Simon Lim puts the spotlight on Kong Chek Yong, a guy who has travelled to more than 200 countries and territories, including Syria, Yemen and Antarctica. Chek Yong is a self-taught photographer who has documented some of his travels in a photography book titled "Bearing Witness - A Photobook On Human Stories Worldwide."
