Yeah, so, like a few weeks ago, I met I
met her at you know, the meet counter at Homeland.
We will win to get some meat.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
Yeah, baby, that doesn't sound like a pickup at all.

Speaker 3 (00:21):
Okay, So you know she's beautiful and I felt like,
you know, there's a connection, so I like boldly asked, like,
you know, if you're not in a relationship, would you
be interested in going out for a drink sometime? And
she said she was free the next night, so we
set up the date.

Speaker 1 (00:36):
Nice, it was good.

Speaker 3 (00:38):
You know, it's just like it get to know you
kind of thing. But you know, she talks about going
out again, and you know, we even talked a few
times during the week, you know, like planning the next date,
like the next weekend. Out of the blue, she just
quit answering my calls, like, you know, the day before
we're supposed to go out again, and now it's been
over a week and yeah, just can't get her to respond.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
So either she didn't pay her phone Bill or didn't
like your Homeland meet counter Yeah, mag applying. Okay, So
all right, so we're gonna you know how this works.
We're gonna get Ramona on the phone. You just sit
back and listen. We're gonna try to get her to
answer honestly about how you screwed this up, okay, or
whatever her deal is.

Speaker 1 (01:22):
Okay, okay, okay, we'll talk to her.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
Next second date update kJ went on three TJ Janet
Jay Rod in the morning. It's TJ Jannet and Jay
Rod's second date update on kJ one O three.

Speaker 1 (01:34):
Ryan went on a great first date with Ramona.

Speaker 2 (01:37):
They even talked about going out again, not only on
the date, but he said they've talked to each other
since the date about going again and also now the
blue she just boom cut off all contact. What happened
not responding? So we tracked down Ramona. We got her
on the phone right now. Hey, okay, I mean, everything
from Ryan's perspective.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
Seemed like you had a great first date.

Speaker 4 (01:57):
Yeah, well, okay, so everything is great about Ryan except
he's a FaceTime guy.

Speaker 1 (02:08):
He's a FaceTime guy.

Speaker 4 (02:10):
Yeah, he doesn't do text messages or even voice calls,
like just everything is FaceTime and.

Speaker 1 (02:18):
That's annoying to you.

Speaker 4 (02:19):
Oh yeah, no, no, no, okay, So I'll text him instead
of replying, he'll instantly FaceTime me back.

Speaker 5 (02:26):
So okay, he just wants to see your beautiful face.

Speaker 4 (02:30):
Yeah, it's annoying and I'm not always looking FaceTime ready.
But then I just text him, so you know, he
knows already have my phone. So what do I have
to answer? You know, it's not he knows I have
it in my hand or whatever. And then the last
time we talked, it was FaceTime, of course, and uh

(02:52):
I said some personal things and come to find out
there's other people in the room listening to our conversation
because he freaking Facebook.

Speaker 2 (03:01):
Okay, oh I see, Okay, I get what you mean
by FaceTime guys.

Speaker 3 (03:05):
Okay, yeah that was just a co worker. She didn't
care about a conversation.

Speaker 4 (03:11):
I mean, okay, well okay, Ryan, No, No, it's just
rude to talk to someone on speakerphone when other people
can hear you.

Speaker 3 (03:19):
I do it all the time.

Speaker 4 (03:21):
I know, I know you do it all the time,
and it's really annoying.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
And I'll call.

Speaker 4 (03:25):
You and text you and instead of answering, you have
to FaceTime.

Speaker 1 (03:30):
Wow, Ramona, you really worked up with altas well.

Speaker 3 (03:34):
I like to see people when I talk to them.

Speaker 1 (03:36):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (03:37):
Are you also the guy who walks through Target face
timing someone for the whole store? I to hear your conversation.

Speaker 1 (03:42):
I've seen that guy. Is that you?

Speaker 3 (03:44):
Ryan?

Speaker 1 (03:44):
Is that you?

Speaker 3 (03:46):
I mean, like you know, I mean sometimes but like
I said, like no one cares about a conversation.

Speaker 4 (03:52):
Well, I don't want everyone hearing my conversation. And I
like to text, you know, try some time. All the
kids are doing it.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (04:01):
Wow, Sometimes you're just not ready to be on FaceTime.

Speaker 1 (04:04):
So maybe he just wants to see you're pretty far. Okay,
we've established all that, Ramona.

Speaker 2 (04:10):
Now the question is do you want to try and
go on a second date again?

Speaker 4 (04:16):
Just talking to me on FaceTime and not telling me
that other people could hear it, just I don't know
that one completely rubbed me the wrong way.

Speaker 1 (04:25):
So I think you're gonna pas, Brian, she don't want
to go out with you again because I FaceTime?

Speaker 3 (04:31):
I mean, that does make make sense.

Speaker 4 (04:32):
It's just like I asked you. I was like, do
we always have to do this? And like for you
to plant your flag in the sand for this. I'm like, well,
what else are you gonna?

Speaker 2 (04:44):
Oh? Okay, okay, all right, and you're planting your flag
in the sand for not So this isn't gonna work out, Ramona.

Speaker 1 (04:50):
Thanks for taking some time and being on with us.

Speaker 4 (04:52):
Okay, okay, okay, this is weird, but it's kind of fun.

Speaker 1 (04:57):
You're you're weird and kind of fun too, Ramona.

Speaker 2 (05:00):
Okay, I see uh I told her that was inappropriate.

Speaker 1 (05:04):
Okay, Ryan, Okay, your thoughts if.

Speaker 3 (05:08):
You can see someone face to face. I don't see
why FaceTime is such a big deal.

Speaker 5 (05:12):
I think it was mainly around the conversation where she
didn't know whether somebody else was listening.

Speaker 1 (05:16):
Therefore, whatever she.

Speaker 2 (05:17):
Told you there, she had four or five reasons. Yeah,
but yeah, that is something like when things start getting personal.

Speaker 1 (05:24):
I think you have to go by the way. There's
other people in the room. I guess. Uh. But Ryan sar,
we can't get you another date? Okay? Man, all right? Thanks?
All right?

Speaker 2 (05:32):
Are we are we annoyed by the person that always
wants to janet?

Speaker 1 (05:35):
You rolled your eyes? Why?

Speaker 5 (05:37):
I think occasionally it's fine, but like every conversation doesn't
have to be that way, And when you're in the
room with somebody, who is that person? Sure, that's a
little annoying, Like I don't want to hear your whole conversation.

Speaker 2 (05:52):
I don't know what what is she overreacting or do
you think she has a right?

Speaker 1 (05:56):
What do you think? Four or five, four, six, one
or two seven?

Speaker 6 (06:00):
Time has a time and place, like back back whenever.
I was a little more adventurous than they have, you know,
dabbled in online dating and dated somebody that was in
a different date or a few hours away FaceTime. That
makes sense. But if it's somebody that's local, chill out, man,
you don't need to do it all the time. And

(06:21):
that's just rude to not let someone know that someone
else is in the conversation, because, let's be honest. Even
though he says, oh, she didn't mind, she was still listening,
Oh her business.

Speaker 2 (06:34):
I would listening and go, oh, I don't care what
you're saying or whatever, and I'd be taking in.

Speaker 1 (06:38):
Every word my little reality show at work. Yep, he's
very Observdan, you

Speaker 6 (06:43):
Get some Jiffy popcorn over there and just look over
and they're just eating popcorn and listening in like, oh,
don't buy me
