Speaker 1 (00:00):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning, hun kiss
let us seven one.
Speaker 2 (00:03):
Well, good morning, good morning. So we're officially at October one,
and my brain immediately went to, oh, shoot, I have
to pay my rent this morning. But your brain might
have immediately gone to it is officially spooky season. And
if you love Halloween, I'm so happy for you. It's
(00:25):
not that I don't love it. It's just not a
part of my identity structure. I'll tell you this though.
I've got a couple of neighbors that put those jack
skeleton twelve footers up probably the day after Labor Day.
I want to check in on them and see how
they're doing this morning. Well, on this update, thirty one
days until Halloween, how are you hopefully off to a
good start. Maybe you stayed up late for the game
(00:47):
last night. I'll have, of course, more on that than
three things at six fifty spoiler alert. We did not
win against the Dodgers, but ten to five was the score.
I'll have some interviews from Tito and such on the way,
so you can be a part of the action, just
in case you didn't stay awake for that stuff. Every
day I do three things you need to know right
around six fifty. So we have a lot to get
to today. In regards to the Taylor album, we are one.
(01:15):
We are like a sleep and a half away. Tomorrow
night at midnight, We're gonna have another Taylor Swift album,
and I think it will start to take over the
identity of your group text soon enough. So around seven thirty,
I'm gonna get you into AMC Theaters in Newport Saturday.
Kiss one O seven one is doing a private screening
for Taylor's Life of a Showgirl. If you would like
to be a part of that, just search Kiss one
(01:36):
O seven one on the iHeartRadio app Good Morning.
Speaker 3 (01:39):
When you need to know, She's got you. It's three
things with tip Good Morning.
Speaker 2 (01:45):
If there is why there is, there is one person
in Cincinnati that I believe in, and I will tell
you who that is in one second. We're just before
seven o'clock on October one. Oh wow, we are in
the back three months of the year. I don't even know.
The temperatures are going to be in the seventies today
with sunshine quick quick. The government did officially shut down
(02:09):
at midnight. I'm thinking of all of our federal workers
who have to deal with that as a nightmare as
it affects Cincinnatians. Maybe in one way, TSA agents are
still expected to show up and not get paid. So
if this goes on for too long, it could start
affecting maybe air travel. That's just one instance. When there's
more on that one, I'll have it for you, all right.
(02:30):
Let's start off with the Cincinnati Reds. Yesterday we did
end up taking VL in the game one of the
Wildcard Series for US Hunter Green, I don't know if
he did that.
Speaker 4 (02:40):
Well.
Speaker 2 (02:40):
We lost ten to five. But Tito was asked, what
do you how do you feel about this team? What
do you like? What are the qualities about the Cincinnati
Reds right now that you love?
Speaker 5 (02:49):
Well, we told them on day one the things that
we want to live by and believe in. So we
you know, com spring training and now what you're together, well,
probably two hundred days, maybe a little more. And we
never had somebody late for a meeting the entire year.
And I told him, I said, if you're late, you're
(03:10):
announcing to everybody that what we're doing is not a priority.
I said, So we can't be late. They never were,
you know, saying it and doing it is two different things,
but those are things that I believe like guys that
will live by that. They're the same guys that are
rumballs out. They're the same guys that will backup bases.
(03:30):
You know. It's not always convenient to be somewhere on time,
but they did it.
Speaker 2 (03:36):
Now I'm invested. If there's one man in Cincinnati that
I believe in, it is that one right there at
Terry Frankcone. You want to know why. He managed the
Boston Red Sox in the World Series two thousand and four.
In two thousand and seven ended an eighty six year
drought for my Boston Red Sox. I have a tattoo
on my foot because of that man. I got one
(03:57):
for the Red Sox in two thousand and eight when
they won the World Series. So if there's anyone that
can bring us back from the dead, it is Tito.
Even if it's not this year, I believe it'll be
in years in the future. But I think Cincinnatians are
collectively sending all their good juju for Game two tonight
against the Dodgers. It is do or die. Okay, Second
(04:17):
and three things you need to know this morning. It's
gotten messy and I had a feeling it would get
messy on the internet between Nicki Minaj and Cardi B.
If you weren't a part of yesterday's show, or maybe
you haven't opened up social media. It's not new for
the two of them to go back and forth, but
yesterday was a little on the comical ridiculous side. Nikki
I think is upset that Cardi B basically hasn't bowed
(04:40):
down to her. Nicki thinks that she's the queen. She's
from New York, She's the queen rapper right, and Cardi
B is like, nope, man her am I. The drama
has surpassed Nicki's Pink Friday right now numbers wise, and
so they're going back and forth that started yesterday got
a little got a little dirty on the internet last night.
You want to know why because they brought the kids
into it. Nicki Minaj had posted culture, You're a roach
(05:03):
and a monkey just like your sister, and Cardi B,
of course, is not gonna sit there and not respond. However,
I think it might have been a better look to
not She's accusing Kenneth Petty and Nicki Minaj of being
drug addicts. The kids got brought up multiple times. In fact,
at one point, Cardi B said it's your son's birthday,
(05:23):
take him to Chuck E Cheese, and the Internet had
a field day with that one because Kenneth Petty probably
can't go into Chuck E Cheese. There's a whole lot happening.
That's basically the gist of it. I'm not gonna sit
here and read of the tweets at this point in
the morning, because you know some of them are inappropriate
and I can't do that on the air. All right. Lastly,
by the way, Nicki Minaj has an album coming out
(05:45):
not until next year, and I just think that this
makes her look very petty. Cardi B's tour does hit
Cincinnati at Heritage next spring in March. Maybe she'll also
be here when Stefan Diggs plays the Bangal later on
in the year. We could get Guardy twice in one
year in Cincinnati. She'll be very pregnant at that point though.
All right. Lastly, in three things you need to know
(06:07):
this morning, Diddy's sentencing is on Friday. It's gonna be
a big day. I think it'll get buried because the
Taylor Swift album is coming out that day as well,
but the prosecution is looking for him to spend no
less than eleven years, one hundred and thirty five months
in prison. Right now, he's served fourteen and they said
(06:27):
he should be punished for his decades of unchecked violence
and resulting in decades of psychological, emotional, and physical damage
he inflicted on others. They're emphasizing that the government's interest
in prosecuting the case of the interests interstate prostitution that
Combs was orchestrating is the best way to go. They
want him to spend like I said, eleven years, that's
(06:48):
the maximum. I'll have it for you. Dowie's three things
you need to know for the first of October. Good morning,
Good morning. You're waking up with Tiff in the morning
on a kiss one seven to one. Happy Wednesday to ya.
You're a walking into the show at the perfect time
because iHeart Cinsey is in a little bit of a spiral.
Let me take you behind the scenes of our office
real quick, if you'd like, come on in hang Out
(07:10):
number one. Skyline and Graters delivered some ice cream to
us at like the Krakodom this morning. We're in the
kitchen all hopped up on sugar. Around six am, they
brought their collab back, and I think it's kind of
the perfect time for it is my first time tasting it,
and it feels like something you would have around Thanksgiving.
Number two, someone brought in a crushed ice machine and
(07:33):
left it in the kitchen, which I thought was a
very bold choice, cause you know that people are wild
in the office. I don't know what it is things
that you would never do in your own home you
end up doing in the office. I don't get it,
like half eaten food, broken, this unclean dishes. That our
office is no different than yours when it comes to it.
(07:53):
So we have no idea who brought in this crushed
ice misuton, but it is the talk of the kitchen
at the moment. Okay, coming up around seven point thirty.
I don't know what will be the talk of your kitchen,
but maybe these Taylor Swift amc Movie Theater passes. I
have your chance to win. Get into our Kiss one
oh seven to one private screening Saturday afternoon. You will
(08:15):
need the key word tattoo. I have a tattoo permanently
on my body because of one man in Cincinnati. Mm
hm little did I know that this man would be here.
And here is the reason why I have a tattoo
permanently on my body. I'll explain, give me a couple
(08:37):
of minutes. We'll get to that next Yes.
Speaker 3 (08:39):
You're waking up fifth in the morning. Kiss one U
seven one.
Speaker 2 (08:44):
Oh my god, I have a tattoo on my body
permanently because of one man in Cincinnati. I cannot believe
that the invisible string theory has nothing to do with
romance in my life. It has everything to do with
(09:05):
the Cincinnati Reds. God, we need the win tonight. Okay.
I want to know tattoos that you don't regret. Quite
the opposite of a topic we've done on my show before.
Typically we do ones that you do regret. No, I
want you to think about the tattoos on your body
right now and be like that one's a little lawless.
Can't believe I got it, but I don't regret it.
(09:26):
Start talking back with Tiff right now. In the iHeartRadio
app while I'm chit chatting, you can participate in the
show for free. We're here every day. Search Kiss on
the app. Microphone is in the top right hand corner.
You'll hold that down you have thirty seconds. So back
in two thousand and eight when the Red Sox won
the World Series for the second time, and I was
eighteen at that point. If you didn't know this, by
(09:46):
the way, I'm originally from Boston. I've lived in Cincinnati
for a long time now enough to call it my
permanent home. But I'm a Bostonian and my best friend
and I at the time, after we I won the
second World Series with Tito. By the way, I forgot
to mention that I'm so overstimulated and like this morning,
(10:08):
it's my ADHD stimming right now. Tito was the manager
of the Red Sox at the time. He broke an
eighty six year curse and that's how we won in
two thousand and four, and then we want to get
in two thousand and eight or seven. Rather, my best
friend and I at the time, we just had turned eighteen,
and we went and we got matching tattoos for the
(10:29):
Red Sox. I have mine on my foot. I don't
really want to post a picture of my feet on
social but if you really want to see it, I
can do that at the tiff to F's Potter Like
the Wizard, it's a. It's a clover with the Boston
symbol in it, and I don't regret it ever because
it's just a piece of my heart, right. But it
is so wild to me that the invisible string theory
(10:49):
exists and it has nothing to do with romance. How's
their indipitous that Taylor's album comes out on Friday and
I'm using your own lyrics again in the show this morning. Yeah.
And then Tito, I don't know where he went after
the Socks, but of course now back in Cincinnati and
the Reds are fighting for their lives to keep things
going tonight. We lost last night, but you know, if
(11:11):
there is if I have faith in one man, I
got this. I got a tattoo on my body because
of this man. If I have faith in one man,
it is this guy. And you know, I do think
we're gonna win tonight, and I'm putting all the good
juju out there. If by chance we don't, we see
if he is the one, we might have to be
a little patient, is what I'm saying. Might have to
be a little patient with Tito and the Reds. But
(11:31):
for him to bring us to the playoffs in his
first year as a manager, Okay, did you hear what
he was talking about with the guys at the club?
I played this audio and three things you need to know.
I'll play it for you quick, quick.
Speaker 5 (11:44):
Well, we told him on day one the things that
we wanted to live by and believe in. So we
you know, com spring training and now what you're together
on probably two hundred days, maybe a little more. And
we never had somebody late for a meeting.
Speaker 2 (12:00):
Love that, all right, So tattoos you do not regret,
join me in this conversation. Five point three seven four
nine one seven one. Hy, good morning. You're waking up
with Tiff in the morning on a kiss one oh
seven one. So the invisible string theory does exist, and
it has nothing to do with romance this morning on
the show, and everything to do with the reds. We're
chit chatting about tattoos that you don't regret. Let's pop
(12:23):
over to our talkbacks and start there this morning.
Speaker 6 (12:27):
Honestly, I don't think I regret any of my tattoos.
Speaker 3 (12:32):
I got them all about like ten years.
Speaker 2 (12:33):
Ago, like all together.
Speaker 6 (12:35):
I got a rose and a butterfly and a wild
flower like the rainbow colors, and oh no, I mean
I like them.
Speaker 3 (12:44):
I don't really have an issue with them.
Speaker 7 (12:45):
Sometimes I just forget.
Speaker 8 (12:46):
That they're there.
Speaker 2 (12:47):
So and this is Faith from Botavia. Well, good morning, Faith.
I appreciate you waking up with Tiff in the morning
and using that talkback feature. Don't stress about it. It's
an alternative way to get in touch with our free
show every day. If your voice notes, person phone lines
worked too, whatever is easiest for you, don't overthink it
or panic. They come directly to me and no one
else checks them. So the reason why we're even talking
(13:09):
about this this morning and what the invisible string theory
is is I have a tattoo on my body because
of a man in Sinsei, and that is none other
than Tito. When the Red Sox won the World Series
back in two thousand and seven Slash eight, when I
turned eighteen, I went and got a Boston Red Sox tattoo.
I remember talking to my parents about it and then
being like, you know, it's a permanent fixture, YadA, YadA, YadA,
(13:32):
all the things that parents say that are true. And
to this day, I don't regret it, and I think
it's wild at that if you didn't know this, by
the way, I Cincinnati is my permanent home. I've lived
here for a long time, but originally I'm a Bostonian.
And it's wild to me that when I was eighteen
years old I got a tattoo, and decades later, the
(13:52):
same manager for that team, of course, is now the
manager for the Cincinnati Reds, and they're fighting for their
lives and they need all the good juju we can
get and give them. So we're talking about tattoos that
you don't regret this morning.
Speaker 9 (14:04):
I used to go on this camping trip every year.
It was like the same group of friends, like in
college and throughout like our mid twenties, and we got
this idea that we were all gonna get the same
matching tattoo.
Speaker 2 (14:18):
And I'm glad you don't regret a girl, maybe a
little bit, but this morning, you don't. Speaking of invisible string,
I was so caught up in excitement excitement for this,
that I forgot to mention the keyword for the Taylor.
So how funny, right, Hey, we're talking about Taylor Swift,
and I've got Taylor Swift amc passes for Newport this Saturday.
(14:39):
She's doing a private screening with kiss one oh Seva
one for Life of a show Girl if you would
like to go. I had mentioned that the keyword was tattoo,
so I'll say it again. It's my bad for forgetting
to mention it. If you would like to go five one, three, seven,
four nine one oh seven one. I've got a four
pack of tickets for you, cause.
Speaker 1 (14:57):
You're waking up with Siff in the morning on Kiss
one seven one.
Speaker 2 (15:00):
Good morning, you're on the air.
Speaker 10 (15:03):
What number was I?
Speaker 2 (15:04):
You are calling number ten? Mi gal Awesome. I'm hoping
of a keyword for me. If not, I can't hold
it against you.
Speaker 3 (15:12):
Tattoo.
Speaker 2 (15:13):
Tattoo. That's it. You got it. You're going to the
Taylor Swift screening with Kiss one O seven to one
for Life of a Showgirl on Saturday.
Speaker 7 (15:20):
Awesome.
Speaker 3 (15:21):
Will be so happy.
Speaker 2 (15:22):
Yeah, she were a couple of friends too. It's four
tickets awesome.
Speaker 7 (15:25):
Great, and her birthday's come to two, so that's birthday.
Speaker 2 (15:27):
Oh my god. I love that. I love it when
it works out. Simply similar to the tattoo conversation that
we're having, do you have any tattoos that you don't regret?
Speaker 7 (15:37):
Actually, yeah, I have quite a few.
Speaker 6 (15:39):
One that really stands out to me is I have
a mama bear with three cubs, and that simbolizes each
one of my kids.
Speaker 2 (15:45):
That's key you. I actually forgot to get your name
in what neighborhood you're in. It's Jennifer Benware and I'm
from Middletown. Well, Jennifer, thank you for listening to Tiff
in the morning. If you took an l on these,
we'll do it again tomorrow in honor of Taylor's album
coming out Kisses Your Home for all things Taylor Swift.
We're talking about tattoos that you don't regret because I
(16:08):
have a Boston Red Sox tattoo and I got that
after the Socks won the World Series back in two
thousand and eight, when I turned eighteen. My best friend
and I got matching tattoos, and Tito was the manager
at the time. So one man in Cincinnati is the
reason why I have a permanent tattoo on my body
and I don't regret it. As the Reds continue to
(16:29):
fight for their lives, I'll have the audio by the
way from him and three things you need to know
coming up around seven fifty ish. We do that every
day right around that time. So if this happens to
be the first time you're listening to my show. Welcome,
come on in, sit down, hang out. If you'd like
to participate, you can leave me at talk back with Tim.
Let me know if there's a tattoo that you also
don't regret. I love that song and you want to
(16:53):
know what You can see it live in Cincinnati three
days from now. Isn't that wawllless? You're waking up with
TIF in the morning on Kiss one seven to one.
Pretty Ricky bow Wow, Soldier Boy, Lil John, Chamillionaire, PD,
Pablo twist Up, Mike Jones, Bubba Sparks and Paul wall
(17:13):
are all gonna be in Sincy. You know that Taco's
in Tequila Fest is happening at Florence y'all Stadium, So
you gotta go. You gotta report back and let me know.
Oh wild, I never thought I would say, Hey, you're
gonna see Pretty Ricky in Cincinnati, But here we are,
all right. Speaking of Cincinnati, the Reds fighting for their lives.
I have the best quote from Tito. I'll get thet
(17:34):
for you and three things you need to know coming
up next.
Speaker 10 (17:37):
She said to Yozi.
Speaker 3 (17:42):
When you need to know she's got you. It's three
things with Ti.
Speaker 2 (17:48):
The Reds are fighting for their lives, but we believe
in Tito. Give me a hot second. I love this
quote from him. We're just before eight o'clock on the
first of October. Pay your rent, okay, and don't forget
that I've got Renee Rap tickets coming up for you.
At eight thirty. It's fifty five degrees in Cincia. High
of eighty two today in the seventies, with lots of
sunshine ahead of us in the at least seventy forecast. Okay,
(18:12):
let's start off with the Reds. Tito was asked yesterday, Hey,
what is your favorite thing about this team right now?
What are you instilling in them every day?
Speaker 5 (18:22):
Well, we told them on day one the things that
we wanted to live by and believe in. So we
you know, com spring training and now what you're together
on probably two hundred days, maybe a little more. And
we never had somebody late for a meeting the entire year.
And I told him, I said, if you're late, you're
(18:42):
announcing to everybody that what we're doing is not a priority.
I said, So we can't be late. They never were,
you know, saying it and doing it is two different things.
But those are things that I believe like guys that
will live by that. They're the same guys that are
rumballs out. They're the same guys little backup bases. But
(19:02):
you know, it's all always convenient to be somewhere on time.
Speaker 2 (19:06):
But they did it, and they did it, and unfortunately
they didn't do it last night. Hunter Green didn't do
that well and we lost ten to five to the Dodgers.
I'm gonna be a little patient with our Reds, if
not this year, in the years to come. But I
love that, you know, it took us to the playoffs
in his first year as a manager. Reds fans are
keeping hope alive. It's do or Die tonight. Second in
thre in the games around nine o'clock. Second in three
things you need to Know. This morning, Jimmy Fallon was asked, Hey,
(19:29):
how did you get Taylor Swift to come on your
show after the release of her album next week? It
isn't huge that you.
Speaker 10 (19:35):
Asked Taylor Swift just coming on.
Speaker 8 (19:37):
The show tell us everything, you know.
Speaker 11 (19:40):
I think I've just known her for years, you know,
and I think we've always had her on the show.
I know her mom really well, and so this second
I mean from years ago. And so when this new
album was announced, I think we just called.
Speaker 10 (19:50):
Everybody said please please consider us music. No, but I
know this. I feel like it's going to be a banger.
Speaker 2 (19:56):
I do too. I agree. So Kiss one seven one
and two in the More is gonna be your home
for all things Taylor. If you're an in person person,
we've partnered with high Ball sincey.
Speaker 3 (20:07):
For a Hey.
Speaker 2 (20:08):
Actually it starts tomorrow a Taylor Swift album marathon at
seven to ten. You can go in in person and
listen to every Taylor album back to back, all the
way up until the release. We will be there and
we're excited for him. If you're not an in person person,
we'll have our iHeartRadio album release party on the air
with Kiss one oh seven one starting at midnight with
exclusive content from Taylor all Right Lastly and three Things
(20:31):
You Need to Know This Morning. The Time one hundred
Next list was released yesterday with Tate McCrae on the cover.
Not only Tate McCray, but the pop girlies are taken over.
Gracie Abrams on the list, Becky g Lany Wilson, and
glow Rilla are all on their honorees received praise from
peers including Selena Gomez, Dakota Johnson, Jonathan Bailey, arian Na Grandin.
(20:57):
Speaking of Selena Gomez, her wedding dress photos came out, ooh,
we'll talk about that in the next hour. Three things,
that is, three things you need to know for October. First,
your chance to win Rene Rap tickets coming up at
eight thirty. Good morning, Good morning. You're waking up with
Tiff in the morning on a kiss one oh seven one.
On a gorgeous start to a Wednesday. Man, it's the
(21:19):
first of October. Your neighbor who's been full send on
Halloween since the day after Labor Day is now really
basking in their glory. There's a couple twelve footers in
my neighborhood as well. I see skeletons with lit up
eyes at the crack of dawn that are twelve feet
high and it scares me every day. But hey, it's
your month to shine. You're walking in at the perfect time.
(21:42):
We're commercial free for the rest of the hour. I
invite you to check in with Tiff in the Morning
on the iHeartRadio app and you can talk back using
that little microphone.
Speaker 4 (21:50):
Happy hump Day, TIF. This is Dorothea from BCRTA. Good morning,
Good morning. I don't regret any of my tattoos. All
of them make one. I have about ten of them
or eleven, and I regret one. But other than that,
I love all my tattoos and I'm proud of them.
Speaker 2 (22:11):
They all sibilize something.
Speaker 4 (22:13):
So you have a great day and you enjoy what
you're doing.
Speaker 2 (22:19):
Well. No one makes me happier in Cincinnati than a
check in from Dorothea, who's a bus driver in Hamilton.
Thank you for making me a part of your regular routine.
Gallop brings me such joy to hear your voice. Our
show's free. We're here every day easy hopefully, just you know,
check in every once in a while. I like to
know who's out there if you're just walking into the
conv for maybe the first time. In our last hour,
(22:40):
we're a chit chatting about tattoos that you don't regret.
I have a tattoo on my body because of one
man in Cincinnati. I'll post that podcast episode once we
wrap up. You can get caught up on that. Okay,
all right, Hey thirty, it's your chance to win the
Renee Rap tickets. And you know what, you don't even
(23:01):
need a keyword. I'm going to make things easy on
you this morning.
Speaker 3 (23:04):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning.
Speaker 1 (23:07):
Good morning.
Speaker 2 (23:08):
Is there something that you've been hiding from your parents? Bobby?
Speaker 10 (23:13):
I just many things, just kidding.
Speaker 2 (23:17):
Bobby's our social media manager. And over the weekend, well
he was celebrating his birthday. He said, I'm going to
go to the Kenwood Mall and I am going to
buy myself something nice.
Speaker 10 (23:26):
Yes, and boy did I?
Speaker 2 (23:30):
And boy did you at that Tiffany store? Who that
is a very pretty bracelet. Thank you set the scene
on what it looks like.
Speaker 10 (23:37):
So it is a classic Venetian chain bracelet. So it's
sterling silver.
Speaker 2 (23:44):
It's beautiful. You had a great experience at the Tiffany.
Speaker 10 (23:47):
Store, They shout out, John my jeweler.
Speaker 2 (23:50):
Yeah, you went, you bought it, and then you I
mean you went, you saw it, you walked around the mall,
you came back. You really put a lot of thought
into it. A couple of days later. Do you have
any regrets on buying it?
Speaker 10 (23:59):
Absolutely not.
Speaker 2 (24:00):
Okay, So the price tag on that one is a
little on the hefty side. I'll be honest, I don't
own anything that expensive, and maybe my car is the
most expensive thing I earned. Yeah, I mean it looks
stunning on you. But the one thing that you said
to me during all of this is that.
Speaker 8 (24:16):
I'm not telling my mother exactly because okay, his Historically
I am not responsible with money, and I have had
to rely on my parents many a time, which I'm
very grateful for. However, I think they would not be
thrilled that I spent what I spent on a Tiffany.
Speaker 10 (24:36):
Bracelet for myself on your birthday.
Speaker 8 (24:38):
On my birthday was like two weeks ago, but it's
still September.
Speaker 12 (24:45):
For what like today? That was yesterday, Today's thirtieth No,
that was yesterday. They I thought there were thirty one
days in September two. I had to do the song
thirty days in September Avil June and noever, So where
did where are? Where are you at now? Financially in
your life? Are you going to still have to rely
(25:06):
on your parents at some point?
Speaker 10 (25:07):
You think?
Speaker 2 (25:07):
Are you?
Speaker 10 (25:07):
Probably?
Speaker 3 (25:08):
Okay?
Speaker 5 (25:08):
Yes?
Speaker 10 (25:08):
I love paycheck to paycheck.
Speaker 8 (25:10):
I work in radio and I DJ so like depending
on what gigs I have I'm like right now, I'm okay.
Speaker 2 (25:18):
Well, you know what here, you can book Bobby for
your next DJing event at any time. Just shout him
out on Instagram at belt Bobby Gelter.
Speaker 10 (25:26):
Or you can just send me tiffany jewelry.
Speaker 2 (25:28):
Yeah, you could do that.
Speaker 10 (25:28):
Well.
Speaker 2 (25:29):
So I was initially going to say, what is the
one thing that you've been hiding from your parents? But
after this conversation you can still most certainly call me
about that. Is there a purchase that you've made recently
that you knew was probably a little over budget, a
little over indulgent, but you don't regret it? What was
that thing? Five? Win, three seven, four nine, one oh
(25:50):
seven one. Let's see if you can make Bobby feel
better on the air this morning. Oh, so good morning.
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on Kiss
one oh seven one, with your chance to win renee
Wrap tickets coming up in a few minutes. We're in
the midst of chit chatting about purchases you didn't want
your parents, or your partner or maybe even your friends
to find out about because the cost was so ridiculous.
(26:13):
So we're gonna start with our talk backs.
Speaker 9 (26:15):
Things we're called soul please, so it's heavily insult and
they're just like this fancy thing to you know, serve
stuff on at a dinner party or something.
Speaker 7 (26:24):
I spent way too much on them.
Speaker 2 (26:26):
I don't even know why, because I don't entertain, like
I never have people over. Thank you for the talk
Backla tiv. It's an alternative way to be a part
of our tiff in the morning community. If you're a
voice notes person like myself, search kiss on the iHeartRadio
app and the microphone is in the top right hand corner.
The reason why we're talking about this this morning is
because Bobby, our social media manager, came in with a
(26:48):
sparkly Tiffany bracelet on that he bought himself at the
Kenwood mal this weekend for his birthday. And he's like, yeah,
I'm just not going to tell my parents about it
because I know they'd be mad at me. Do you
regret it? I don't know.
Speaker 7 (27:02):
A really extensive Squalen face cream. I don't even know
what that is, but it's like three hundred dollars an ounce,
and he definitely I had to get a different online
profile so he didn't see it at all or joint
credit card.
Speaker 2 (27:16):
Do you remember when squealing or squaleen like took over
your TikTok algorithm. I can see why you purchased him,
all right, coming up three minutes from now, you still
have time to contribute to the conversation. Purchases that you've
hid from your partner, and I'll have those renee Wrap
tickets for you coming up next Good morning, because.
Speaker 1 (27:36):
You're waking up with FIfF in the morning on Kiss
one O seven.
Speaker 2 (27:39):
To one, Good morning the morning. You don't even need
a keyword to when these renee Wrap tickets, so you
can just start dialing. I'm looking for callar ten and
Cincinnati today five win three seven four nine one oh
seven one. Renee Wrap is going to be in Columbus
next week. I'm trying to decide if driving three hours
in one night is worth it, but I hear the
show is so good, So if you're down, go ahead
and start calling. We're talking about purchases that you've hid
(28:02):
from your parents or a partner on the air this morning,
and we're checking talking.
Speaker 13 (28:06):
I played a lot of video games and I really
wanted to switch too, but I wanted to ask for
it for Christmas, so I didn't have to spend all
that money on it, And I went grocery shopping one
time and it was in the electronic section, and I've
weighed my pros and cons at the time, and I
ended up just getting it, even though it wasn't in
my price range at the time. But I've used it
every day since I got it. I'm really happy that
(28:26):
I did. And the money it comes and goes. So
if you enjoy it, just enjoy it.
Speaker 10 (28:31):
While you have it.
Speaker 2 (28:32):
I love that energy. You know you're going to talk
your itself through it somehow, No, it works for you.
By the way, why is the grocery store like a
sneaky spot for good stuff? I didn't know the electronic
game was so high at the grocery store. But sometimes
the clothing and the merch the makeup that I've gotten
from krogram, like what's going on here? Thank you for
(28:54):
the talk back with if. The reason why irit chit
chatting about purchases you've hidden from a partner or a
parent is because Bobby, who's our social media manager in
the office for all the tailor stuff we're doing, he
was wearing a sparkly Tiffany bracelet that he purchased for
himself over the weekend, and he's hiding it from his mom.
So if she's listening right now, don't say anything. Don't
(29:15):
rat him out because of me. All right, one more
up and phone line if you would like it. You
don't even need a keyword. I invite you to start
calling five one, three, seven, four nine, one oh seven
one for the Renee Wrap tickets.
Speaker 3 (29:26):
Good luck.
Speaker 1 (29:28):
Because you're waking up with Tiff in the morning on
just one o seven to one.
Speaker 2 (29:31):
Good morning. Congratulations you are caller number ten.
Speaker 7 (29:34):
Oh my god, my god, thank you.
Speaker 2 (29:38):
You're welcome. Are you a big fan of Renee Rap?
Speaker 14 (29:41):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (29:42):
I love her.
Speaker 15 (29:43):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 2 (29:44):
Oh, I'm so happy for you. I'm gonna send you
up to Columbus to see her next week.
Speaker 6 (29:49):
Wow, Oh my gosh, I'm so excited.
Speaker 3 (29:51):
Yay.
Speaker 2 (29:52):
What's your name? What neighborhood you waking up with me?
Speaker 6 (29:53):
And I am Sandra, and I am in fair.
Speaker 2 (29:57):
Field, Sandra. Thank you for listening to Tiff in the morning.
Speaker 6 (30:01):
Oh my gosh, thank you for being on the radio.
Speaker 2 (30:04):
Oh my gosh, I'm so excited. I'm happy for you.
Put a smile on my face. Equally as much as
I put one on yours this morning, so I'm so happy.
We were chatting about purchases that you may have hidden
from a partner or a parent. Is there something you
want to contribute?
Speaker 6 (30:21):
Oh gosh, it's too many accounts like TikTok.
Speaker 2 (30:26):
Gets me all the time.
Speaker 6 (30:28):
The latest one was like a little gimball and it
was it was like one hundred dollars for my like
song because I do like to, you know, record, and
I kept that purchase to myself.
Speaker 2 (30:42):
Good for you, my gal. I love that I went
out on the show this morning. You know who contributed
to this conversation as well. Sarah Leicsee popped on popped
down here, and she I had asked her. She's like, girl,
I've had to make separate Amazon accounts before so that
my husband as a no I'm ordering Amazon to the
door every day.
Speaker 10 (31:05):
Oh.
Speaker 2 (31:05):
I love you guys so much. You know, I don't
think this makes me better than anyone, so I hope
it doesn't come off that way. But I don't have
an Amazon account. I don't order from Amazon. I am
a weirdo. I go to a store every time I
need an item. Okay, if you love Renee Rap and
you too want to go to Columbus. Why don't you
check back in tomorrow with TIF in the morning round
Eat thirty. I'll get you those tickets. Okay, two songs
(31:26):
from now. Three things you need to know to get
your day started here in Cincy, including this awesome quote
from Tito with the Reds last night. I'll have that
more for you next Lynn.
Speaker 3 (31:39):
You need to know she's got you. It's three things
with TIF.
Speaker 2 (31:45):
Hey, good morning. If you like going to Factory fifty two,
maybe playing pickleball ad aces or you live in Norwood,
give me a sec we are just before nine o'clock
on the first of October. Don't forget to pay your rent.
If you need some cash for that, I have a
chance for you to win a grand around nine zero five,
just as it heads up. The government did shut down
at midnight last night, and you know it might affect
(32:08):
some family and some close friends of yours. I'll keep
you updated if they figure it out. You know, I
think a way it would affect Cincinnatians is One example
would be the airport right TSA doesn't get paid, but
they're still required to show up. Kind of just depends
on how long this shutdown happens. I know it's a
big topic on social but I just wanted to let
you know. I'll update you when, in fact it turns
(32:29):
back on You know, it's crazy to me that you
can just shut something down. I mean, I'm required to
do my job. Okay, First, let's start off with Factory
fifty two Norwood in general. You know there's been a
lot of construction in that area. If you live in
the neighborhood and you don't necessarily love it, unfortunately, I
have some bad news for you then, because they did
(32:50):
approve phase three of the construction.
Speaker 5 (32:52):
There.
Speaker 2 (32:55):
City council a little emotional about it yesterday. Here's a clip.
Speaker 15 (32:59):
If I lived next door to this project, I would
be furious. I want the neighbors affected to know that
I hear you, I see your perspective, and I share
your frustration. I empathize with the stress and disappointment this
has caused, and I feel strongly that the current system
has backed both you and counsel into a legal and
procedural corner that leaves us all without.
Speaker 2 (33:16):
The tools we need to achieve a better outcome. Basically,
the mayor, you know, move forward with it can turn
that on the money. I don't have a date as
to when the construction starts, but Phase three was approved.
Second in three things you need to know this morning, man,
Cincinnati really knows how to go down to the wire right.
We're trying to keep hope alive with the Reds. Last
night they took the l Hunter Green. I don't think
(33:38):
did that well if you didn't stay awake for a
game starts at nine pm. We lost ten to five.
But Tito was asked one of his favorite things is
about the team and what they're instilling in this year's team,
and here's a clip. I enjoyed it.
Speaker 5 (33:53):
Well, we told them on day one the things that
we want to live by and believe in. So we
you know, comm spring training and now what you're together
on probably two hundred days, maybe a little more. And
we never had somebody late for a meeting the entire year.
And I told him, I said, if you're late, you're
(34:13):
announcing to everybody that what we're doing is not a priority.
I said, so we can't be late. They never were.
You know, saying it and doing it is two different things.
But those are things that I believe, like guys that
will live by that they're the same guys that are
rumballs out. They're the same guys that will backup bases.
(34:33):
You know, it's not always convenient to be somewhere on time,
but they.
Speaker 2 (34:37):
Did it m and let's hope they can get it
done because it is due or die. Tonight play the
Dodgers at nine oh six pm. It's going to be
some path to back late nights because tomorrow night we
got the Taylor Swift album coming out at midnight and
Kissuino seven one's got the exclusive iHeartRadio World premiere. Will
you'll hear directly from her, So remember that. Okay, no
(35:01):
sleep for the Wicked coming Lastly, lastly, on three things
you need to know, there's a little bit of a
battle on the internet between Nicki Minaj and Cardi B.
And I understand if you're like, what is going on?
I think the baseline of this they've always hated each other.
And I'm not naive to think that maybe there isn't
some press behind this, but I think there is some legitimacy.
Nicki is upset. I believe that Cardi B is just
(35:25):
on the top of the charts because they're both from
New York. Nicki is the elder. She thinks that she's
a queen of rapp and Cardi should bow down, and
Carty's like, no, I'm not gonna do that. Carti's like,
but why don't you compare yourself to the people of
your time, Drake Rihanna, Taylor Swift, etc. I'm in a
different class in a different era, and I understand that.
But Nicki has been coming for Carti for a long time.
Last night was the second night in a row, and
(35:46):
they started to bring children into it. I don't really
need to read some of the tweets. I think you'll
come across them on your own if that's a part
of your algo. But Nicki coming for Cardy. Carty's not
gonna sit back and let Nicki talk about her children,
although I think she might have been better off for it.
And she was claiming that Nicki and Kenneth Petty were
(36:07):
addicted to drugs and talking about their kids, and they're
going back and forth. I think that Nicki needs to
just take a little bit of a break because I
don't think it makes her look good. I think you
get you get more with Honey than you do Vinegar.
I understand why they're arguing you know the Queen of
the rat Battle is a big title. Nicki has an
album coming out next year. Cardi is going to be
(36:28):
in Sincy on her tour in March. That is three
things you need to know for the first of October.
Your chance to win a Grand At nine oh.
Speaker 3 (36:35):
Five, you're waking up with fifth in the morning, hun Kiss.
Speaker 2 (36:39):
Could you do a marathon if asked? Maybe not with
your legs, maybe you couldn't run one, But can you
do a marathon with your ears? Because Kiss one O
seven one has partnered with high Ball sincey good morning, Jacob,
good morning on.
Speaker 16 (36:55):
This high holy holiday, Taylor Swift Eve Yeah tomorrow morning,
starting at seven thirty seven four at seven am, like
a musical Saint Patrick's Day. We're gonna get you in
early and we are going to play every single Taylor
Swift album in order leading up to the Life of
(37:16):
a show Girl.
Speaker 10 (37:17):
I am so excited for this.
Speaker 2 (37:19):
You're dressed for it.
Speaker 16 (37:20):
Yes, I wore my my sparkling shimmery jacket. Yes, even
though this is the radio. You gotta look good.
Speaker 2 (37:26):
You do, and I mean you look good, you feel good,
and you get excited. You must have done so much
math on how to So if Life of a show
Girl comes out at midnight and that's we're gonna hit play, yes,
then you had to work backwards on the timing of
all the albums. We did have to work backwards.
Speaker 16 (37:40):
And I mean it is every Vault track, it is
the Taylor Swift you know additions, it is h it
is going to be so exciting. I've been actually on
a Taylor Swift detox or I am a huge Swift
ye and so uh, it's gonna be great.
Speaker 2 (37:55):
Like leading up, i haven't heard.
Speaker 16 (37:56):
Taylor Swift in like two weeks and so yeah, that
has been my training. But we have special rewards for
anyone that wants to show up at seven point thirty
yep and listen to every Tailor Swift album with me. Uh,
you're you're gonna get a marathon medal. Uh, it's like
for your accompliation.
Speaker 2 (38:12):
Literally, your friends might have flying pig medals hanging up
on the walls, and you're gonna.
Speaker 16 (38:16):
Have a Tailor one one hundred percent and you're gonna
get Life of a show Girl thanks to sessions Vinyl
on us for free. Like you're gonna go home with
a copy of the album for free. That night if
you go and listen to every album with us, and
we're gonna we're gonna give you snacks. We've got a
little treats to like motivate you along. We're gonna make
some signs to keep cheering you on, right like they
(38:37):
do it at marathon. There's gonna be like a hydration.
Speaker 2 (38:40):
Station one hundred percent.
Speaker 16 (38:41):
The hydration station is a mixture of both cocktails and mocktails,
you know, each one representing a different era. And then
our friends from Surprise Surprise are gonna be there doing trivia,
doing games, all kinds of fun stuff like this is
probably gonna be the easiest marathon that you could run
if you're if you're interested here, you go challenge yourself
to something you can accomplish.
Speaker 2 (39:02):
Taylor would want that for.
Speaker 3 (39:03):
You, you would.
Speaker 2 (39:04):
Jacob Travino from Gorilla Cinema presents some of the home
to some of your favorite bars, like the Overlook for
the ten years this year. Heck yeah, so he's good.
We've got his other bar is High Ball Sinsey that's
right next to Finley Marken and we are joking about
the marath and we're not joking about the marathon. That's happening.
If you can't come for all of the albums, you
(39:27):
can just pop in at any point.
Speaker 16 (39:29):
No hoping on your sam and you can actually see
what time we are playing your favorite Taylor Swift album
and you can show up at that time. You can
take a break from work. Hey I gotta go on
lunch break. Come now and like listen to Speak Now
with us, and you go back to work. You know,
it's kind of those things where you can pop in
and out and it's just gonna be an all day party.
So come for the whole thing, Come for your favorite era,
(39:50):
come just for midnight.
Speaker 2 (39:51):
Come be a part of something that's free.
Speaker 16 (39:53):
By the way, he is one hundred percent free. We've
got some food set up. It's gonna be a really
fun day.
Speaker 2 (39:59):
I think my my favorite album right now is Reputation.
So when is that one playing?
Speaker 16 (40:04):
So I have to have to love the official schedule,
but I believe Reputation starts our evening set. They're like, yeah,
they're where the Reputation is, like right after five pm.
I'm very much looking forward to Speak Now live. I
think it is underrated. I think it's a great live album.
It just kicks off with like drop everything now and
that's what I want to do every time I turn
(40:25):
on that album. Yeah, so I'm very excited to be
doing this. Very seems silly in the wide scheme of things,
but it just seems like an ultimate challenge because I
have never listened to every album in a row before.
Speaker 10 (40:41):
I Yeah, it is.
Speaker 16 (40:42):
It's it's like it's seventeen hours of tailor, you know.
I I hope I am still a fan after the
end of this. I hope this like ingrains it even
more in me. Well, And like you know, when.
Speaker 2 (40:54):
People are runners, when they do marathons, you know they
do end up going back to running. So even if
you know you're not, even if you get out Taylor,
do you taylor yourself? You might come back eventually. So
marathoners do that high ball Cincy. It is free. I
forgot to ask, is it twenty one plus or no?
Speaker 5 (41:10):
No?
Speaker 16 (41:10):
This is all ages event Yeah, bring everybody again. We've
got some great mocktails for people of all ages. And
there's gonna be lots of little craft stations and things
like that and games to play, so it's not just
gonna be sitting there. But we will have a few
dance breaks you know we'll shake it off.
Speaker 2 (41:29):
Good well. Taylor, Taylor in high Ball since and Kiss
one oh seven one, we've all you know, we've partnered.
I have not partnered specifically with Taylor, but we will
be there partner with Taylor in my heart. Kiss one
seven one is your home for all things Taylor Swift.
And like I said, that's at high Ball sincey It's
right around the corner from Finley Market. Kicks off at
seven am. It's free, it's open to all ages. Stop
(41:51):
by for the full marathon or just stop by for
your favorite album. Will be there as well. Thanks Jacob,
Thank you.
Speaker 3 (41:58):
You're waking up fifth in the morning.
Speaker 2 (41:59):
Hi's seven one, Good morning, Good morning. I have a
tattoo permanently on my body because of one man in Cincinnati.
I cannot believe the invisible string theory exists in general,
and for me, it has nothing to do with romance.
It has to do with the Cincinnati Reds. You're walking
into the daily debrief right around the time every day
(42:21):
I choose one of the bigger things that we talked about,
revisit it giving you a chance to get caught up.
And we were talking about tattoos that you do not regret.
Speaker 14 (42:31):
Okay, if a tattoo I have that I don't regret
is my American flag rose that hangs two of my
grandfather's dog tags on my arm.
Speaker 2 (42:44):
That's very cool. Thank you for sharing that with me
and the show this morning. You can talk back with
Tiff anytime. It's an iHeartRadio app exclusive search Kiss. Microphone
is in the top right hand corner. You just hold
that down. If you're a voice notes person, it's an
alternative way to contribute. So I have a tattoo because
of Terry Francona from years and years and years ago.
(43:06):
If you haven't heard this story, or maybe you two
have some tattoos that you don't regret, get caught up
on the podcast. We talked all about that earlier this morning.
Just search Tiff in the Morning on the iHeartRadio app
at your leisure today. Maybe while you enjoy some of
this beautiful weather on the first day of October, you're
waking up with Tiff in the Morning. Done Kiss one
(43:28):
O seven, Good morning.
Speaker 3 (43:29):
It is the.
Speaker 2 (43:30):
Week of no sleep. I think it might just be
the season for it. It is back to back to
back to back, but this week specifically, the Reds have
us up late midnight last night tonight it's do or die.
We gotta get it done against the Dodgers to move forward.
Then Taylor's gonna step in and take over Thursday night
into Friday when Life of a show Girl comes out.
(43:51):
So we're not getting a lot of sleep, but we
are having some least some fun memories here. If you're
an in person person, then we've got an event with
highballs and see that kicks off in the seven o'clock
hour tomorrow. Whether you're a marathon or by foot or
by ears, you might like this event. Check out our
instagram at Kiss one oh seven and then if you're
not an in person person, you can tune into Kiss
(44:12):
one ohs have a one on the free iHeartRadio app
Thursday night at midnight for our iHeartRadio album release party
exclusive with Taylor. She's just gonna have some cool content
on the air and such. So lots happening. I really
I don't know what the day is. I thought it
was Friday tomorrow. Oops, getting ahead of ourselves, But I
do know that the date is October one. So Pumpkin
(44:32):
spice full swing that twelve foot skeleton in your neighbor's
yard that is lit up at all hours of the
night and scares the but Jesus Saudia, that thing is
in full swing. There's a lot happening, so set an
alarm to get up with TIF in the morning tomorrow,
starting at six am. We've got lots happening. And if
you and I aren't connected on social I'd love to
have you. I'm at the tiff two f's potter like
(44:53):
the Wizard, enjoy the day.
