Speaker 1 (00:00):
Like the combination of, you know, some really good moments
and some vulnerable moments which you're always see at this
time of year. I think you get what you wanted
out of to day initially when you're thinking it, probably
would have wanted a bit more, actually, but blues are
a good side. I guess it was. The score was
a reflection of probably where the game was at mine now,

(00:22):
I guess would be one of the things good. What
can't say at is possibly, Yeah. The good thing is
we had plenty of players and fresh air, and we're
just a little bit anxious in our throw and I
think that'll be rectified pretty quickly, said order and fine brows.
What was the goal with a shoulder? Yeah, both of
them are shoulders. Ones are a wee bit more significant
than another. But it's early days and we'll wait and see.

(00:43):
We didn't want to overplay some of our guys that
are coming into the game, given it was five times
to three and they scored two while the yellow card
was off. Still not a bad showing. Oh yeah, no,
it wasn't cheap as we're not down about the fixture
at all. So many positives, so yeah, but we know
we need to get better. We ended up in the
second half significant amount of time in our own half.

(01:05):
You know, we weren't able to manage the game as
well as we were liked. We were a bit particularly,
as you said, lineouts were a bit scratchy, and then
we conceded too many turnovers and loose areas, too many penalties,
you know, back to back ones which cost us massive meters.
So all those bits and pieces that are that are
not they're not catastrophic in their own right, but the

(01:27):
things that we need to get right over the next
ten days. Yep, my brother in law played here. I
used to come out here as a kid and watch
him play, and so you know, I'm a massive Don
Hayes disciple and that was his club. So very honored
to be here. Finally, it's good to see you than
get through a game unscathed. Yeah, very good. He's had.
You know, he's had a reasonable preseason, given that he

(01:49):
didn't go on the Northern Tour, and maybe, you know,
maybe there's some uh, you know, a little whisper in that,
if you like, with the fact that he's had a
substantial preseason, he's been able to build up quietly. Let's
hope that he and I'm sure he's going to hit
the ground running and be a really valuable consistent member

(02:10):
from now on through is he certainly put some big
hits in. Yeah, he's a magic guy and he's so committed.
Don't we love him? You know, it's a fabulous man.
