it, right, No,
It's like, okay, has it ever?
Speaker 3 (21:11):
Has it ever ruined a relationship?
Speaker 4 (21:14):
Uh? No, I've never had one ruin.
Speaker 13 (21:16):
But I the only dreams that I normally get are
you know, because I'm not really in my kids' lives anymore,
because you know, that's a whole other story. But like
I get dreams of them saying like why did you leave?
Speaker 4 (21:30):
Like where are you at?
Speaker 13 (21:31):
And you know, I mean that's the kind of dreams
that I begin.
Speaker 2 (21:35):
Well, Aaron, thank you so much for the call. I
do highly recommend therapy.
Speaker 3 (21:39):
I already know my guy.
Speaker 2 (21:42):
Thank you for the call. We got time for at
least one more higher on the air. Thanks for stopping by.
Speaker 4 (21:48):
So I had a dream at my significant other cheated
on me and I fought with him for a good month.
Speaker 3 (21:56):
Was there truth or validity to it?
Speaker 1 (21:58):
No?
Speaker 3 (21:59):
Okay, and just looked.
Speaker 4 (22:01):
At me and said, you're freaking out or nothing, And
I said, I don't care. You still cheat it on me?
Speaker 2 (22:06):
And and dream that's happened so many times. I bet
by uh what's your name? By the way, with neighborhood
you waking up with men.
Speaker 3 (22:12):
Brandon nor Thank you for the call.
Speaker 2 (22:16):
I am blown away. We haven't gotten anyone that's called
about the coworker thing yet, because that's where the conversation
initially started. Sarah came in here and said, I had
a dream about someone we work with, not the first time.
Five win, three seven seven one again. Dreams is a
(22:36):
keyword for the tailor tickets. On top of that, I'm
going to pop over to our talkbacks on the Iheard app.
Speaker 3 (22:41):
If you want to contribute, we'll get to you next because.
Speaker 1 (22:44):
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on just
one o seven to one.
Speaker 3 (22:47):
All right, collar ten.
Speaker 2 (22:48):
If you have the keyword that I had mentioned earlier
in the show and you want to go see Let's
sing Taylor at the Brady next Friday, you can go
ahead and start dialing five one, three, seven four nine
one seven to one. If you're just walking into this conversation,
we were just chit chatting about dreams.
Speaker 3 (23:06):
Have you ever had a dream that's.
Speaker 2 (23:08):
Changed a relationship with someone, maybe even ended it.
Speaker 3 (23:12):
It's so bizarre.
Speaker 2 (23:13):
I had a dream last night about a coworker from
Boston that I maybe have seen on social media. Sarah
came in here earlier and said that she had an
intimate dream about someone we work with.
Speaker 3 (23:23):
It's just so bizarre. I'm checking some of your talkbacks.
Speaker 8 (23:28):
It's just funny you're talking about dreams this morning, because
last night I've literally had a dream that my husband
was seeing somebody else and like she they were all
pen and the girl were like hanging out with my son,
like when I wasn't there. It was so freaking weird.
Speaker 2 (23:46):
I bet it's weird. How what is going on in
my brain? Thank you for the talkback with TAF. When
you search kiss on the iHeartRadio app, the microphone is
in the top right hand corner and that's how you
can leave me voice notes.
Speaker 3 (23:58):
It's just an alternative way to contry you to the show.
Speaker 2 (24:01):
Hopefully you have a hint as to what the keyword was, okay,
based off of what we were just talking about.
Speaker 3 (24:07):
Wink win.
Speaker 2 (24:08):
I have one more open full nine if you want
to go see Let's sing Taylor five one three seven
four nine one o seven one.
Speaker 3 (24:15):
Hopefully it goes to you. Good luck.
Speaker 1 (24:19):
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on Kiss
one O seven to one.
Speaker 2 (24:22):
I love, love, love that song. All right, I'm hoping
that you have a keyword for me. Yes, dream Congratulations, Gal,
you got the keyword your collar ten.
Speaker 12 (24:32):
Awesome.
Speaker 2 (24:33):
You're going to see Taylor Let's sing Taylor Swift rather
at the Brady next weekend.
Speaker 12 (24:38):
Awesome.
Speaker 3 (24:38):
I'm so excited.
Speaker 11 (24:39):
I didn't get to see her at the aerostour, so.
Speaker 2 (24:42):
Okay, well, I'm doing my best to give you the second,
you know, the next best thing.
Speaker 3 (24:46):
What's your name? And what neighborhoodre you waking.
Speaker 12 (24:48):
Up with me and Kristin and Hamilton?
Speaker 2 (24:50):
Kristin, thank you for listening to Tiff in the morning
every day.
Speaker 3 (24:53):
I appreciate you, of course I love it.
Speaker 2 (24:56):
Have you had encounters with dreams lately that have been
really thrown you?
Speaker 8 (25:00):
No?
Speaker 1 (25:00):
Not really.
Speaker 3 (25:01):
I actually don't have a lot of dreams.
Speaker 2 (25:03):
I've had crazy dreams since I was pregnant, which is
five years ago.
Speaker 3 (25:07):
I've heard that before too.
Speaker 2 (25:09):
Thank you for the call that dreams not everyone experiences them.
I've been having the most bizarre dreams lately.
Speaker 1 (25:16):
Uh.
Speaker 3 (25:17):
If you took an l on the leed sing Taylor tickets.
Speaker 2 (25:19):
You can set a reminder to get up with TIF
in the morning tomorrow around eight thirty.
Speaker 3 (25:23):
I'll do it again.
Speaker 2 (25:24):
In the meantime, we're commercial free and not far off
from the three things you need to know to get
your day started. Here in Cincy, two songs from now,
which famous festival landed the organizer in Risen and he's
back with the round two.
Speaker 3 (25:41):
I'll talk about it next when you need to know
She's got you.
Speaker 2 (25:48):
It's three things with TI. I feel like this is
like a Stockholm syndrome. Why why are we doing Fire
Festival two again?
Speaker 3 (25:56):
You know what?
Speaker 2 (25:57):
Honestly, be so committed to what you believe in in
this world that even after going to prison for four
years out of six that you were sentenced for wirefraud,
that you get out of prison and.
Speaker 14 (26:10):
You were able to convince investors and guests to go
back to your festival. That's how I want you to
operate in this day right now, wake up Cincinnati.
Speaker 2 (26:21):
I want you to be like Billy McFarland minus the
prison time. All right, So Fire Festival was a nightmare,
literal nightmare. The reason why I don't go to music
festivals is because the documentary. Multiple streaming platforms put out
the Fire Festival doc basically explaining what happened. I got
so caught up in this that I forgot to tell
(26:42):
you that Fire Festival, too, put on by Billy McFarland,
is coming back in.
Speaker 3 (26:46):
Tickets are on sale as of this morning.
Speaker 2 (26:49):
Happens last weekend in May, heading into June of this
year in Mexico. Now, Originally Billy McFarland had billed this
as like the best, biggest, most luxury festival of all time.
You know, many people, celebrities, influencers, they.
Speaker 3 (27:05):
All bought in on it. They all said this is
going to be it.
Speaker 2 (27:08):
Then people started to slowly back out, I'm assuming once
they realized what a nightmare is going to be. And
then it turned into people showing up and sleeping in
emergency relief fund tents and eating cheese sandwiches. Goes to prison,
the wirefraud happens, he gets out, and this is.
Speaker 3 (27:25):
Where we're at.
Speaker 1 (27:25):
Fire I is real. My dream is finally becoming a reality.
Fire two really isn't about the past, and it's not
really about me.
Speaker 3 (27:33):
It's about taking the vision which is strong.
Speaker 10 (27:35):
You know.
Speaker 2 (27:36):
Tickets, by the way, ranged from almost two thousand dollars
to anywhere in the millions. Who is giving Billy McFarland
a million dollars for fire too?
Speaker 3 (27:48):
Would you go?
Speaker 2 (27:49):
This is why I can see it working out, though,
because it got so much press the first go around, right,
and he had the you know, he was able to
to make nothing, make something out of nothing. It also
turned into nothing out of nothing, but it gave them
enough press and enough people being like, all right, I'm
going to buy into this craziness because I know something
will come out of it. I think that's what's happening here.
(28:09):
I don't know of any of the artists. I don't
know anyone that's on it. I don't know anything. I
don't know what the tickets you're gonna buy, but I'm
sending good luck to you. Ah right, Second and three
things you need to know. Yesterday, so I talked a
little bit about Timothy Shalomey at the SAG Awards. We're
heading into Oscars on Saturday or Sunday night rather, and
Kylie Jenner was noticeably absent. She's been supporting Timothy along
(28:30):
his press runs, et cetera. We found out a little
bit more about the passing of her celebrity hairstylist Hazus,
who's worked on not just Kylie, but j Lo, Katie Perry,
and Moore. And turns out that she was pretty close
to him, and so was the Kardashian family. I had
seen something, I think on social media where Kim and
Chloe they were saying, you know, these people.
Speaker 3 (28:50):
Travel with us.
Speaker 2 (28:51):
They travel with us all the time on family vacations,
on work trips. They become a part of our family.
So when Hazu's passed, she was taking it pretty hard.
Speaker 3 (28:59):
He was in his thirties.
Speaker 2 (29:01):
I don't have a cause of death yet, but it
did come out that Kylie is going to pay.
Speaker 3 (29:05):
For his funeral services.
Speaker 2 (29:07):
I'm not surprised there, because there was a go Fundme
page for him, and I guess that GoFundMe was to
get his body back to where he is going to
be laid to rest. And I'm assuming that Kylie is
going to take care of the tab on that one,
all right, And I'm thinking of I'm thinking of her,
you know. Lastly, in Three Things You Need to Know
this Morning, Tate McCray has been out on her press
run as well, with the release of her album this
(29:29):
past Friday.
Speaker 3 (29:30):
She has a song on there with the Kid Roy.
Speaker 2 (29:32):
Now, imagine working on music with your significant other, right
and and almost being like a fan of his before
you started dating.
Speaker 3 (29:39):
This is what their relationship was like.
Speaker 5 (29:42):
Yeah, you know what, for the first actually month of
us dating, I would wake up singing his songs every morning.
That was really weird. It was it was really like uncomfortable. Actually,
I think I don't care. I can't stop, Like, oh no.
Speaker 3 (29:55):
Clearly they have this song together.
Speaker 2 (29:57):
Here's a clip if you haven't heard it yet, it's
called I Know Love. By the way, both the Kid
Lroy and Tate McCrae were in since he last year,
right around the same time. All Right, that is three
things you need to know for the twenty fifth of February.
The best way to keep listening to Tiff in the
(30:18):
morning is by searching Kiss one seven.
Speaker 3 (30:20):
One on the iHeartRadio app Good Morning, Good Morning.
Speaker 2 (30:24):
Two amazing songs to kick off hour at nine o'clock hour,
What's Your Fantasy by Ludacris and Only Girl by Rihanna.
You know, it's kind of like Stockholm syndrome. I talked
about this yesterday, how every time I feel like I've
reached a point where I'm ready to let go of
Rihanna putting out new music. She teases us with another
another something for her album I Know You're waking up
(30:44):
with TIF in the morning on Kiss one oh seven one,
speaking of Stockholm syndrome, I just mentioned how Billy McFarland
is getting ready to release tickets for Fire II Festival,
and my god, you remember what the first fessel was
a nightmare, slept in relief tents and eight cheese sandwiches.
II Festival's business model is that they have to get
(31:06):
influencers who know that it's going to fail so that
they can film this so that they can get more views.
Speaker 3 (31:12):
And that's kind of what I said too. Thank you
for the talkback with Tiff.
Speaker 2 (31:15):
When you search Kiss on the iHeartRadio opp the microphones
in the top right hand corner.
Speaker 3 (31:20):
Let's face it, the only thing Fire Festival might have
again is another lawsuit. Yeah, agreed. I don't know.
Speaker 2 (31:29):
I just what I love about the situation from observation
because I'm never going to a festival, but I want
you to be so committed to whatever it is that
you believe in to the point where you are you
are sentenced to six years in prison, and you come
out of that prison sentence after doing four years and
you say, you know what, let's give it another go.
Speaker 9 (31:50):
I love it.
Speaker 2 (31:52):
Oh man, all right, how are you hopefully off to
a good start? Give me three or four minutes to
Abby from Everything, since he jumps on on Tuesdays, to
give us the top thing you can do this weekend.
What is the number one first date spot for this Friday?
Speaker 3 (32:07):
Might love this. We'll get to that next.
Speaker 1 (32:08):
All right, just one, seven one, it's time for Tuesday
tips on Tip in the morning.
Speaker 2 (32:14):
Good morning, Mi Gal, Abby from Everything. Since he does
all the research so that we don't have to, she
gives us a little taste of what's happening in the
Tri State that you might find interesting. Whether you're single, solo, married,
You got friends coming in from out of town, you
just want to break out the house, you don't want
to spend a lot of money, all the above. Good morning, Migal,
Good morning at the weather it's getting nicer.
Speaker 9 (32:36):
We've got some free events that people can check out
this weekend. So three free events starting with Since the
Art Museum the last Friday of every month, they do
art after dark, and it's free and it's open from
five to nine and you can go.
Speaker 7 (32:54):
They always have it.
Speaker 9 (32:55):
Seemed this week are this month is Pride. But you
can also see the exhibits that are normally ticketed. So
cool way to mingle meet some new people. And I
love the art museum. It's always a gem and always
a great time and you can have drinks and enjoy
all the beautiful art.
Speaker 3 (33:16):
I love it.
Speaker 2 (33:16):
I go as whenever right after dark comes, I try
to pull up. So that's that's such a good There
are so many first dates too. Every time I'm there,
I'm like, you're definitely on a first date. You're definitely
on a first date.
Speaker 9 (33:29):
It's a great way though, to like not have it
be like super awkward. We're just sitting down across, you know,
maybe get dinner after this, because you can like talk
and walk and have these exhibits and stuff that can
start conversation.
Speaker 2 (33:44):
Oh yeah, it's really it's the It's so it's clutch
for a first date or even a second Definitely.
Speaker 9 (33:51):
I love that cook all right, Moving on this one
is fun. It's so high ball Cincy. This is a
newer bar. It's right by Findley Market and the last
Friday of every month, they're doing a record swap, so
you can bring your records down and they have actually
a record player where you can choose different records they
(34:13):
have there and you can play them. But you can
go meet different people that have a similar interest and
do a record swap. And I think this is so
fun and again this is a free event.
Speaker 3 (34:23):
I love that you can connect over music too.
Speaker 2 (34:26):
You tell a lot about somebody by what they watch
on TV and what they listen to.
Speaker 9 (34:31):
What they listen to, Yes, yes, something else really cool
about high Ball Simc. They are probably one of the
only places I know of in the Cincy that are
in the city that do a weekend happy hour. So
they're doing their happy hour on Friday, Saturday and Sundays.
Speaker 3 (34:48):
Oh I love that. Yeah, I think a family.
Speaker 9 (34:53):
Market, you shop, have a good little day, then you
can go and get a happy hour drink from high
Ball Simcy. Really really cool spot.
Speaker 3 (35:01):
I love it.
Speaker 2 (35:01):
Thanks Abby, we got at least one more right.
Speaker 9 (35:05):
Yep. Main Struts is doing Marty Gral this weekend, so
Covington Mainstros's gonna get a little wild down there. I
know all of the bars and restaurants get pretty into
it and participate. Cocktam bulls, got all kinds of stuff
they're doing, and the parade starts at seven pm. And
this is always a fight. That's always a fun thing
(35:25):
to go. Go a witness and yeah, just enjoy the festivities.
Speaker 3 (35:29):
Well Abby from everything.
Speaker 2 (35:31):
Since he obviously that's her website and her Instagram handle,
it does all the research in the city so that
we don't have to. And then she comes on the
show at least once a week and it is like, Hey,
if you want to do something free, here you go.
If you want to go on a first date, here
you go. If you've got friends coming in from out
of town, there you go. Mi gal, Thank you, I
appreciate you. Coming up next, we're going to do the
Daily Debrief. I choose one big thing every day that
(35:51):
we get into and we revisit it, giving you a
chance to get caught up. Have you ever had a
dream that was so d of it intense that it
actually ended up ruining a relationship?
Speaker 3 (36:02):
Oh yeah, we're going to get to that one next.
