about it first thing this morning. The news guys at
seven hundred WLW and I were chatting about a few
different things. You know, there were some rumors coming up
about Kroger and Albertson, and I said, hey, what's the
validity to these? Do I need to spend time talking
about it on the show. We decided at this point no.

But rick Yuchino from seven hundred says, what I can't
believe is the fact that there's rumor that the Purple
People Bridge be going away.

They could just tear it down.

It's like, what do you mean We're known for our bridges, Like,
what do you mean you can just you can't just
like tear one down? Can you take one down, pass
it around, tear it down. Humpty dumpty, what's he gonna do?

I don't know when this was. We've run out of money.

And from what I remember, the Purple People Bridge is
privately owned, because that was always the thing, and I
mean it crumbles like at least once a year. I
had to ask him, I said, is it open right
now as we speak? And he said, yeah, you can
cross over. I had kind of just forgotten about the
Purple because for so long you couldn't get over. It

couldn't get over, it couldn't go under. I mean, there's
so many bridge references here.

There's two ways of looking at this one, like there's
validity to it and they're really nervous about it, or
they're going to create enough hype exactly what I'm doing
right now for people to band together and sort of
raise some money for this bridge. I couldn't see a

was like, this story is so crazy, you're gonna have

So I'm planning my wedding in May of this year,
got a travel agent who took all of the deposits
from my wedding party. Over forty rooms were booked at
a resort and Poodacana. She took all the money and
did not book my wedding.

I'm I'm speechless. What do you mean? It's like, what
do you mean?

Speaker 6 (07:39):
Yeah? She the company that she's Taylor May Travel. She's
from Springboro, Ohio. Do not take money from her?

We Oh my god, So they shits creep to you. Essentially,
they stole all your money.

Yeah, it's just one person. Her name's Nancy Taylor. She
she was the one that took all of our deposits.
There was over twenty five thousand dollars with nothing to prove.
So I after we did some research, I found out
that she used my credit card to go to kan
Kun with her friend. So the day that I gave

her my credit card number to book my wedding and
to set my date, she went to kan Kun.

twenty thousand dollars plus because she thought she was using
a travel agencyne turns out it was a woman named
Nancy Taylor from Springbroo stole all of her money that
she was supposed to book the wedding with and took

the money and went to Cancun. So Christina, walk me
through where you are right now.

Mean all eighty of my guests had to dispute their
charges with their credit card company and I had to
move my wedding.

I just I have a million in one questions. I mean,
I guess the most important is are you okay? Do

My credit card company did give me back my money,

advice for anyone in Cinci or Northern Kentucky, Indiana right
now listening that you would tell them since you went
through this hell.

Nancy Taylor, Spring, Ohio, do not take any money, Do
not give you do not give her your credit card number,
Do not do business with her. If you've done business
with her, go to your local police department and file
a charge on her, because right now Boom County, Kentucky
has a huge case building against her. Last time I heard,

there was over one hundred thousand dollars of money that
she has taken just Northern Kentucky people from. If anybody
wants to donate to my wedding.

it would have been a lot sooner than a year now.
The other part of the conversation is that Travis kept

the time, do you like living here in Cincinnati or

on what city I was in at the time, and
my answer was always yes, loved it. People say you
don't want to go even the people that live here,

I mean the major ones as an adult trying to

cost of living here is amazing.

of what she talked about on how to survive Cincinnati.

survive and live here, although they're great. What would you recommend?

city that you live in. You have to put energy

and effort in. So my number one piece of advice
is putting yourself out there. Maybe you've already done that,
