Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three things you need to know.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
Good morning friends, Welcome to Tuesday. Thank you for starting
with us. We do have a big announcement coming in
exactly one hour be here for that, But first Ricky
Sanchez has those three things.
Speaker 3 (00:11):
It looks like we're going to get a sequel to
The Goonies.
Speaker 4 (00:14):
So Goonies came out forty years ago, and now there
are rumors that they're going to make a sequel and
it could start as early as next year where they
create it, which means that we could be getting it
in theaters as.
Speaker 3 (00:25):
Soon as twenty twenty six or twenty twenty seven.
Speaker 4 (00:27):
And reportedly a lot of the cast members are expected
to return, so Sean Aston, Josh Brolin, Corey Feldman, Kihoi
Khan all like all.
Speaker 3 (00:36):
Of them are saying that they're going to be a
part of this.
Speaker 4 (00:38):
They're also saying that the adventure market is big right now,
so it makes sense why they would get into this.
They want to bring it to a new audience, obviously
with it being forty years old, obviously there is a huge,
huge opportunity to reach more and more people. So keep
you updated on when that's going to come out and
who is actually going to star in it. I have
(00:59):
some great news of people who's love to watch game shows.
I know Zach loves to watch game shows. So engaging
with game shows like Jeopardy and The Prices Right will
actually help enhance problem solving skills, improve your memory, and
increase mental acuity. So it makes you smarter and it
makes everything work better in your brain.
Speaker 2 (01:18):
Seems like a good time to mention it. Every day
at seven forty five, we have a little game show
of our own.
Speaker 3 (01:21):
We do the Game of the Day.
Speaker 4 (01:23):
Yes, the benefits can include reductions and anxiety and loneliness,
which can leave to improvements in overall health.
Speaker 3 (01:29):
And it's really really impactful for older people.
Speaker 5 (01:32):
So tell your grandparents to be here at seven that too.
Speaker 4 (01:36):
They may not love the prizes that we have, but
they can slow long. I know we're all punp for Halloween,
but I know there's plenty of little Christmas alls out
there who are excited to get into the Christmas spirit.
Speaker 3 (01:47):
Trans Siberian Orchestra is coming back to Nashville.
Speaker 4 (01:50):
They're going to play Bridgetown Arena on December eleventh, for
they're all new the Lost Christmas Eve Tour. Tickets are
going to go on sale this Friday at ten am.
If you are interested, amrick Sanchez, and those are the
three things you need to know.
Speaker 5 (02:01):
Thank you. Ricky appreciated getting back into the music with Hosier.
Speaker 2 (02:04):
And don't forget one hour from now seven am, we're
making a big announcement.

Kevin seven o'clock.

Speaker 3 (02:31):
You do have to get through small talk with us,
well with Kevin.
Speaker 2 (02:34):
No, it'll be fun, It's gonna be great. I have
a whole bunch of questions I want to answer you today.
Uh six seven three seven nine seven.
Speaker 5 (02:40):
Ricky just said that. I repeated it. First caller of
the Day. We're talking to you next other.
Speaker 1 (02:44):

Mano in the morning.
Speaker 4 (02:49):

so far?
Speaker 5 (02:52):
So far, I'm going pretty good. How about your so
not that, I.
Speaker 3 (02:55):
Mean, it's got to be going pretty good for you.
You're listening to one O seven.
Speaker 2 (02:58):
Five The River, my favorite.
Speaker 5 (03:00):
Where are you right now, Robert? You don't sound like
you're in a car. I actually am in the car.
It's just quiet.
Speaker 6 (03:05):
Wow, Robert, do you not have any idea how many
days there are until Christmas?
Speaker 5 (03:10):
Not a clue.
Speaker 6 (03:10):
One hundred and six days until Christmas. Fa la la
la la.
Speaker 4 (03:14):
Zach is our resident Christmas elf, so he is very excited.
Speaker 5 (03:18):
Robert sounds like he's excited.
Speaker 4 (03:19):
Too, I am.
Speaker 3 (03:21):
Is that your favorite holiday?
Speaker 7 (03:22):
Robert?
Speaker 2 (03:23):
It is.
Speaker 5 (03:23):
It's four days right after my birthday, so it definitely
is my favorite. How about that?
Speaker 2 (03:29):
How was that having a birthday that close to Christmas?
I would assume you sort of get the shaft present wise.
Speaker 5 (03:35):
A few times.
Speaker 4 (03:36):
Oh, Robert, Well, I hope you get lots of gifts
this year, both for your birthday and for Christmas. We'll
start it off right now by saying you are the
first color of the day, so you're gonna get these
tickets to Pentatonics that bridge down arena.
Speaker 2 (03:48):
Yeah, man, it's happened in December fifth, just a couple
of weeks before your birthday.
Speaker 5 (03:52):
This is a gift from us to you. So happy
early birthday. Fantastic, the best gift.
Speaker 3 (03:57):
Oh I love how happy and excited your energy great?
Speaker 5 (04:00):
Robert, thank you, and man, this phone connection top notch.
Kevin wants to talk to you all day. You know
what kind of car are you driving, Robert, Chevy and Paula.
It's got great sound. You heard it here first.
Speaker 4 (04:13):
Kevin is such a dead The phone quality is really great.
Speaker 3 (04:17):
Your car sounds amazing.
Speaker 5 (04:19):
You know what I really like?
Speaker 2 (04:20):
Sorry, now we're just going down so many rabbit holes.
I really like those four Broncos that they're churning out
these days. They're all like unique colors.
Speaker 5 (04:27):
I love them. I want one, Okay, then buy one. Yeah,
I haven't touched one. I haven't seen one yet, just
like the colors. All right.
Speaker 4 (04:34):
Now, he's like a child. He went from dead mode
to six year old kid.
Speaker 5 (04:39):
It's gonna be one of those days, Robert, hang on, okay.
Speaker 2 (04:41):
Buddy, Yes, ma'am.
Speaker 3 (04:42):
Sorry said it was going to be one of those days.
Speaker 5 (04:48):
Oh my god, more Pentatonic tickets Tomorrow.
Speaker 1 (04:51):
Ricky is Zach and Manno in the Morning on River.
Speaker 4 (04:56):
If you have ever planned a wedding, or if you
are starting to plan a wedding, you know that there
are just so many little, tiny details that go into it.
Speaker 3 (05:03):
So I've basically given up and I've done.
Speaker 4 (05:05):
Nothing until now I finally made one singular move you
did with wedding planning.
Speaker 2 (05:10):
Oh my gosh, I kind of, honestly, I thought you
and AJ would just be one of.
Speaker 5 (05:13):
Those couples that's engaged for forty years.
Speaker 3 (05:15):
I was kind of okay with that.
Speaker 4 (05:16):
I'm not gonna lie to you, but we did make
one big step. I'm gonna tell you about it, and
I need some help, though, okay, because I don't know
what I'm.
Speaker 2 (05:22):
Doing, all right, I'm sure a lot of people out
there have been through it. So stick around. Ricky will
tell us what she did and find out how we
can help.
Speaker 5 (05:28):
Next down the.
Speaker 8 (05:29):
River one oh seven five of the River, Ricky, Zach
and Mano in the Morning, Ladies and Gentlemen, one O
seven five the River, Breaking.
Speaker 2 (05:36):
News, Ricky actually did something for her wedding seven five
the River, Good Morning.
Speaker 3 (05:42):
That is so dramatic.
Speaker 5 (05:43):
What's the thing that you did. You've taken a step.
Speaker 4 (05:45):
I've finally taken a step. I got engaged almost a
year ago. Now that's wild and nove i'mber it'll be
a year of being engaged, and we have finally taken
the first step to wedding planning. We have booked a
session to take a tour of a you here in Nashville.
Oh yes, I'm very excited. Aj is actually the one
(06:05):
who founded by Fiance. He found the spot and he
was like, hey, why don't we check this one out?
Which is almost kind of annoying because I've looked at
so many places and nothing's ever come into fruition.
Speaker 3 (06:15):
But the first one that he finds is the one
that I'm like, Oh, it's actually really nice. Let's go.
Speaker 7 (06:20):
Look.
Speaker 5 (06:20):
That's cute that he found it and you both like it.
Speaker 3 (06:23):
He looks really nice.
Speaker 2 (06:24):
Don't have to tell us what it is, you know,
keep that private. But I would picture AJ wanted to
get married in like a crystal store or something like
I'm a cloud.
Speaker 5 (06:31):
I'm thinking the woods sounds nice.
Speaker 3 (06:33):
Nope, it's not the wood.
Speaker 4 (06:34):
Oh we got engaged in the woods and the smoky
so he got that, but now it's.
Speaker 3 (06:38):
My turn, or you're going to get married somewhere that
I like.
Speaker 4 (06:41):
And I'm very much into the vintagey ornate kind of
vibes of places, so I feel like this place can
kind of look that way when we put the right
to core in there.
Speaker 3 (06:51):
But we have finally booked it. I'm very excited to go. Look.
Speaker 4 (06:54):
I need help, though, because I don't know the questions.
Speaker 3 (06:57):
That I should be asked.
Speaker 4 (06:58):
How much well obvious the first question I asked before
we even booked it, because I needed to make sure
that we could actually afford the place that we are
looking at the worst case scenario is going somewhere and
then finding out the price and being like, oh, I
can never afford that, and then crying about it.
Speaker 5 (07:13):
I feel like I could be misremembering this.
Speaker 2 (07:15):
But it's all the extras that the venue will hit
you with, like oh and catering, Oh and napkins. Oh
and you probably need some tables and oh are your
guests gonna want to drink water?
Speaker 5 (07:23):
Like it just it keeps going.
Speaker 1 (07:25):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (07:25):
This one specifically has an open vendor policy, which is
kind of fun and also kind of scary, so nothing
is included whatsoever, and I can kind of pick whatever
vendors I want to do those things. So, yeah, I
know that we're going to need every single little tiny
thing for a wedding. You need a wedding planner that
might be the best, the best set.
Speaker 1 (07:44):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (07:45):
See, but I would like for people who have planned
a wedding or who are planning a wedding now to
text in six four eight ninety five is the number
put river at the beginning of the message.
Speaker 3 (07:53):
Let me know the questions that I.
Speaker 4 (07:54):
Should be asking a venue when I do the tour,
because I don't even know where to start, and the
Internet gives you so many different things.
Speaker 5 (08:00):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 4 (08:01):
Yeah, I don't even know if any of them are
right or not right, Like, do I need to know
all of these things?
Speaker 3 (08:06):
There's like fifty questions here.
Speaker 2 (08:08):
And if there are any wedding planners that would be
willing to work for free, you can also test six
four eight five.
Speaker 5 (08:13):
But River at the beginning of the.
Speaker 1 (08:14):
Text, three things you need to know?
Speaker 2 (08:16):
All right, we are minutes away from a huge announcement,
but first Rickie Sanchez has three things he needs to know.
Speaker 3 (08:21):
I kind of want to do the announcement now.
Speaker 5 (08:23):
Oh do you.
Speaker 3 (08:23):
I'm so excited. But we should do it at the end.
Speaker 5 (08:25):
Okay, we should do it thing.
Speaker 3 (08:26):
Okay, I'm gonna do this quickly. Okay.
Speaker 4 (08:28):
The VMAs have announced yet another performer.
Speaker 3 (08:31):
Eminem is going to open the show.
Speaker 4 (08:33):
He's the latest to be added to a crazy list
of performers including Sabrina Carpenter, Chavarone, Benson Boone, Anita Glorrilla,
and so many more.
Speaker 3 (08:41):
The VMA's are scheduled for tomorrow night. I'm hyped about it.
I cannot wait to watch Given me a good show.
I'm so psyched about it.
Speaker 4 (08:47):
I want to know how much you're gonna spend at
niess On Stadium this football season for just a beer
and a hot dog. You probably don't because it's kind
of depressing, but I'm tell you anyways. Sportscasting dot Com
put together a list of how much a hot dog
and a beer will cost you at single NFL stadium
across the country, and the Titans are up there. So
the Tennessee Titans have the seventh highest price tag for
a hot dog and a beer at Nissan Stadium. It'll
(09:10):
cost you eighteen dollars and fifty cents this season, eleven
fifty for the beer, seven dollars for the hot dog,
and just to put it into perspective, the most expensive
NFL stadium on the list is the Seattle Seahawks at
Lumen Field. There were, uh, they're gonna cost you nineteen
dollars and ninety eight cents for a hot dog and
a beer. And the lowest I think we're like the
(09:31):
was Atlanta, which was a lot drastically cheaper, Like we're
talking like a price change of the beer and hot
dog just for the price of the beer here, which
game was wild. But yeah, eighteen dollars and fifty cents
is what you're looking at at Nissan Stadium. And Apple
has revealed possibly the coolest feature in a while at
their Apple event. The new iPhone sixteen was the main
(09:53):
character at this event, like it normally is, but there's
a specific iOS eighteen feature that has a lot of
people talk about it.
Speaker 3 (10:00):
They're super psyched.
Speaker 4 (10:01):
So users are gonna be able to create their own
emojis using Apple Intelligence.
Speaker 5 (10:06):
That's awesome.
Speaker 4 (10:06):
So the custom emojis are called gen moji, and you
make them by just typing in a description of what
you want and you wait for Apple Intelligence to make
their options. There's gonna be more than one option, just
in case you don't love the first one. But this
is really cool because, as you know, to make new
emojis is a long process. So now you don't even
have to wait. You can just make whatever.
Speaker 3 (10:26):
One you want. You can mix and match random emojis
all up in one. I'm hyped about it.
Speaker 4 (10:30):
There's gonna be some very strange creations come in your way, Kevin,
I hope you're ready for it.
Speaker 3 (10:34):
I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
need to know. I'm gonna stop talking so we could
talk about the other thing I'm really excited about.
Speaker 5 (10:39):
Dar drum roll emoji please. Oh boy, we thought it
was done, but it's not done.
Speaker 4 (10:45):
We're bringing it back. Man River on the rooftop. We're
gonna do one more River on the rooftop, and we
get to tell.
Speaker 3 (10:50):
You who's gonna be there. Do you want to do it?
Speaker 5 (10:52):
No, you're gonna do it if you want me to do it.
Speaker 3 (10:54):
Is it because you know how much I love him?
Speaker 4 (10:55):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (10:56):
Oh, I appreciate that.
Speaker 4 (10:57):
Okay, MGK is going to be ahead lighting our river
on the rooftop September twenty with the McKenna, Grays and
Averanna Free show, Free show gogs.
Speaker 5 (11:07):
That's the headline.
Speaker 2 (11:08):
All these River on the Rooftop shows that we do
are completely free, conscious are very expensive.
Speaker 5 (11:12):
We know that we're putting on a free one.
Speaker 3 (11:15):
I'm I'm speechless. That's all I had to say to
it in my excitemabe because now I can't talk.
Speaker 5 (11:18):
The date again, Ricky, September.
Speaker 4 (11:20):
Twenty fourth, it's going to be at Skydeck on Broadway.
Like we said, free show.
Speaker 3 (11:24):
It's for all ages.
Speaker 4 (11:25):
You can bring your kids whoever you want, bring your
grandparents if they like MGK, bring everybody out.
Speaker 3 (11:31):
Free show.
Speaker 4 (11:31):
September twenty fourth with MGK, McKenna, Grayce and Averrianna. And
also if you listen to us at seven forty five
for the Game of the day, you can win your
way into our vip deck.
Speaker 5 (11:41):
Yeah, get your own bars a.
Speaker 2 (11:44):
It's a real cush situation up there, seven forty five
today to win that. But text your friends, put in
your calendar right now. September twenty fourth, We're doing it again,
River on the Rooftop. Let's play MGK. Here is Jelly Roll,
It's Lonely Road doing a free show. With this guy
one on seven five.
Speaker 1 (11:59):
The River, Ricky is Zach and Mano in the Morning
on seven.
Speaker 2 (12:05):
Five, two weeks from tonight, the twenty fourth, another river
on the rooftop Free Show with that guy. MGK, it's
one oh seven five the River.
Speaker 5 (12:12):
We are pumped.
Speaker 4 (12:13):
I'm so excited, so excited that, like, I don't know
how your fact is going to go? Now, Zach, are
you gonna be able to beat this announcement with Zach spax.
Speaker 6 (12:21):
I didn't realize there was going to be so much pressure,
but I'm gonna try my best.
Speaker 5 (12:24):
All right, take it away.
Speaker 6 (12:25):
Did you guys know that Alaska is the only state
whose name is on a single row on the keyboard?
Speaker 3 (12:31):
I know.
Speaker 5 (12:31):
I've been looking at my keyboard all morning long. Weird.
Speaker 6 (12:35):
Yeah, so whenever you get to work this morning, look
at it. It's really weird Alaska. You're right, I know,
I'm right. That's your fact of the day.
Speaker 5 (12:43):
Run fact.
Speaker 3 (12:43):
Kevin can spell? That's amazing.
Speaker 5 (12:45):
That's another fact of the Day.
Speaker 1 (12:47):
Ricky is, Zach and Mano in the Morning, one seven five.
Speaker 3 (12:52):
What do you constantly have to lend people?
Speaker 4 (12:55):
We got a little bit of a situation here in
the one oh seven five the River Studio between Zach
and Kevin all over lending things.
Speaker 2 (13:02):
Well, he has an air compressor in his trunk, and
I have two kids with bicycles and their tires are
always getting flat for some reason, so it's nice every
I'm constantly texting him like I did yesterday. Hey, you
can bring your air compressor tomorrow. I need to fill
up kids bike toes.
Speaker 6 (13:14):
Okay, here's the thing, Kevin, I am the least most
responsible one on the show, Like, I have zero responsibility,
yet I still have the air compressor in case my
tire goes flat and you have two kids, Like, I
don't understand why you don't have one at home because
I have you.
Speaker 5 (13:26):
Why would I get one if there's one at work
every day?
Speaker 6 (13:28):
What if my tire goes flat while you're borrowing it,
then you're gonna have to come pick No, I'm just
I have the bike.
Speaker 5 (13:33):
Here, I'm gonna fill it up here. You brought the
bike in the car. I'm not taking your compressor. But
that's our question.
Speaker 2 (13:39):
What is the thing you are constantly lending somebody six
one five, seven, three seven nine one.
Speaker 5 (13:44):
O seven What is your version of the air compressor?
Speaker 3 (13:47):
And is it annoying.
Speaker 5 (13:49):
No, I hope this is an annoying I appreciate it.
Speaker 1 (13:52):
Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on.
Speaker 2 (13:57):
Seven five the River, Good Mornings. Is kind enough to
lend me his air compressor. Once again, I appreciate it, Zach.
So our question is what are you regularly lending people?
Greg and Nashville good morning, Good morning?
Speaker 5 (14:10):
What is it for you?
Speaker 9 (14:11):
I'm always lending out by extendable ladder.
Speaker 5 (14:14):
Oh those are cool.
Speaker 2 (14:15):
I have one of those, but I always get so
nervous every time I use it because it could very
easily take a finger off.
Speaker 9 (14:20):
Well, if someone's borrowing mine, can I borrow yours.
Speaker 3 (14:25):
I'm actually shocked that Kevin even has one.
Speaker 5 (14:28):
Really, yeah, what are.
Speaker 3 (14:29):
You using it for?
Speaker 5 (14:30):
Halloween decorations?
Speaker 4 (14:31):
Most recently because you're not a handyman, Shane, That's true,
all right, Greg, Sorry that you have to deal with that,
but I'm sure everybody appreciates you for lending that out.
Speaker 5 (14:43):
They call me the mayor.
Speaker 3 (14:44):
Oh see that's nice.
Speaker 5 (14:46):
That's nice. We'll start calling you the Mayor's ac. Does
that help? That makes me feel so much better?
Speaker 2 (14:50):
Good?
Speaker 5 (14:50):
Great, Thank you man, thanks for listening. I have a
great day you too.
Speaker 4 (14:53):
I realized that I also borrow something from Zach constantly,
So maybe you.
Speaker 3 (14:58):
Are now the most responsible one on the show.
Speaker 5 (15:00):
What do you borrow from me?
Speaker 3 (15:01):
Your nail file?
Speaker 5 (15:02):
That's true, Yeah, the nail file, or she needs lotion.
There's always something.
Speaker 2 (15:07):
I think you're more reliable than you give yourself credit for.
You're always watering the plants, and here you keep our
plants alive.
Speaker 3 (15:13):
That's trust. Would die without you.
Speaker 5 (15:15):
My god, I feel so honored right now. Keep going.
Speaker 1 (15:17):
Okay, that's Ricky, is Zach and Manno in the morning on.
Speaker 4 (15:24):
You're on the rooftop. We're bringing it back. It's one
O seven five the River. We're going to do another
River on the rooftop so September twenty fourth with MGK, McKenna,
Grace and Averyanna all gonna be there.
Speaker 3 (15:36):
You can win VIP right now into the shop.
Speaker 2 (15:38):
We honestly thought this was a summer concert series that
was over. We did three of them this summer. We
had a great time, and then this opportunity popped up
and we had to jump on it to get mgcated.
We're gonna say so this is uh, this is so awesome.
Two weeks from tonight and yeah, this is the first
pair of VIP passes we just announced.
Speaker 4 (15:52):
This VIP means that you basically have a nice little
area to yourself in a way. You have great views
of the stage, of your own bathroom, your own bar.
Speaker 3 (16:01):
This is a free show, though anybody can come.
Speaker 2 (16:04):
But this is the thing, probably the hardest game we've
ever played for Kevin Manno's Game of the Day. Where
we did this yesterday, we're doing it again. It's musical anagrams. Okay,
so I'm gonna give you a little phrase here. I
have to unscramble the letters. That's what an anagram is,
and it spells an artist's name. I will tell you
it is a man. Okay, okay, it's a guy. And
when you call if you need a little help, I
(16:25):
will give a clue. Okay, Okay, we're gonna make it
a tiny bit easier today. Six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine,
one oh seven. Your anagram is metal spoon, metal.
Speaker 3 (16:36):
Spoon, So unscramble those words. It is a man. Yeah,
those are the only clues that we have so far.
Speaker 2 (16:42):
Unscramble all the letters in metal spoon, and you're gonna
get somebody's name. Six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine
seven by the.
Speaker 1 (16:49):
Game next, Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning
on the.
Speaker 7 (16:54):
Rimmer metal spoon, Metal spoon, Metal spoon, Kevin and I
were just saying how everyone was probably just saying metal
spoon multiple times over and over again.
Speaker 3 (17:05):
It's Kevin Bannow's game of the day.
Speaker 4 (17:06):
On one of seven five the River presented by Genesis Diamonds.
It's musical anagrams, yes, and metal spoon is the term
we threw out a minute ago.
Speaker 2 (17:15):
You're playing for VIP passes into our next river. On
the Rooftop Show, we just announced bring it back. MGK
is gonna be here two weeks from tonight. We'll say
good morning to William in Nashville. How you doing, William?
Speaker 4 (17:26):
Oh?
Speaker 5 (17:27):
Pretty good. If you need a clue, I'm gonna give
you a clue.
Speaker 2 (17:30):
Okay, but do you know, based on the anagram metal spoon,
who we're talking about?
Speaker 5 (17:36):
I am not, I said Elton John. But that's nowhere close.
Speaker 2 (17:40):
Okay, all right, it's not Elton John. Your clue is Austin.
Does that help it all?
Speaker 3 (17:48):
And no, William, I'm.
Speaker 4 (17:51):
Sorry, Hello, I'm sorry, Toby.
Speaker 3 (17:54):
Sorry. We're happy that you played along.
Speaker 5 (17:56):
Thanks for trying. It's a tough game, all right.
Speaker 2 (17:58):
Thank you.
Speaker 5 (17:58):
Have a great day, buddy.
Speaker 2 (18:00):
We're going now to Kate in Nashville. Kate, do you know,
based on Metal Spoon who we're talking about.
Speaker 3 (18:05):
Is it Post Malone? Oh my god, yes, how did
you do it?
Speaker 2 (18:10):
I'm so curious about how people's brains work with these things.
Speaker 5 (18:13):
How did you put that together so quickly?
Speaker 3 (18:15):
I just really love word games.
Speaker 5 (18:16):
I play them all the time.
Speaker 4 (18:18):
Wow, Kate, you just made Kevin so happy, so proud.
He was really worried about this game because it really
it's fifty to fifty.
Speaker 3 (18:25):
Right now, and if we're going to keep this game going.
Speaker 5 (18:29):
Nice to have congratulations.
Speaker 2 (18:30):
First off, I just think it's cooled the Metal Spoon
and Post Moloner anagrams.
Speaker 5 (18:34):
But you're you're the.
Speaker 2 (18:35):
Very first person in the door for River on the
Rooftop featuring MGK coming up on the twenty fourth.
Speaker 5 (18:40):
Oh that's awesome. Thank you. You are very welcome. Thank
you for listening.
Speaker 7 (18:44):
Thank you.
Speaker 5 (18:45):
All right, hang on the line. We're gonna have more
of these tomorrow.
Speaker 2 (18:47):
Seven forty five VIP passes with another musical anagram.
Speaker 4 (18:51):
Three things you need to know just.
Speaker 2 (18:53):
A bit past eight o'clock on this Tuesday morning. Thank
you so much for starting with your friends over here
at the river. Ricky's got those three things you need
to know.
Speaker 4 (18:59):
The CMA nominations have been announced to the fifty eighth
annual CMA Awards. Post Malone got four, including Single of
the Year and Song of the Year. Jilly Warl got
three nominations. Shaboozie was nominated for Song of the Year
for a Bar Song and was nominated for New Artists
of the Year. A Bar Song just became the longest
running number one hit on Billboard chart this year with
(19:20):
its ninth week in a row, which is amazing. So
really excited for Shaboozi here. Very upset though Beyonce didn't
receive a single nomination for Cowboy Carter and I'm upset.
The internet is upset. Everyone's upset. Doesn't really make much
sense to us, but we're not the CMA, so we
don't really know where the thought process was there. But yes,
(19:41):
those are all the nominations. Excited for everybody bummed about
Beyonce though. Nate Burgetzi he is hosting a CBS primetime
special here in Nashville. It's gonna happen at the grandell
Opry on November twenty first.
Speaker 3 (19:54):
Is where it's gonna be taped.
Speaker 4 (19:55):
The special is going to feature him as the Master
of Ceremonies. He's gonna take the audience through stand up,
retaped comedy shorts, sketches, and musical performances.
Speaker 3 (20:04):
It sounds really really cool.
Speaker 4 (20:06):
This is extra special for Nate who he actually previously
worked at the Grand Ole Opry as an entry level
employee early on in his career.
Speaker 3 (20:15):
Idea, yeah, he's a local guy. We love Nate. Really
excited for him in this moment, a full circle moment.
Speaker 4 (20:22):
So we're still waiting on the details of when this
holiday variety special is going to air, but it is
going to be on CBS Primetime Special. Very exciting stuff.
And Target has launched their Cuddle collab, so it's a
collection for pets. September twenty first is when you're gonna
be able to buy all these things. They're rolling out
this exclusive pet collection. There's gonna be over one hundred
(20:43):
and eighty items. Some of the fun ones include coordinated
outfits for pets and their owners, custom charm bars, unique
little pet beds, and exclusive Stanley products. Obviously this is
all expected to sell out really really fast.
Speaker 3 (20:57):
So if all of this.
Speaker 4 (20:58):
Sounds interesting to you, make sure that you mark your
calendar for September twenty.
Speaker 3 (21:02):
First, you're gonna want.
Speaker 4 (21:03):
To go to Target and get as many things as
you possibly can.
Speaker 3 (21:05):
It really does look.
Speaker 5 (21:06):
Really good towards, does it.
Speaker 4 (21:08):
Yeah, the Coble collab is what it's called. I'm Ricky
Sanchez and those are the three things you need to know.
Speaker 1 (21:13):
Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on the River.
Speaker 2 (21:18):
I genuinely it's September tenth. Don't know how many people
out there can say that they have, but who has
kept their New Year's resolution? It's one oh seven five
the River.
Speaker 4 (21:26):
I made this bingo card at the beginning of the
year because I wanted to complete a bunch of new
fun things for myself, and I was so excited about it.
Speaker 3 (21:34):
I did it with two of my.
Speaker 4 (21:36):
Friends who work here, Kate who is on the weekends
on one of seven five the River, and Melissa, who
is our promotions and marketing director. We all did bingo cards.
I have not done a singular thing on that bingo card,
not one, not one single thing.
Speaker 5 (21:50):
Is there free space in the middle.
Speaker 3 (21:52):
There's a free space.
Speaker 5 (21:53):
It's a win.
Speaker 3 (21:54):
It's all I've done.
Speaker 2 (21:56):
Six seven, three, seven, nine seven. Is anyone keeping up
with their new Year's resolution? I mean, we're closing in
on the end of the year here, it really is.
Let us know six one, five, seven, three, seven nine seven.
Speaker 1 (22:10):
Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning.
Speaker 3 (22:12):

Speaker 4 (22:16):
Let us know what your new year's resolution is and
how long exactly have you kept it since January first?
Speaker 3 (22:23):
Oh?
Speaker 9 (22:23):
Yes, it was to read one hundred books, and I'm
I'm down to two hundred and three.
Speaker 2 (22:28):
Now, whoa, there's not even there hasn't even been that.
Speaker 5 (22:32):
Many days in the year.
Speaker 9 (22:33):
No, I think there has been. I think it's about
twenty four books a month.
Speaker 3 (22:37):
Wow, Lovey, that is impressive as heck. Oh my god,
thank you.
Speaker 9 (22:43):
I am impressed with myself. I was very sick last year,
so this year was like all about walking, running, exercising,
and reading. Yeah, finding myself.
Speaker 5 (22:51):
Good for you. This is an inspiring story. They should
make a movie about you.
Speaker 2 (22:55):
Can I ask you out of this year? What is
your favorite book? What do you recommend to everybody? Oh?
Speaker 9 (23:00):
The John Gone series? You know, it's the shadow of
the Gods. It's a fantasy. Oh my god, he's such
an amazing author. I love him.
Speaker 5 (23:08):
Okay, well write that down.
Speaker 2 (23:10):
I was really hoping you'd say, like the Beardstein Bears
have a yard sale.
Speaker 5 (23:14):
So you're ripping through all these kids books, and that
is impressive.
Speaker 3 (23:17):
They're very impressive books. We're so proud of you. That
is a huge accomplishment.
Speaker 9 (23:21):
Thank you so much. Thank you.
Speaker 5 (23:23):
Can I tell you one thing before we let you go.
Speaker 2 (23:25):
You know how you heard about Ricky's Bingo card that
she didn't complete.
Speaker 5 (23:28):
She just pulled it up. She found it on her computer.
She never even finished making the Bingo card. That's how
committed she was. She didn't even fill the whole thing out.
Speaker 3 (23:38):
I'm a mess. Love you. I'm a mess.
Speaker 9 (23:40):
That's all right, everybody is sometime.
Speaker 3 (23:43):
But we are very excited for you.
Speaker 4 (23:45):

Speaker 4 (24:10):
You have some facts over here about New Year's resolutions
that might make me feel a little bit better about myself.
Speaker 6 (24:15):
Yeah, if you already quit your New Year's resolution, don't worry. Apparently,
like twenty three percent quit within the first week, forty
three percent quit By the end of January. Only nine
percent of Americans actually finished their New Year's resolution for
the entire.
Speaker 5 (24:29):
Nine percent for the year. Yeah, nine percent. What percent
of people don't finish filling out their video cards? I think.
Speaker 3 (24:37):
Just set that I can find it. Kevin's like, I
want to find your Bigo card. I want to know
what's on it. And I was like, let me see,
it's not even finished.
Speaker 5 (24:46):
Good idea.

Speaker 4 (25:01):
It's very short, but it right to the points. If
you've ever wondered what the movie Twilight would be like

Speaker 3 (25:33):
It's all over the place.
Speaker 5 (25:35):
Is that video is that taken from a longer video?
Or is that the extent of it?
Speaker 3 (25:38):
That is the extent of it? That was it.
Speaker 4 (25:40):
It was just these two people that said, this is
what Twilight would sound like in the South.
Speaker 3 (25:44):
And I think they're from Alabama.
Speaker 2 (25:45):
So if you want to share it with friends that
like Twilight and have that Southern accent, please can find
