Tim Sykes says Massi has elevated therestart of the men's cross country program at
Akron. It took a young manlike Brian Massi for some of the young
men that were currently here to see, hey, this is kind of the
standard of what we can do.We see a guy that he's able to
do these things and achieve these things. We train beside him, you know,
every day, and so the sky'sthe limit for the returners. I

think because of a guy like BrianMassi, they now see that, you
know, a large volume of trainingeach week is attainable and you can still
