Speaker 1 (00:00):
You're waking up fifth in the morning. I kiss seven one, Hi,
good morning.
Speaker 2 (00:05):
I have to talk about this early so that the
person that the story is about doesn't hear it.
Speaker 1 (00:14):
I get a text.
Speaker 2 (00:15):
I hope my best friend is listening. I get a
text from my best friend around maybe like fifteen ish
minutes ago, fifteen twenty minutes ago, and she lives in
Fort Wright. She says, I just want to let you know.
Actually I'm going to read it. Forget this. I'm just
reading it verbatim for you this morning. This is at
(00:36):
six h nine am. I need you to know that
I'm at the Kroger at six am when it opens
this morning because my husband is currently spiraling about whatever strike.
Speaker 1 (00:50):
Is happening and that we need food.
Speaker 2 (00:55):
I'm in tears. Yes there's a strike happening. If you're like,
what are you talking about, Tiffany, maybe I'll spend more
time on that in three things you.
Speaker 1 (01:01):
Need to know at six point fifty.
Speaker 2 (01:02):
You know, it will table that portion of the conversation
until later on in the hour when we dive in.
But just made me giggle this morning that she's troll
around Kroger at six o'clock because whatever is happening globally
right now. I'm sure someone in your inner circle is similar,
or you know, maybe your husband or wife is similar,
(01:24):
and you might be in solidarity with my best friend
at the Kroger in is it Fort Mitchell?
Speaker 1 (01:30):
She might be at the Fort Mitchell Kroger at six.
Speaker 2 (01:31):
Am in her pajamas trying to get the cottage cheese.
Speaker 1 (01:38):
Oh, I love it.
Speaker 2 (01:39):
I hope you're off to a good start. It's chilly outside.
You're gonna need a little bit of a like a
like a jacket. This morning, I had my seat heaters on.
It's gonna beautiful though, straight up sunshine for the rest
of the week for the foreseeable future, with temperatures in
the seventies, so it feels really nice out there after
all that rain coming up later on.
Speaker 1 (01:58):
Outside of what we talked about.
Speaker 2 (01:59):
For three Things, I have your chance to win one
thousand dollars in a free trip to our iHeartRadio hingle
ball at nine oh five. Best way to keep listening
to Tip in the morning's on iHeartRadio.
Speaker 1 (02:09):
When you search Kiss one oh seven when you need
to know She's got you. It's three Things with TIF
on Hi, Good morning.
Speaker 2 (02:19):
We're just before seven o'clock on this Wednesday. Nothing but
blue skies and sunshine for this foreseeable future here in Sincy,
with temperatures varying it somewhere in the seventy degree mark
depending on what day it is, so lots of good
weather to enjoy ahead of us. We're going to start
off with a dock strike. Okay, this broke yesterday. I
had just told a story early on our six o'clock
(02:41):
hour about how my best friend's husband sent her to
Kroger and Fort Mitchell at six am this morning because
he was concerned about the dock strike. And I said, listen,
I'm going to fill you in on this whether or
not you need to be doing the same, just in
case you're worried about that dock strike happened, like I said,
about twenty four hours ago, where doc workers across some
(03:03):
of our major ports here in the US are on strike,
mostly due to higher wages, et cetera.
Speaker 1 (03:08):
Here's a clip.
Speaker 3 (03:11):
Jacqueline Vaylow's as a single mother working at the docks
in New Jersey, her three little girls joining her on
the picket line.
Speaker 4 (03:18):
Everything that come into this country comes in through us,
the supply that everyone receives daily. It comes through us,
and we're not appreciated.
Speaker 3 (03:28):
Under the old contract, a dock worker could earn a
typical salary of one hundred thousand dollars per year. The
union wants to boost pay to one hundred and seventy
seven thousand dollars annually over six years and add protections
against automated machine.
Speaker 2 (03:42):
All right, so somewheer around thirty percent of our supply
chain kind of comes through these docks. When there's more
on that one, I'll keep my eye out on it
for you. You know, I'll have it for you in
the interim. You don't need to go to Croker At
six in the morning. Let's talk about the Let's talk
about the vice presidential debate last night, both candidates taking
the stage for one their one and only time in
(04:04):
New York at nine o'clock last night, addressing a few
things immigration, economy, climate change, and then of course each
other's presidential candidates. Here is let's start off with Let's
start off. Let's start off with Governor Tim Walls. Okay,
here we go.
Speaker 5 (04:24):
Talking about cities and where it's at the number one,
where the most firearm deaths happened in Minnesota are rural suicides,
and we have an epidemic of children getting guns and
shooting themselves. And so we have and we should look
at all of the issues making sure folks have health
care and all that. But I want to be very
(04:44):
careful this idea of stigmatizing mental health. Just because you
have a mental health issue doesn't mean you're violent.
Speaker 2 (04:51):
And then we'll play some audio from JD Vance as well.
Speaker 6 (04:55):
I think you got a tough job here because you've
got to play whack a mole. You've got to pretend
that Donald's Trump didn't deliver rising take home pay, which
of course he did. You've got to pretend that Donald
Trump didn't deliver lower inflation, which of course he did.
And then you simultaneously got to defend Kamala Harris's atrocious
economic record which has made gas, groceries and housing unaffordable
(05:15):
fair American citizens.
Speaker 2 (05:17):
We are almost, like just about exactly a month away
from the election.
Speaker 1 (05:23):
Make sure you're registered to vote.
Speaker 2 (05:25):
There's I'm gonna have toar I'm gonna have to early
vote this year because I'll be traveling on election day
and so I'm gonna have to go in person and
vote early.
Speaker 1 (05:32):
All right.
Speaker 2 (05:33):
And then lastly, in three Things you need to know,
it was announced yesterday that legendary Pete Rose had passed
away and that was due to heart failure, and they
made that announcement yesterday. That's three things for the second
of October. Coming up at seven o five, we're commercial free.
Speaker 1 (05:49):
Good morning. You're waking up.
Speaker 7 (05:51):
With Tip in the morning on Kiss Onto seven one.
Speaker 2 (05:53):
I hate myself. I hate myself. I messed up again,
messed up real bad again. And you know when this happens,
I gotta call it out. I have been talking about
jelly Roll for the last couple of days. He's been
(06:14):
hot in the press because he did Saturday Night Live
Global Citizens Best. He was talking about his CMA Award.
I think he did a late night show as of
recent So he's come up a bunch on our feeds
and such, and so I've been chit chatting about him
in Three Things, and every time I've mentioned him, I've
also mentioned that he's coming to Cincy. If you didn't
(06:34):
know this, jelly Roll will be here. I unfortunately thought
he was coming this Friday, October fourth, and then when
I was in a meeting with his record label yesterday,
we were looking at our calendar to set up the
you know, the visit and stuff when he comes here,
and I was like, yeah, he'll be here on Friday,
and they're like, no, we won't.
Speaker 1 (06:57):
I'm like, yeah, October fourth.
Speaker 2 (06:59):
Took a US five minutes to realize he's not coming
October fourth, He's coming November fourth. Yet here, I am
across all of Cincinnati. Jelly Roll's gonna be in Sincey
on Friday. That is three things you needs to know.
Speaker 1 (07:10):
But listen now, I'm getting a police escort through Manhattan to.
Speaker 8 (07:13):
Go to Saturday Night Live.
Speaker 9 (07:15):
Baby.
Speaker 2 (07:16):
It really doesn't get better than that. By the way,
Jelly Roll will be in Sinsey this Friday. No, no, oh, yeah,
he had his SNL performance. Jelly Roll's got the best
energy and speaking of he'll be here this coming Friday.
Speaker 1 (07:35):
No, he will not, No, he will not. It's November fourth. Guys.
If you hear me make a mistake, you have to call.
I don't have a co host.
Speaker 2 (07:43):
It's just me running this entire gamut here, this entire
scum on Kiss.
Speaker 1 (07:48):
One oh seven one. I don't have anyone to really
back me up.
Speaker 2 (07:52):
I think it's because there's something in my brain with names, dates,
and locations. I have a hard time getting those right,
but somehow I made a profession out of, you know,
speaking to people for a living with facts.
Speaker 1 (08:07):
This is just an example.
Speaker 2 (08:08):
Go after your dreams, regardless if you think you're qualified
or not. Okay, hey, we're commercial free. Thanks for indulging
me this morning. Best way to keep listening if you
so truse is on Kiss one oh seven one, because
coming up two songs from now, there is a viral story.
Speaker 1 (08:23):
That's definitely made its way to TikTok and it.
Speaker 2 (08:25):
All started about leaving reviews for this one place in
sincey I'm going to break that down for you, and
we're going to talk about leaving reviews and two songs
you're waking up.
Speaker 5 (08:36):
In the morning.
Speaker 2 (08:37):
Kiss one Hi, everybody, good morning. We're going to talk
about leaving reviews. Do you don't you? Have you ever
had a time where you've left a review and then
you were harassed? Have you ever had a horrible experience
somewhere but you just said, oh, it's not worth it,
and you walked away and you didn't leave a review.
(08:58):
That's the general baseline of our topic this morning. The
reason being is there's a video going viral right now
on TikTok of a girl who had a botched haircut
in Sincy and her experience and her story is kind
of just a catalyst for us to have the conversation
this morning. I don't really need to nuance get into
the nuances of what her experiences were, but just to
(09:22):
give you some insight, this girl went and got her haircut.
Speaker 1 (09:27):
I'm gonna let her talk about it here.
Speaker 10 (09:29):
I'm being harassed and threatened by the lady who cut
my hair.
Speaker 1 (09:34):
Or posting a review about what she did to my hair.
All right.
Speaker 2 (09:37):
At this point in the morning, the video has two
hundred and fifty thousand likes, five thousand comments, ten thousand saves,
five thousand shares, so people here in Cincy and then
in the greater TikTok world have seen this.
Speaker 1 (09:53):
Again.
Speaker 2 (09:53):
Her experience is kind of I don't need to get
into it, and it's actually not about bashing businesses.
Speaker 1 (09:59):
That's not what our conversation is going towards. This morning.
She went and got the haircut.
Speaker 2 (10:05):
From the photos that she posted, my personal opinion, yeah,
it looked pretty bad. But she's in the salon chair,
She's like, oh yeah, I like the haircut, paid for it,
walked home, got home, further inspected it, and was like, whoa,
this is not great. She then goes and leaves a review.
And then it looks like from what I've seen on
various like Facebook pages and you know, just some investigative
(10:26):
research on my own, it seemed like there was a
little bit of a.
Speaker 1 (10:29):
Back and forth and honestly.
Speaker 2 (10:35):
Didn't look didn't look good, like the interactions didn't look good. However,
I can see why people leave reviews. But then I
can also see why because I've learned a little bit
on the business side of things about how damaging a
review can really be. But as consumers, you know, we're
(10:57):
kind of expected to give our we have every to
give our personal experience an opinion on something. On the
other side of it, as a business owner, I do
understand how how devastating a one bad review can be.
Actually learned recently from someone has a business that there's
no way you can go in and change it.
Speaker 1 (11:16):
Or you know, say you were.
Speaker 2 (11:17):
Brand new with a business right and someone left you
a bad review and it was like your first day,
and then you know, six months later you've come to
improve on all these things that bad review stays with you.
So here's what I want to know. Five one, three, seven,
four nine, one oh seven one. Let's get into this
topic right now. How have you left reviews? Do you
leave reviews?
Speaker 1 (11:34):
Do you just let it go? Have you seen this video?
What's your stance? Hi, good morning.
Speaker 2 (11:39):
You're waking up with Tiff in the Morning on Kiss
one oh seven one. Do you leave a review if
you've had a bad or a good experience? What type
of person are you? Good morning, you're on the air.
Thanks for stopping by TIF in the morning. What are
your thoughts on this video we're talking about.
Speaker 11 (11:54):
Yeah, I've left a couple bad reviews myself before, and
I just felt awful. I felt awful, and I'm like,
we just be I guess I just need to be
a nicer person and kindness is just so important.
Speaker 7 (12:08):
And I just saw the video and I was like what.
Speaker 11 (12:11):
I was like, that's crazy.
Speaker 2 (12:13):
Okay, So you have seen this video, so you saw
what was happening in the video. So why do you
feel Do you feel guilty about leaving a bad review?
Speaker 6 (12:24):
Yeah?
Speaker 11 (12:24):
I just felt guilty and I was like, man, if
it were me, because like, I have family who has
small businesses and stuff, and like if they left a
bad review, I would just feel awful. I feel awful,
and it made me feel guilty when I've left bad
reviews before, and I'm like, you know what, people have
their days and we just need to let it go. Sometimes.
Speaker 2 (12:43):
Remind me of your name of what neighborhood you call
me from this morning.
Speaker 11 (12:48):
I'm Madison and I'm calling from Southeast Indiana.
Speaker 2 (12:51):
Okay, so Madison, I'm kind of with you on it
because I know that I just assume that everyone is
doing their best with what they have at that time.
Speaker 1 (13:00):
So if that business was really struggling.
Speaker 2 (13:02):
That day, I just try to like take my experience
and then I go and then I just you know,
let go and like odd essentially, and I do I understand,
and I get you, like why you felt guilty about
leaving the bad review. But sometimes when your money's involved,
like this video that we're talking about, and the experience
was so so bad, you do have every right to
leave a review.
Speaker 11 (13:24):
Oh yeah, one. I think the review is important either way,
and if the goal comes with it, it comes with it,
and if it doesn't, it doesn't.
Speaker 2 (13:33):
Okay, Well, your opinion was super appreciated this morning.
Speaker 1 (13:36):
Thank you, my gal.
Speaker 12 (13:38):
Yeah, thank you.
Speaker 13 (13:39):
See.
Speaker 1 (13:39):
Yeah, if you're.
Speaker 2 (13:40):
Just walking into this conversation, we're talking about a video
that might have come across your TikTok. And again, this
wasn't about this specific incident in Cincinnati.
Speaker 1 (13:51):
It was it wasn't.
Speaker 2 (13:52):
It was a catalyst to our topic this morning, but
it wasn't specifically about that. I was curious, you know,
I get it. I've all this girl. She had every
right to be angry. I was.
Speaker 1 (14:01):
I could see why because I've seen the video.
Speaker 2 (14:04):
I've left a review somewhere and I did carry that
review guilt afterwards. More than welcome to jump in because
we've got a few minutes before we dive into three things.
Good morning, we're back, and I want to squeeze in
one more caller because we're in the midst of talk.
Let me just catch up to speed. Hi, good morning.
My name is Tiff. This is Tiff in the morning.
Kiss one oh seven one. Good We're locked in. We're
(14:24):
talking about reviews. There's a video on TikTok that's in
the process of going viral of someone leaving a review
about a business here in Cincinnati.
Speaker 1 (14:32):
We've covered this at length.
Speaker 2 (14:34):
I am now just curious on whether or not you
leave reviews versus you don't.
Speaker 1 (14:38):
Good morning, you're on the air.
Speaker 10 (14:40):
Yes, so I'm actually on the other end of it
and I received reviews. It looks like as a business.
Speaker 1 (14:46):
Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, go ahead, Mi gal.
Speaker 10 (14:48):
Yeah, yeah, so I think it's important. Yeah, you can't
really pick down reviews, but I think it's important how
we respond to them.
Speaker 1 (14:58):
Oh, from there's good point.
Speaker 2 (15:00):
So if you own a business, and you're more than
welcome to shout out your business if you want. If
I were to leave you a good review, like, what
as a business owner and someone leaves you review, what
are you looking for? Do you want honesty even if
it's negative, Like what would be the best for you?
Speaker 12 (15:17):
Oh?
Speaker 10 (15:17):
Yeah, one hundred percent. I think it's it's important to
get honest reviews because if we are doing something wrong
as a business, we want to make it better, okay,
and if we don't know, we can't fix it.
Speaker 2 (15:30):
And if I was like brutally honest, like, hey, this
experience was real, real, real, real, real bad, Well, what
are you like prepared to take that?
Speaker 1 (15:39):
I guess it's the same for my show as well.
Speaker 2 (15:41):
You know, if people don't like my show and they
don't listen, Like I have to deal with the consequences
of that too, So I get it.
Speaker 10 (15:46):
Right, Yeah, one hundred percent. I mean, and you can't
please everyone at the end of the day, and you
know that that's something that you kind of have to
relate to to like, you know you can you can't
please everybody, but you know you have to make it
as best as top like you have to make it
as best as possible for the customers because at the
end of the day, the customers are are are your business,
(16:10):
so well to be the best you can be.
Speaker 2 (16:13):
Okay, So just to because I think I interrupted you,
I want to make sure I get an answer if so,
if I yeah, you're okay with if I.
Speaker 1 (16:19):
Leave a bad review? Yeah, okay. Well what's your name?
And do you have a business that you want to
shout out?
Speaker 10 (16:25):
My gal, I would hard to say all of this.
Speaker 2 (16:29):
That's fine, you can remain anonymous. I appreciate you waking
up with TIF in the morning every day.
Speaker 10 (16:34):
Yes, yes, of course.
Speaker 1 (16:36):
All right, let's put a pin in this. Love love love, love,
love this conversation. But we got to move on.
Speaker 2 (16:41):
We have the three things you need to know to
get your day started and sin see Travis Kelsey is
embarking upon an adventure.
Speaker 1 (16:48):
I'll have that and more for.
Speaker 12 (16:49):
You next.
Speaker 1 (16:52):
When you need to know she's got you. It's three
things with Hi, good morning.
Speaker 2 (16:59):
We have a few things to get you before we
talk about Travis Kelce. I don't think we'll have time
to get into the full story of Pete Rose. Talked
about it a bunch yesterday, but it was announced that
he passed away from heart disease.
Speaker 1 (17:10):
So we got that yesterday afternoon. I wanted you to
have it all right.
Speaker 2 (17:13):
Let's officially start off with the latest from that gas
league that happened in Whitewater Township. Here's my guy, Lee
Mawin from our sister station seven hundred WLW with the insight.
Speaker 13 (17:26):
Tuesday nights meeting of Whitewater Township's Community Center had over
a dozen officials answering questions about the sty ing league.
One week ago, Hamilton County Health Commissioner Greg Kesterman shared
data from five air sampling tests with no dangerous levels
ever detected. A healthy applause was heard when Central Railroad
of Indiana Vice President of Operations Brian Stussy have this
(17:47):
to say.
Speaker 12 (17:50):
You.
Speaker 1 (17:53):
When they arrived, they become your facility immediately.
Speaker 13 (17:57):
That audio from WCPO as Noah Offis from AEOS were
there at the meeting.
Speaker 2 (18:02):
Okay, So if you're like, what what you remember last
week the gas leak? Right, So essentially the conclusion of
that is, hey, you're not allowed to park your trains
on the tracks anymore. That's what that announcement was. Okay, Okay,
Second and three things you need to know. I've already
said this, but let's be prepared that there's gonna be
(18:22):
a lot of ditty updates on this show as we
learn more and more and more and more as this progresses.
I think that we all thought that this was serious,
but guys, it's getting even more serious. And what I
announced two a week ago, two weeks ago, that was
just the beginning for Diddy. Yesterday a law firm Tony
(18:46):
Busby came forward and said that he has one hundred
and twenty accusers for the past twenty years. That came forward,
We're talking sixty women, sixty men, many of them have
powerful secrets about these freak offs, etc. And what the
audio I'm about to play you, I just want to
(19:07):
let you know us a little triggering.
Speaker 1 (19:09):
But this is just one example from this law firm.
Speaker 14 (19:13):
This individual, who was nine years old at the time,
was taken to a audition in New York City with
Bad Boy Records. Other boys were there to audition as well.
All of them were trying to land a record deal.
All of them were miners. This individual was sexually abused,
(19:33):
allegedly by Sean Combs and several other people at the
studio in the promise to both his parents and to
him himself of getting a record deal.
Speaker 2 (19:48):
I cannot imagine nine years old we're talking. That's just
one of a few different miners from this lawyer in
this announcement yesterday, having just wanting to grow career, idolizing Ditty,
idolizing Bad Boy Records, wanting to be a part of this,
and saying, hey, you know, we need to talk to
(20:08):
you alone. My mommy and daddy can sit out in
the lobby. I just I think that this is, and
I've said it before, the beginning of a very very
very long road of the fall of Ditty. And we're
learning more and more and more. You know that there's
got to be some higher names up involved in this,
and we'll see, like we're just at the beginning of it.
Speaker 1 (20:28):
The thing that also.
Speaker 2 (20:31):
Hit me this morning on the way into work is
when I was, you know, researching this stuff and listening
to videos that the White House is most likely talking
about this. It's so big that when it's that big,
that the White House is probably talking whispering. Everyone's whispering
about this behind closed doors. Speaking of the White House,
we did cover in our last hour and three things
(20:52):
the vice presidential debate. You can go back and get
caught up on that one, all right, And then lastly,
some good news. All right, it's some positive news. Travis
kelan doesn't have Taylor Swift at his games, but he
is diving into his acting and hosting career. And this
is a trailer for an episode of Are You Smarter
Than a Celebrity?
Speaker 1 (21:13):
To tell you cry?
Speaker 2 (21:14):
I hope that is Kristin Cavaliery, something we'll cover in
our eight o'clock hour.
Speaker 13 (21:17):
Hello everybody, I'm Travis Kelcey and welcome to Are You.
Speaker 6 (21:24):
The game show where people can win ridiculous money.
Speaker 14 (21:27):
Just by answering questions about stuff we all learned back
at elementary school.
Speaker 1 (21:30):
Po a quiz that I would fail.
Speaker 2 (21:33):
However, I'm half tempted to play are You Smarter Than
a Celebrity?
Speaker 1 (21:38):
Around eight twenty.
Speaker 2 (21:39):
If you're down for that lock in, maybe that's what
we'll get into next Kiss is gonna be commercial fear
around that time. Anyways, the best way to keep listening
to Tiff in the morning is on iHeartRadio when you
search kiss one oh seven one. That is three things
you need to know for the second of October. I
think I called it August yesterday, but August in October.
Speaker 1 (21:58):
And my brain sound very familiar.
Speaker 2 (22:00):
And we all know how I am with dates and names.
Speaker 1 (22:05):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning Kiss on
U seven one.
Speaker 2 (22:08):
All right, I know I had promised that we were
gonna play are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?
Speaker 1 (22:13):
Travis Kelcey is.
Speaker 2 (22:14):
Hosting the game show, which comes out in a couple
of weeks. So I found some questions that might come
up on the game show, but we're gonna table that
until nine to twenty.
Speaker 1 (22:24):
We're gonna table that.
Speaker 2 (22:25):
I want to play with the smartest person that we
have in our office, and he's available until after nine o'clock.
So instead, I'm glad I caught you. We're gonna talk
about the top dating trends and key phrases that are
hitting the scene in Cincy in twenty twenty five and
coming in at number one.
Speaker 1 (22:43):
We're gonna just start at the top.
Speaker 2 (22:46):
Is so funny because of this Netflix show Nobody Wants Us.
Speaker 1 (22:49):
We talked about this type of.
Speaker 2 (22:51):
Trend all morning yesterday morning, so I'm not surprised. It's
called smutton and it's when you fantasize about the storylines
of romantic movie shows.
Speaker 1 (23:00):
Et cetera, et cetera.
Speaker 2 (23:01):
And if you've seen Nobody Wants This, Hello Adam Brody. Guys,
we talk about what you're watching on this show quite
a bit because TV movie is all a part of
our culture now. We used to get scolded for watching
TV growing up. I was glued to the Disney Channel
and like TGIF. Now it's like the biggest universal topic
of conversation. Nobody wants this. I know it's got to
(23:25):
be on your list or maybe you already whipped through
it during that rainy weekend we had last weekend. But
that is one of the dating trends. It's called smut
and freak matching nh to do with Diddy, but it
comes off of the song is Anabadaganam match my freak,
and is anabad agana match my freak. It's essentially when
you fall for someone that has quirky, weird habits like
(23:47):
you do. By the way, this study was done by
Plenty of Fish, which is an app I haven't heard
someone talk about in a while. All Right, we have
three more. This one's called yap trapping, and it's so
we're gonna save the TikTok video I found because we
can only talk about one TikTok video a day, and
we already did that in our seven o'clock hour. But
(24:09):
this girl filmed something from the bathroom saying that she
had carried the conversation so much during their first date
that she like.
Speaker 1 (24:16):
Needed a break in the bathroom.
Speaker 2 (24:18):
And that's what yap trapping is, essentially, when the conversation
is so one sided that you're like, hello, is anyone
out there?
Speaker 1 (24:29):
Are you home?
Speaker 2 (24:30):
Like, just ask me a question, ask me anything, Ask
me what my favorite color is.
Speaker 1 (24:36):
All right, there's two more.
Speaker 2 (24:37):
This one's called stick with an emphasis on the icy k,
and it's taking the whole new ick unlocked trend and
flipping it on its head.
Speaker 1 (24:45):
So obviously there's a bunch of X out there.
Speaker 2 (24:47):
One of my ex is if you're obsessed with your
dog a little bit too much, this is turning it
positive and saying, Okay, we're gonna look past the initial
surface level things and go even harder and you know,
fall for them or just get past this superficial stuff,
which also has my brain thinking about nobody wants this
because there's a whole episode on that one.
Speaker 1 (25:09):
And then lastly, grim keeping.
Speaker 2 (25:12):
This is bonding over your darker side or shared dislikes.
I like that. I'm trying to think of an example
that I might have on that one, but I'm blanking
at the top of my head.
Speaker 1 (25:23):
Let's do this.
Speaker 2 (25:25):
Let's talk about your dating some of these were these
or some of these were positive, some of them were negative.
Let's talk about your dating pet peeves. Recent dates you've
gone out in Cincinnati? What are your dating pet peeves?
Five one, three, seven, four nine one o seven one
or talk back with TIF on iHeartRadio when you search
kiss the microphones next to the play button.
Speaker 1 (25:45):
Are you tired of be yapp trapping?
Speaker 2 (25:47):
I bet a little bit of Rihanna to wake us
up on a Wednesday morning. Kiss is still commercial free,
so good timing, sun is shining. Come on in, sit down,
let me usher you into this conversation. If you're just
joining us, I'm tiff by the way I have tiff
in the morning. We are talking about your dating. I
don't even want to categorize them as negative pet peeves,
but just maybe some things that you've noticed while dating.
(26:10):
The reason being is the top dating trends of twenty
twenty five came out, So.
Speaker 1 (26:15):
We're gonna start with your talkbacks.
Speaker 7 (26:17):
So I don't want to call this one a pet
peeve necessarily because it will sound really mean. And I
don't mean for this to sound bad, but I just
feel like all of my girlfriends and me say this
all the time. That number one something was like if they.
Speaker 8 (26:32):
Have a weird voice, and like, I'm nothing against the person,
if they do it just like turns me off. And
then if they are just a bad kisser, like if
weird voice, bad kisser, either one or both.
Speaker 12 (26:44):
I just I don't know.
Speaker 1 (26:45):
I can't go forward.
Speaker 2 (26:46):
I understand, thank you for the talkback, latif you know,
to each his own, we all have our own or
our own way. I have been asked whether or not
I'm dating. I feel like that's the question that I
get asked a lot through people that like my family
or friends back in Boston. And I kind of haven't
figured out an answer for this question because the answers
(27:07):
not know. But the answer is also not yes, and
you guys know my stance. I just haven't gotten on
a dating app, which is where I believe people can
not serial date, but you can get a lot of
dates off of an app. I tend to try to
meet people in person. So the answer is like yes
and also no.
Speaker 12 (27:24):
Okay, so I have too. The first is when I
asked you a question that took me a long time
to think of and then you give me a one
word answer. I can't build off with that. And the
other one is when you keep talking and don't give
me time to like interjact it all, bro, I'm one
(27:44):
hundred percent funnier than you let me throw in my nugget.
Speaker 1 (27:49):
Oh yap.
Speaker 2 (27:50):
Trapping was a It was a twenty twenty five trend,
which is when one person talks too much and the
other just does not ask any questions balanced conversation. I
feel like that comes from nerves though, all right, we
have time for one more.
Speaker 1 (28:10):
People who tell their life story for thirty minutes of
knowing Glenn, you need to know she's got you. It's
three things with Ti. Hey, good morning. We're just before
nine o'clock.
Speaker 2 (28:26):
And if you haven't heard this yet, on my show
at around nine oh five ish, I've got a chance
for you to win a free trip. No, I lied, Well, yes,
I'm telling the trip free trip to our iHeartRadio jingle
Ball in New York. Got tripped up there, plus an
extra thousand dollars.
Speaker 1 (28:40):
Who that'll come in handy, I'm sure.
Speaker 2 (28:42):
Let's start off with Kristin Kavalari and Mark Esti's of
the Montana Boy. By the way, did you know that
one of the Montana Boys was here in Sinsey for
the Luke Comb Show. My friend Amanda was like fen
garling so hard and went and got a.
Speaker 1 (28:54):
Photo with him.
Speaker 2 (28:54):
Nonetheless, I forgot which one it was. Kristin and Mark,
you've heard this by now, have broken up. Their age
difference considerable. She's in her thirties, he's in his twenties.
Catching up to speed here and she talked about it
on her podcast yesterday.
Speaker 9 (29:08):
It's kind of a hard conversation for me. But Mark
and I broke up and if she gonna come out
and say it.
Speaker 1 (29:15):
And it's hard because.
Speaker 9 (29:22):
I broke up with Mark because I just know long
term it's not right.
Speaker 2 (29:28):
And I feel like we might even extend that conversation
into tomorrow a little bit here because I'm curious on
whether or not you've fallen in love with someoney younger
and have actually been able to make it work.
Speaker 1 (29:41):
Maybe we'll do.
Speaker 2 (29:41):
That tomorrow at seven twenty. If you want to set
a reminder or tell me your story early, I'd love
to have you. Yeah, I think the world was infatuated
with one because they're.
Speaker 1 (29:50):
Both just gorgeous looking people, gorgeous.
Speaker 2 (29:53):
And two, I felt like it was fun for Kristen,
and you know, I think it just gave hope to
women and guys who like older. Well, I think it
was to the public was attracted to them. Am I
surprised that they broke up. No, she had made some
valid points. But again, I'm curious what your stance is.
We'll table that. We'll do that to mom. Second, and
three things you need to know this morning. Doja Cat
announced on her Instagram yesterday that she's doing a very
(30:16):
personal concert. That's what the headline is in a in
a living room with Airbnb. She's partnered up with them
for October eighth, fifteen, Lucky fans will attend a concert
with Doja Cat and Airbnb in a living room. I
kind of like that she was in Columbus this time
last year. Honestly, one of the best arena shows I've
ever seen.
Speaker 1 (30:35):
I wish she would come here.
Speaker 2 (30:36):
And then, lastly, in three Things you Need to Know,
talk about a throwback show. Squid Games two dropped their
trailer yesterday obviously at Netflix show and it comes out
on December twenty sixth, Okay, right after Christmas when you
(30:58):
have nothing to do except eat cheese and Christmas cookies?
Will you watch the Squid Games? I never made it through.
I do this with shows from time to time. I'll
start them and never finish it, and that was one
of them. No desire to really watch them. I believe
it's got three seasons in total before they wrap it up.
Speaker 1 (31:14):
All right, that's true, But that was the biggest thing
of twenty twenty. That is three things you.
Speaker 2 (31:18):
Need to Know for the second of October, as promised,
that trip to our jingle Ball and the Extra Grand
around nine oh five. If you want to keep listening.
iHeartRadio is the way to go, babe. Search Kiss one
oh seven one.
Speaker 1 (31:29):
You're waking up with six in the morning. Kiss one
o seven one.
Speaker 2 (31:32):
All Right, we're gonna play a little games since Travis
Kelce is hosting Are you Smarter than a Celebrity? We're
gonna test your knowledge. Thank you for calling in for
klout by the way on Tiff in the morning.
Speaker 7 (31:44):
Oh thank you.
Speaker 2 (31:45):
Do you want to play are you Smarter than a Celebrity?
I feel like you're giving good energy and that you'll
get these right.
Speaker 13 (31:50):
I would love to try.
Speaker 1 (31:52):
Okay, here we go.
Speaker 2 (31:53):
The first question I had already asked, what you know
is a quarter to two is the same time as
a one forty five, B one fifteen or C two fifteen? Yes, congratulations,
you know that sounds like an easy one. But I
hear that the younger generations have a hard time telling
time because it's always been digital.
Speaker 11 (32:12):
My youngest two for sure have that problem.
Speaker 2 (32:15):
All right, where is the cons Film Festival? Films in
a cons be Hollywood or ce Milan.
Speaker 1 (32:24):
I want to say a yeah that one.
Speaker 2 (32:26):
See these seem very easy, Like I feel like we're
doing really well.
Speaker 1 (32:30):
You got it?
Speaker 2 (32:31):
Okay, let's get to like one or two more. See,
I'm sorry three. What is a rock scientist? A no
such thing. Be a scientist that study rocks or see
a person who studies rock and roll music. Ah B,
that is incorrect. There is no such thing as a
rock scientist. Sounds good though, Oh I figured. Okay, let's
(32:54):
do one more. This one's geography related, and I always
struggle with geography, so no judgment on you. But Budapest
is the capital capital of which country A Turkey, B
Hungary or C Macedonia Hungry.
Speaker 1 (33:08):
Congratulations, gal, you got it. You got most of that.
Speaker 2 (33:12):
God, you are smarter than this celebrity. I'm gonna go
ahead and give you about a million Tiff in the
morning points for you to add into your Tiff in
the morning points bank girl.
Speaker 1 (33:23):
Oh use those wherever you can.
Speaker 2 (33:25):
You know, I don't know if Starbucks take some, but
you know, just say hey, I want a million.
Speaker 14 (33:29):
Ah.
Speaker 11 (33:30):
I could definitely do that.
Speaker 1 (33:31):
Thank you so much. Remind me of your name? What
neighborhready waking up with me?
Speaker 10 (33:35):
And my name is Leanne.
Speaker 11 (33:37):
I'm actually calling you for more first, Well, thank.
Speaker 2 (33:39):
You for listening all the way and over in Indiana.
My gal, you have a good day. Thank you so much.
I love it when you guys play along with me
and indulge me in games and humor and such.
Speaker 1 (33:50):
Love it. Okay.
Speaker 2 (33:51):
Coming up at nine forty, we'll do our daily debrief
and we're talking about reviews.
Speaker 1 (33:56):
There's a viral TikTok video out of Sinc.
