Speaker 1 (00:00):
I have got some ghost stories for you. I'm hearing
these voices, but there's nobody else around. I don't like
the skeleton man.
Speaker 2 (00:08):
He's so mean to me and he bites me at night.
Speaker 1 (00:12):
And suddenly this stool, completely of his own volition, slid
good to maybe three feet out into the center of
the bar. He walks towards the ocean and he gets
through the water.
Speaker 3 (00:23):
He just disappeared.
Speaker 1 (00:25):
I feel someone run their hand under my butt cheek,
just sliding under my butt.
Speaker 2 (00:32):
So that is my ghost story.
Speaker 1 (00:38):

in the Matrix story that we had last week. What
a great story.
Speaker 1 (01:49):
It was a great story.
Speaker 2 (01:50):
If you missed to go back and listen, it was
so good. Casey says, I just got home to dot
dot dot get this Petaluma from you won't believe this, Maren.
Right when this story played, I was exiting the one
oh one to go home to Petaluma. I instantly got
chills all over my body. I had a matrix within
a matrix moment I just had to ride in.
Speaker 1 (02:11):
So wait, think about that, like you are driving home
in the exact area that we are talking about as
a glitch in the matrix.
Speaker 2 (02:20):
That is why that's perfection is what it is?
Speaker 1 (02:22):
It really it really is.
Speaker 2 (02:23):
Anyways, Casey goes on to say, you two make my

me sound manly. I feel like should I go back
and read you at cave Up. The Amazing Worker podcast
is my favor.
Speaker 1 (02:55):
Okay, So we need to start today with some video
that came to us from our friend Muffin Man.
Speaker 2 (03:01):
Sorry, I could not resist. I apologize.
Speaker 1 (03:06):
The sad thing is as many times if I as
I've read it didn't even occur to me. Please do
that every time I say his name. Okay, So, our
friend Muffin.
Speaker 2 (03:16):
Man was doing some.
Speaker 1 (03:18):
Renovations on his house. The whole place is empty and undergo,
the whole place is empty. But he got a notice
from the security camera in his attic and this is
what he filmed. So he says he was alone in
the house at the time. But it sounds like a
female voice. He says, there isn't anything up there that
should have made a sound, just a gun, safe cigars,
and some old clothes. So okay, let's just go ahead
(03:40):
and take a listen to this. Did you hear anything?
I do.
Speaker 2 (03:46):
I hear something very faint in the background, but I
could not, for the life of me, tell you what
it says.
Speaker 1 (03:50):
So in the video. If you're not watching on YouTube,
go to honadaf dot com go to episode three, season
twelve to watch this because there is a little something
that floats across the screen.
Speaker 2 (04:01):
Oh yeah, there is definitely Watch this again. Okay, am
I crazy? Or did it say help? Danger?
Speaker 1 (04:09):
Really?
Speaker 2 (04:10):
That's what I thought it sounded. So I thought I.
Speaker 1 (04:12):
Heard help, but I wasn't sure about danger.
Speaker 2 (04:15):
Like help is for sure that first one. The second
time we listened to it, I was like, Okay, that
sounds very clear.
Speaker 1 (04:20):
Help, so listen one more time.
Speaker 2 (04:25):
If it isn't danger, then he's saying painter.
Speaker 1 (04:27):
Y'all go and watch the video. Tell us what you
think it's saying. What could it possibly be? So I
asked muffin Man about the the muffin man, I asked
him about the history of the house and he said
it pre days World War Two. Also, a firefighter lived
there years ago and passed away in the master bedroom.
Since in the house was divided into three units. But
(04:48):
of course, you know anytime there are renovations, we know
that absolutely, that's when things start to get weird.
Speaker 2 (04:53):
I think it's interesting it's a former fireman because I
feel like somehow like help help danger.
Speaker 1 (04:59):
But it sounds like one. It definitely sounds like a
female voice to me. So y'all let us know if
you have any ideas.
Speaker 2 (05:05):
All right, our next one. Hello, Rebecca and Julie. My
name is Carlo, and I have had many paranormal encounters
throughout my life, though they've been dwindling these past years. Anyways,
this happened when I was a kid, probably around ten
or eleven. My family had moved from Sydney to the
countryside in Dubbo for work, and during those two years
we lived in a haunted house.
Speaker 1 (05:24):
Oh this is Australia.
Speaker 2 (05:26):
I love it.
Speaker 1 (05:26):
Hello, Hello, gooda mate? Gooday, that's it.
Speaker 2 (05:29):
Here is what Australians hate. Put another shrimp on the babby,
I'm sorry. When you were wait and see where am
I here? When you were alone, someone would call your name.
Doors would open in the middle of the night, even
if you put down a doorstopper, and your toes would
get touched totnight if you didn't cover them. No frickin way.
(05:52):
And I know this sounds like an intruder in the house.
I don't know. Do intruders come in to tickle your toes?
I hope to God no. But we've checked multiple times
and there was never anyone there. There were also multiple
entities spotted in the house. A little kid with black
curly hair that would run around, a tall man wearing
a hat looking very farmerlike, and your typical lady in
(06:15):
white with long black hair covering her face. Good lord,
this is a lot going on.
Speaker 1 (06:19):
Is that typical?
Speaker 2 (06:20):
I mean, I guess in the haunted world is on
the average no So I was ten and home with
my dad when he went to Bunnings, which is an
Australian home depot. I didn't go with him because it
sounded boring. After he left, I was alone in the
living room playing with my toys when the lady in
white with long black hair covering her face appeared right
(06:41):
in front of me. She was levitating off the ground,
but not too high.
Speaker 1 (06:47):
I know, so she's still reach you.
Speaker 2 (06:50):
I screamed, and I ran into the backyard, but I
couldn't get the door open. It felt like she was
chasing me really slowly but quickly at the same time.
I can't explain it anyway. I finally got the door
open and I cried in the backyard until my dad
got home or baby. I felt like Lorraine Warren whenever
she got chased by entities in the Conjuring movies. Oh anyways,
(07:12):
I would love to tell you more stories and maybe
do a voice message one day. Please do. I love
your podcast, and if this ever gets on, I would
love to know what episode it is because I am
still catching up. Carlo.
Speaker 1 (07:22):
Okay, Carlo, we will let you know, and please, especially
coming from Australia. Yeah, we need to hear your voice.
But I had a suggestion. I wrote Carlo back and said,
we'd love to hear your voice recording, but we'd also
love video of you guys telling your stories. That said,
if you are not comfortable showing your face, you could
always film your dog or your cat or your bird,
(07:43):
whatever you have while you're telling the story, because we
would love that.
Speaker 2 (07:47):
Too, absolutely. Or if you want to put on a
mask and.
Speaker 1 (07:49):
Be creepy about it, oh my god, just make sure
that we can actually hear.
Speaker 2 (07:53):
It exactly and understand what you're saying.
Speaker 1 (07:56):
Is weird but.
Speaker 3 (07:57):
Real Jeree school, not John Das.
Speaker 1 (08:01):
Don't tagas news. It's time for news. We haven't had
spooky news in a while.
Speaker 2 (08:12):
You haven't, You're right, So in spooky news, the Conjuring
House is set to be auctioned off on Halloween nights.
Speaker 1 (08:18):
This is the whole conjure. It just won't go away.
Speaker 2 (08:20):
It won't.
Speaker 1 (08:21):
It will not die.
Speaker 2 (08:22):
Thanks Ed and Lorraine.
Speaker 1 (08:23):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (08:24):
The eighteen twenty six farmhouses operated as a tourist attraction
for years and will be sold publicly due to the
borrowers default on mortgage payments. That would be Jacqueline nounyez
a self described medium. You'd think she'd see this coming.
Oh sorry, but I'm ching. She's face disputes with the
town over the past year, and the town revoked her
(08:45):
entertainment license, citing problems with the property, her application, and
some of her interactions with local police.
Speaker 1 (08:51):
Oh this woman has been wheels off.
Speaker 2 (08:52):
Oh that's amazing. I kind of want to read the.
Speaker 1 (08:55):
Oh yeah, she's kind of fun. Go read that on it. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (08:57):
So the property includes eight and a half acres of
land and was last sold for one point five million
dollars according to land records. So we're going to put
a link to the auction in case you have some
extra cash line around and no plans on Halloween night,
invite us if you buy it.
Speaker 1 (09:10):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (09:10):
Of course everyone is expecting Matt Rife to try and
buy it, since he's wanted to in the past. He
also has Annabelle now.
Speaker 1 (09:17):
Yeah, so why not, speaking of which runs down matt
riche Please, our friend JB saw the latest Conjuring movie
last night, and we told you guys, like, if you
see it, please write a review for us. So JB says, ladies, ladies, ladies,
get Yeah, I watched the new Conjuring So you didn't
have to thank you. I will say it's better than
the third, not as good as the first, and would
(09:39):
be better than the second. But the ending was hoky.
I was really into it until the end. No spoilers,
but there was some Definitely the power of the family
will get you through bullshit. The scares were decent though,
and the ghost was good. Do you have to see
it in the theater?
Speaker 3 (09:53):
Nah?
Speaker 1 (09:53):
But definitely worth the watch. So thank you.
Speaker 2 (09:56):
Yeah, I appreciate that that.
Speaker 1 (09:57):
Actually I kind of want to see it. I do
think wait until it's like I was screaming.
Speaker 2 (10:01):
Literally gonna say that, I'm not gonna pay money for
these anymore. No one more bit of spooky news for
those of you who are either in Arkansas or in
the mood for a road trip, The Arkansas Paranormal Expo
is coming to Little Rock October thirty When is thirty fifth?
October thirty fifth, Guys, The Arkansas Paranormal Expo is coming
to Little Rock October twenty fifth and twenty sixth, featuring UFOs, cryptozoology,
(10:26):
ghost hunting, all the fun stuff. But they're also hosting
a big Foot Calling contest. Yes that's right, you could
win prizes for the best bigfoot call, and they'll have
a costume contest as well.
Speaker 1 (10:37):
You want to.
Speaker 2 (10:39):
You go first, you go first? Same.
Speaker 1 (10:43):
But that's just that's Chewbacca. So does a bigfoot scream
just sound like a lady screaming?
Speaker 2 (10:48):
I don't think it sounds like a lady. It's got
to be deeper, right.
Speaker 1 (10:50):
But guess who's gonna be in Little Rock that weekend?
Speaker 2 (10:52):
O me? I'm going, Yes? Are you gonna do the contest?
You better practice lady?
Speaker 1 (10:58):
Yeah, I'm not even I don't even know if I
can go to this. It's my dad's birthday, so we
got to go out and see my dad. But I'm
actually gonna be there.
Speaker 2 (11:04):
That's awesome.
Speaker 1 (11:05):
I wonder if I could drag my poor father Ali
you imagine?
Speaker 2 (11:08):
Yes, I think it would be fantastic.
Speaker 1 (11:09):
That would be. But if y'all are interested in going,
it's Arkansas Paranormalexpo dot Com.
Speaker 2 (11:14):
Before we go, we wanted to talk about a reel
that we shared on our social media recently that's got
loads of attention. It's a little girl telling someone, probably
her aunt, about something she and her brothers have been
seeing in their house.
Speaker 1 (11:27):
You've never seen it here.
Speaker 3 (11:28):
Though no, like when it's pitch black, I'm leaving somewhere.
I see it outside, scary in the load though, okay,
that one's a baby or like the age as mine,
like your age only at MoMA's house. I see the
tonal ones outside, I think, see the little ones their
babies or my age.
Speaker 1 (11:47):
Go and watch that. That's on all of our social media's.
It's a little girl talking to I think it's her aunt,
I believe, and describing something absolutely terrifying that she's seeing.
Speaker 2 (11:57):
As tends to happen, people start telling their own in
the comments, and we got one really creepy one from
Lynette who said, my daughter saw the same thing several
times at the house we previously lived in. It was
in her bedroom, and she drew this picture of it
a few years ago. She was between seven and nine
years old. She's twelve now and we moved into a
new house. She no longer sees it, but she wasn't
(12:18):
the only one in the family that saw it. Then EO,
so information, here's the picture that she drew.
Speaker 1 (12:25):
Yeah, she named this sing Daisy and she dizzy. She
call it her sleep paralysis demon, which I'm like, how
do you know what a sleep paralysis the.
Speaker 2 (12:33):
Great question, especially when you're like seven to nine years old. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (12:36):
But that comment got a response from Ashley, who said, Wow,
I also have a picture that's similar. My daughter told
me about the dark woman. This stands behind the doors
in her room. She was probably four and five at
the time, and she drew me a picture to show it.
She says, I'm the little girl with all the light,
and then there's the tall dark woman who stands in
the room. This is that picture, so you can see
(12:59):
the little girls. She's drawn in color, but then the
creepy woman is drawn in black and white, so stinking creepy,
no kidding. She also says, my daughter was inn in
a basement at my mom's house once, playing by herself.
We could hear her talking, and when we came upstairs,
we asked who she was talking to you down there,
and she said, just my grandma. So I was raised
by my great grandma and she had passed about six
(13:20):
years before I had my daughter. I truly think she
was talking to her.
Speaker 2 (13:23):
Thank God, I'm so glad you think it's grandma, because
I'm not out sure.
Speaker 1 (13:28):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (13:28):
Then, Lexi says, my sisters and I saw these as children,
but never talked about it until we became adults out
of fear. I personally would see two white, misty, bald,
and faceless figures leaning against the doorway to my room
at night in the pitch black. I assumed it to
be a man and woman based on body size and position.
They never moved, just stood and stared towards me. However,
(13:52):
I recently found out that these same figures appeared exactly
the same time to my sister, the only difference being
that she recalled them as black misty figures in the
same position. It sounds like this little girl and her
siblings are experiencing something similar. I hope they know that
they aren't weird or misunderstood, but in fact pretty dang
cool and there's others out here that resonate with them. Yes, right,
(14:14):
they are pretty dang cool.
Speaker 1 (14:15):
And the thing that's really interesting, like so the little
girl in our video described the thing as bald, and
it blows my mind. There were so many stories with
that one particular video. It's another good reason to follow
all of our social media pages so Instagram, Facebook, TikTok,
YouTube and look through the comments whenever there's something really cool,
like that people will tell incredible stories. By the way,
(14:36):
please don't pick fights on our pages.
Speaker 2 (14:39):
Everybody be nice.
Speaker 1 (14:40):
Yeah, there was one really long drawn out one between
two people on that same post, essentially just calling each
other stupid, so please don't be that person. We're all
just here to get creeped out, not start any fights.
Speaker 2 (14:51):
Supposed to be having fun. Guys. Yeah, all right, guys,
don't forget. This episode of honaday f is sponsored by
Night of a Living podcast woother Man. Come thank to
Texas live on October first. Costumes are encouraged but not required,
by the way, and you can find your tickets and
everything else that you need to know about it hontidaf
dot com. Let us know if you want to share
(15:11):
a spooky story with us while we're out there.
Speaker 1 (15:13):
And by the way, October first is rapidly approaching, so
if you're like, oh, that's ages, no, now, take a
look at your calendar, it is like right around the corner.
And by the way, we had a new suggestion just
a little earlier about sending your stories to us. Of course,
you can write them down whatever you can film yourself
or better yet, if we're not on a hellaween Moss
put on a mask, or just film your pets okay
(15:35):
while you're telling the story as long as we can
hear it, because you know, we love seeing pictures of
your pets and I know not everybody's comfortable sharing your
gorgeous faces with the world, but video works people. Or again,
just write it down for complicating everything, then send it
all to hanteday Podcasts at gmail dot com so we
can use it on the next haunted af.
Speaker 2 (15:54):
And don't forget to subscribe to honted af on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Stitger,
wherever you listen podcast. Please follow us on Facebook, Twitter
or Instagram, YouTube, and of course TikTok. You can even
contact us directly through our website hauntdaf dot com.
Speaker 1 (16:08):
Got to say thanks to Andrew Mamaliga and Travis Vance
for the Hontiday of theme song, and to on Air
Media for titles and technical support. Also big thanks to
all of the Hontiday of Patreon supporters.
Speaker 2 (16:18):
Most of all, we have to thank you for listening
and for sharing your stories with us. By the way, Julie,
if I die first, I'm coming back to haunt you.
Speaker 1 (16:26):
I'll come back to haunt you too.
Speaker 2 (16:27):
Rebecca
