the J six pipe Bomber versus Ben Shapiro's speech rules.
So Ben, who I've met two times. I was gonna
say he's pleasant. That's not true, plight.

sort of has this reputation as a hall monitor of
speech that I think is well learned. And he has
some rules like we don't ask questions. There's some things
you don't question. For instance, there's a specific government you
may never question, or you're a very bad person. So

this J six pipe Bomber versus Ben Shapiro's speech rules,
This all unfolds into something in which I want to
be very careful. And I'll explain why I want to
be very careful the second. It's not because of humans.
That's not why we'll talk about this. With the help

This is not a difficult issue. Settlements rock.

But questioning the government Israel, you don't do that. You
do that, you're not just asking questions. And if you're

his corruption trial and now five years he's delayed. This
corruption trial in Israel has some pretty interesting rules. They've

questionable thing go on to October twenty or October seventh.
Turns out there were countries that were warning Bibi, hey,

test runs and reported the test runs and said, hey,
there's people looking like they want to breach the border.
And apparently that was ignored. But if you question that,

you're running a foul of Ben's speech rules. You don't
question the government of Israel. After all, Arabs like the
bomb crap and live in open sewage where Jews like
to build. So all the kids in Gaza and the
ten percent of populations have been wiped out. They just

what they like. Now, I'll be clear, obviously, you give
me a choice between Hamas and Israel, I'm gonna choose
Israel for now because Hamas wants to kill my family

and me and Alex and you, and they want to
wipe all the Jews off the Planet, Charlie Kirk before
he died, before he was life was taken, He's murdered.
Began to say things like, hey, this looks like jenocide.

So let's explore these speech rules and comparison to January
six and the pipe bomber. I'll show what I mean
by this in a second. I've started doing this experiment
in show prep, and man, it's wild. It's actually kind

also tried groc which I don't trust you. I don't
trust Elon Musk. So AI is going to change a

and when you think you're going to retire, I am

the speech rules that Ben created was you do not
question the government of Israel. And he has railed against
people who are just asking questions because just asking questions
isn't really genuine when it comes to Israel. Then Ben
has also come out and raised the bigot alarm and

he's raised this in his speech codes that Tucker Carlson
has now become an anti Semite is a very dangerous man.
This is again the same Ben Shapiro who said on
September twenty seven, twenty ten, that Israeli's like to build Arabs,
like to bomb crap and live in open sewage. This
is not a difficult issue, and he was He used
the hashtag Settlement's rock, and this was about apparently the

expansion I have Israeli settlements into Gaza. Now I want
to be super super super vibrantly focused to tell you
I am not going to pretend to be smart enough
or historical enough, or to have any knowledge enough to
solve this crisis, or to go back and say who
threw the first stone. I know that the Isra I

know Israel belongs in the Middle East because the Bible
tells us this. I know that there's a special covenant
between God and the Israeli people because the Bible tells
us this. And I also know God created the people
in Gaza in his image and loves them equally. He
doesn't have the special covenant with them, but he loves
them equally and he would like to have them in

his family. So I'm not going to pretend to solve
the crisis, but nor am I going to pretend that
what Ben Shapiro said there isn't insanely bigoted. Not all
Arabs like to bomb crap and an open sewage. And
I don't know that any Arabs like to live in
open sewage. I don't know that any human being likes

living in open sewage. And I don't know that all
Israelis like to build. See, it's pure bigotry. But when
Tucker Carlson questions the Israeli government, now it's anti semitism.
And I'm also not going to pretend they don't have
questions about Tucker. I have a lot of questions about Tucker.
I've never met Tucker, never spoken to Tucker, but I

have a ton of questions about how he has guests
on the show who are, for instance, registered lobbyists for
nations where Christians are being murdered, and he doesn't confront that.
That's bizarre to me. I don't get that. And Tucker's
playing maybe a longer game. He's enormously successful, far more

successful media than I've ever been, So maybe I just
don't get it. I don't get the game. But I'm
not going to pretend they don't have questions but there's
an interesting comparison between the January sixth pipe bomber versus
Ben Shapiro's speech rules. Mark Levin joins in on this,
and I've never met Mark. I've spoken the Mark a

couple times, and you know, in private, Mark is a
very very polite, very genteel, very nice person, curious about others.
I had an actually pretty lengthy conversation with Mark once,
and he was kind and self effacing, and he was helpful.

So I'm not here to say that the radio stuff
is shtick because I don't know Mark well enough to
say it shtick. I know he's deeply committed to the
country of Israel. I know that Mark, in my mind,
veers into Israel first, and I believe Ben vers into
that as well. Not America first, but Israel first my mind.
But there's an interesting comparison between this speech codes around

you don't question the government of Israel and the January
sixth pipe bomber. So Mark Levin decided to disclose a
private conversation between he and Tucker Carlson, and Mark played
this on his radio program.

I got a very strange text this morning from Tucker
Carlson ten and sixteen am. I'll read it to you
for forbade them good morning, he writes it to me.
The leadership at Turning Point has asked me to debate
you at their event in Scottsdale in December. I'm happy

Beyond the personal insults, which I'll try to keep to

a minimum, there are real and important ideological differences between us,
and I think the country would benefit from an extended
conversation about them. So again, I hope you'll accept. Let
me know thanks. The guy is desperate. He's taking a
hit on his podcast. He's fighting like hell for his career,

he's fighting like hell for his reputation. People are awakening
to what scum he actually is, and he thinks I'm
going to platform him. He thinks I'm going to help
him kick up his podcast ratings. What would Charlie say?
What would Rush say? What would any rational response?

I wrote him the following, My family and I want
nothing to do with you. Well, you've become your vile
libels against my faith, millions of Christians, and in my view,
what you seek to do to our country. There's nothing
to debate. You're a Nazi promoter. You're the modern day
David Duke. I debate people with whom I disagree for

a living. We're a lot smarter than you, but for
whom I have some respect. I'm also disappointed in TPUSA
that continues to platform you.

So it wasn't that Tucker was asking to be platforms, which,
by the way, Mark Levin is the language of the left.
It was that he was offering to debate you. The
fact is there's a big division in the Republican Party
between people who insist you must not question the Israeli government.

(14:09):
You can question our government. Mark Levin doesn't actually debate
people for a living. He takes phone calls and debates callers,
which are people, but it's not really a debate because
he has that button he can turn in the call.
It's not really a debate, and the time is limited.
And so there's this divorce now between people who insist

(14:31):
you must not question the Israeli government. It's always doing
the right thing. And they will take specific biblical verses,
say from Isaiah fifty five to eleven, where God says
those who bless Israel I will bless those who curse.
Israel I will curse, and they will take that moment
in time where God was speaking about the Israeli people,

(14:52):
the tribe of Israel traveling through some areas with pagans
in it, and the pagans were either trying to kill
the tribe of Israel or they were trying to seduce
them into their pagan ways, often sending women in to
seduce Israeli men to get them to worship their fake gods.
And God had put out a warning, let these people pass.

(15:16):
They're on the way somewhere. I sent them there. And
people will take that moment in time and say, no
matter what Israel does, God will bless it. There are
times where God himself in the Bible turned his back
from Israel because they'd chosen bad kings. And yes, he

(15:36):
came back. He always comes back because God as a
promise keeping God, he has a covenant. There will be
a remnant of the Jewish people who will be saved.
But if you question the Israeli government, you run a
fout of these rules. Tucker has committed the sin of
questioning the Israeli government. Now what he had Nick Fante song,
and I'm not going to jump on a ban Tucker

(15:57):
and he's terrible, and ban Candice and she's awful. I
don't have time to watch Tucker's show. I've seen maybe
five minutes of Candace's show. She's also being attacked. I
don't know a thing about her show other than the
things I've seen glancing at it. But I know that
they've both run a foul of questioning the Israeli government.

(16:20):
So Mark Levin's in the business of questioning our government,
and Mark Levin is great at it. There's a reason
Mark Levin sells so many books because he's got a
great mind. But on this topic, these speech rules have
this weird comparison to the January sixth pipe bummer, which
I'm going to get to in a second. But Mark
Levin was saying that Tucker Carlson's fighting for his career.

(16:42):
Here are the Spotify podcast charts I just pulled up
this second. Number one is the Joe Rogan Experience. Number
two is this past weekend with Theo Vaughn. Number three
is the Tucker Carlson Show. And if I were to
go down, down, down, down down, eventually you're going to
get to the Mark Levin Show, way way down there
and way way further down you get to mind, way
way down there. On the audio podcast, we do a

lot better, so does Mark. So No, Tucker's not fighting
for his career, and he didn't ask to be platforms.
He invited Mark to go debate these things. And for
people who want support for the country of Israel, you
had better understand something lying to us ain't gonna get there.

So coming out and saying Charlie Kirk never questioned Israel
is not true. He in fact said Gaza looks like genocide.
He in fact said in a text, I have no
choice but to withdraw my support from Israel because they
were pressuring him to say things he didn't believe. So

these speech rules, you can't question Israel. So this is
Tucker Carlson talking about and he's with Megan Kelly and
she asked him about Ben.

Let's talk just for one minute about Ben Shapiro, because
he too is under threat. I know you both very well,
and I also really care about Ben, and he's you
cannot see Ben without six armed guards. He said on
the Daily Wire not long ago, and I think it
was a great line. He said, if they kill Matt Walsh,
god forbid. Everybody will know who did it, some crazed leftists.
He said, if they kill me, it'll be like an

Agatha Christie novel, like a mystery, or they won't know it.

Far left, like he's got a lot of haters. And
so there was this one brief shining moment after Charlie died,
where you guys kind of buried the hatchet and.

I called him and Mark Levin, who I know, Well,
he's obviously a lunatic, but he's a person, and I
didn't want to fight. Well, yeah, obviously is but I

or two days after Charlie was killed for my backyard,
because I was really thinking about it and praying about it,
and I was like, we agree on a lot, a

lot actually, and I'm not that interested in the topic
of Israel. So glad never to hear the name again.
I mean, I would be so blad, I would never
mention it again.

Let's just so that has to be very offensive to
people who are bordering on Israel. First, like, wait, you
don't care, I don't know that Tucker means that maybe does.
I could see why they'd be offensive, but then he
goes further into this relationship thing, and I want to
get to why I believe there's a comparison here to
the generistics pipelark, not.

For more forever wars. Let's just stop that pressure and
I'll never mention it again. I'll never think about it again.
You obviously care about it much more than do. That's fine,
but take that off the table and we agree on
a lot. So let's, you know, not attack each other.
And they didn't abide by those terms, but that's fine.

net Yahoo and what Bibe's going through and what he

timing of October seventh. I have tons of questions about

you don't ask questions. There's no such thing as just
asking questions. Here's a question. Did Bibi net Yahoo give
a standown order on October seventh? I don't know. I

know that his border guards, young women hired to watch
the border, saw people attempting to breach the border and
taking dry runs at it, reported it and nothing was done.
I know the Swedes. Swedish government said, hey, by the way,
there's a big attack coming. So did the Egyptian government.

The Egyptian government said, hey, by the way, Bibi, there's
a big attack coming. And apparently this stuff was ignored.
Now I know, and you know that sometimes governments let
things happen so they can have a reason to move forward.

You don't think there was to stand on order on that.

And what have we learned about the pipe barmber or
the alleged pipe Barmber ninety five percent sure, the same person.
We've learned that she would be the exact person that

the government would say, do not ask questions about this.
Let's not go in and ask questions because if we
ask questions, we're going to get answers. It would be
the same person they'd want to ignore. So what did
we have post Chan six You don't question the insurrection narrative?
Are you on the side of insurrections? When we started

to come out and said, wait, actually no cops were killed. Wait,
are you in the side of cops being killed? You
don't question this committee. We're seeing the same behavior. You
don't question the government of Israel. You don't think God.
You don't think God sometimes turned his back on the

governor Israel. He obviously has reach your Bible. So I
want to dig further into this comparison Ben Shapiro's speech
Code rules in the January sixth Bomber, because there's a
lot to dig into here. There is a movie that
digs into a topic that should be very very close

to our hearts, and this is how long will we
have religious freedom in the United States? How long will
this last? Let's look at some things that are happening
right now livetime. The EU is going to ban cash.
They're setting this up with the digital ID. They've got
a central bank digital currency coming. It's a programmable currency.

tell you on what you can spend it, with whom
and in what amounts, So you may be able to
wake up one day and you might find that you, hey, yep,
you've reached your allotment of beef, so no more. Sorry,

Now there's this Bible you could buy because it's blessed
by the EU. And we see this going on in
Canada where they want to be able to prosecute pastors
for preaching from the Bible. They want to be able
to go through and do line item vetos over God's word. Yeah,
we just you know, we're more comfortable if you don't

say anything about same sex marriage or fornication or adultery.
We're more comfortable if you don't say anything about there's
only one way to God and that whole I am
the Way, the truth and the life, and no one
comes to the Father but through me. We're going to
need you to strike that because that's hateful. It's hate

these border guards saw that there were all these test
runs going on right around the little villages that were

attacked during October seventh, and it was repeated, and Egypt
and Swedish and the Swedish litters came along and said, hey,
there's going to be a big attack coming. Why didn't
they lock down? Further, I mean, Israel has the resources,
so why didn't they? Why is there no investigation on this?

Those are some questions I should be allowed to ask.
None of that makes me anti Semitic, in fact, just
the opposite. A failure to protect the Jewish community there
makes me a friend of the Jewish people, of which
you're saying that there could be corruption in the Jewish government.
Not possible. So Ben Shapiro Ron Philipowsky asked us too,
said this observation about Ben and Tucker. He said, Tucker

Carlson says he despises Ben Shapiro because he's worried about
his four kids getting drafted to fight overseas. And Sharpiro
responded to this. This is back in twenty twenty four,
Tucker simply lying about my positions. I've been calling for
a negotiated end of the Ukraine War, freezing the lines
of conflict since early on in the war. I've never
called for American boots on the ground in Ukraine. Ever.
I've never called for American boots to defend Israel.

I've invited Tucker to sit down multiple times over the
past few weeks to clear the air and discusser differences.
He said he's willing, but his team told us he's
busy for months because of all his foreign travel. That
offer remains open. Oh so maybe Ben Shapiro would respond
to an offer to go debate Tucker on the stage
at TPUSA. I don't understand that Tucker's extended an issue,

but woods in that case, would Tucker be allowed to
question the country of Israel. Israel did this step a
few weeks ago where they pretended that Erica Kirk was
going to go accept an award on behalf of her
now deceased husband, an American media award. They put out
a tweet. The Jerusalem Post wrote about it. Some Jerusalem

media companies distributed it. I saw it and said, that's bizarre.
And then Tposa very quickly came along and said, now
this way, don't know anything about this. Erica Kirk has
no plans to accept this, and then this story just
went away. This is at the same time as Newsmax

is continuing to issue They just did it again, another
huge ad campaign for an article once again explaining that
Charlie Kirk never questioned Israel. It doesn't work this way
for Ben Shapiro to join a course of people saying
do not question Israel, that's out of bounds. What Ben

should be saying is ask all the questions you want,
because we've got all the answers. Israel is doing what
it must. There's no corruption, there's no hatreds. And yet
go back to his tweets, maybe he's changed his opinion.
That's a hatefield tweet my mind, that is bigotry in
