Estamos a falar de um novo aeroporto internacional na área da Grande Lisboa; de pelo menos três novas linhas de alta velocidade ferroviária: Lisboa-Porto, Porto-Vigo e Lisboa-Elvas com ligação ao novo aeroporto e com seguimento para Madrid; também uma nova travessia do Tejo em Lisboa, entre Chelas e o Barreiro, que poderá ser ferroviária e rodoviária; e ainda um túnel rodoviário entre Algés e a Trafaria.
