has that been for you? I'llhave multiple level questions on this, but
I mean originally when you've found outI'm hit, what was that like?
Man, it's pretty crazy to thinkabout had that conversation, just like talking

to my brother, Like, outof thirty two teams, there's only thirty
two people that could be in thatposition. And I was a six year
old kid from you know, thestreets of Samtordino, dreaming of being in
a position one day. So itis pretty crazy. It's a blessing to
be in this position. Definitely.Was also just kind of one of those
moments you know that you just gotto soak in because I actually I signed

knowing what the situation was going tobe, but not really knowing exactly how
it was going to play out.So the day after I signed, getting
that call from Dalvin and talking withhim and him just you know, handing
me the keys, it's a prettyspecial moment. Yeah, that's great,
that's awesome. And in the fiveyears that you've been playing here with the
Minnesota Vikings, there's been a lotof changes. Yeah, I mean not

only with the coaches, and Koccomes in, Brian Flores comes in,
of course, Bar Kendricks, FeelingDelvin. I mean, so many guys
that when you got here, Uh, Kyle Rudolph, who just announced that
he's going to retire. Uh.There's been a lot of changes there.
And I know that that's part ofthe NFL, but I mean there's an

emotional part of that as well,just because you create those friendships. Yeah,
definitely. It's you know, oneof those things you wish that you
can play your whole career together,but the business of it doesn't let that
happen usually, And so you know, there's guys like the Eland who took
me under his wing. You know, there's guys like e k who was
my locker buddy, you know,my rookie year and just you know,

showed me the ropes. And thenRudy one of those guys as well,
kind of took me on his wingand just showed me how to be professional.
It's just it's a blessing to playwith guys like that, and it
just sucks when they have to youknow, the business side of it comes
in, right, Yeah, absolutely, Josh Oliver comes in. Now that
guy is an absolute beast, JoshOliver, and see J running the ball

does. As soon as I sawCJ get his extension, I was I
knew what time it was. Assoon as we signed Josh, I immediately
knew that, you know, therewas investment in the run game and that
degree and getting back together over OTAsthrough training camp. It just feels,

for you from last year where youknow you're not RB one and now this

year you are, and how muchthat has changed as they are designing the
run around you. That's a greatquestion. I never really looked at it
from that perspective to see what,you know, I guess what they're doing
in terms of looking at you know, me as a runner in the scheme
in that sense, but definitely isdifferent just knowing that I'm first up,

I'm the one that has to goin and lead by example in that way.
Just you know it, it mademe step my game up in different
ways and just you know, thedetails of things, just really looking at

K one O two the old guy. What's it like to be kind of
one of the older guys. It'sinteresting because I'm still the second youngest in

in the room still, And it'sweird having to be in that role and

each other. We embrace it,we accepted and we just try and live
up to a standard in that room. So you get a new contract,

just made it a lot more streusslethan I wanted it to be, but
they're just extremely excited and trying tofind out if it was if it was
true or not. But yeah,they're they're definitely glad. I'm back in
purple. So with the more money, and you know, people love to
talk about the money, and Iknow that that's uncomfortable, so I'm not
gonna bring up any of the dollaramount or anything like that. But with
the more money, does that meanthat we're going to see more of the

dog humping uh touchdown celebrations. No, that means I'm gonna try and save
all but as much as I can, the celebrations are gonna be avoiding any

And what is that like when ohmy and you I got it back

NFL used it too much and gottoo much fan engagement, and so there
would reverse it and give me mymoney back. Oh nice, sweet?

heard a song on the way homeand it inspired me to get in there

only with the coaches, and Koccomes in, Brian Flores comes in,

that when you got here, Uh, Kyle Rudolph, who just announced that
he's going to retire. Uh.There's been a lot of changes there.
And I know that that's part ofthe NFL, but I mean there's an

emotional part of that as well,just because you create those friendships. Yeah,
definitely. It's you know, oneof those things you wish that you
can play your whole career together,but the business of it doesn't let that
happen usually, And so you know, there's guys like the Eland who took
me under his wing. You know, there's guys like e k who was
my locker buddy, you know,my rookie year and just you know,

showed me the ropes. And thenRudy one of those guys as well,
kind of took me on his wingand just showed me how to be professional.
It's just it's a blessing to playwith guys like that, and it
just sucks when they have to youknow, the business side of it comes

gonna bring up any of the dollaramount or anything like that. But with
