Spring ball is in the books and now we’re in that long, dark teatime of the offseason when news is something you’d rather just not hear. For this episode, we looked at Ohio State dominating the 2025 NFL Draft. We looked at where the 14 selected former Buckeyes were picked (tying a school record) and wonder why there wasn’t a 15th player — a consensus All-American and winner of a major individual award, no less — taken to give the school a share of the all-time draft record. We also walked through the draft spots of a couple of ex-Buckeyes who transferred to other schools and discussed the landing spots for some OSU undrafted free agents. With the spring practices coming to an end, we’ve probably seen our final black helmet stripe removal until preseason camp starts. We look back at the most recent players to lose their helmet stripes. We also touch on a couple of important transfer portal arrivals, as well as Ohio State’s trip to the White House, where the vice president tried to mangle the national championship trophy and the foot of TreVeyon Henderson. Finally, we looked back at the 2025 Ohio State Spring Game. Lots of players stood out during this year’s event, especially the running backs. Bo Jackson and C.J. McDonald looked especially good, and the quarterbacks performed well as a group. It may not have seemed like it, but there were some defensive standouts as well. We are in our monthly offseason schedule, but we could have more than one show a month depending on how much news there is. We will return to our weekly schedule in August, as camp opens and we get you ready for the 2025 Ohio State football season. We would love to hear from you, so please reach out with your feedback and questions via email at silverbulletspod@gmail.com. Any questions directed toward us will be answered on our next show. Be sure to subscribe, rate, review, share, and follow the show over on Twitter at @SilvrBulletsPod. As always, thanks for listening! 0:20 — A whole lot of Buckeyes are on their way to the NFL.
