Do you sometimes secretly feel restless, and uncomfortable even if life is going great?
No matter how good your career or business has been doing, your relationships are going, how big your bank account is getting..
You’ve still got that voice in your head telling you that you’re not good enough, you’re not doing enough. Or you don't deserve to be in a good place, or life has just become a bit “MEH”.
And the moment when things go wrong, we become passive. Defeatist. We choose to not do anything about it. We let life sh*t on us.
We go on benders with alcohol, food, drugs, and slump into a deep depression. Anything to keep us company in our misery.
We let everyone down, but we don’t care. We let ourselves down, and we still don’t care.
We cease to take on the challenge, and miss on an opportunity that would make us into the best version of ourselves.
If you find yourself questioning your worth, you’re not alone in this battle.
Hit on that play button because I’m going to let you in on how you can avoid self-destructive behavior, so you can fight whatever curveball life throws your way, and always come out the winner.
I’ll see you in there, legends.
Cheers.
