You using all cheap ingredients. You ain't even getting a
good style.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
To Thanksgiving dinner with a new dish, string bean castle roll,
don't belong there.
Speaker 2 (01:43):
That's not the time to try nothing out.
Speaker 1 (01:44):
I don't like one time, my aunt. Yeah, I'm talking
to you. Oh okay, she made potato salad. We didn't
need potato saladay Thanksgiving. That's not that's cookout food. But
that's fine, Okay. You wanted to bring that, decided that
she was gonna use the mayo, the cheapest kind they had,
not only that, and then rent shot the jar with
water so it was souper potato silad, ma'am, excuse me.
(02:10):
She was trying to get all.
Speaker 2 (02:11):
The once again.
Speaker 1 (02:14):
Don't you come over here doing new stuff that you
don't usually do for Thanksgiving.
Speaker 2 (02:19):
We don't want that.
Speaker 1 (02:20):
You know what I and I'm gonna take it a
step further. Just bring utensils. We always need napkins, okay,
Come play a root beer, coke, spry ginger red, anything
does the body good. Okay, And that's medicine in the
black community, holistic even so, just just be mindful this
holiday season.
Speaker 2 (02:39):
We don't want to hurt nobody's feelings.
Speaker 1 (02:41):
We all here to give thanks and you know, and
and and spend time with family.
Speaker 2 (02:44):
That's a good time. That's it.
Speaker 1 (02:45):
We're not here to dunk you over the back path
balcony and you outside getting.
Speaker 2 (02:51):
Flustered with your with your cousins and them.
Speaker 1 (02:54):
Right now, it's a holiday for a reason, okay, and
let's all enjoy it and do our best to say,
you know, in our life.
Speaker 2 (03:00):
Now, with that being said, we can't just end it
on that kind of note. You know, you gotta ask me, though, girl,
what happened? I'm glad you asked. Friend.
Speaker 1 (03:10):
Now is the perfect time for me to share with
you what I'm thankful for this holiday season?
Speaker 2 (03:14):
Oh, what is it.
Speaker 1 (03:18):
First of all, let me be clear. I'm thankful for life,
very much, thankful for life. I'm thankful for blessings. I'm
thankful that I'm in a position to be able to
care for myself. And even though stuff is crazy. You know,
it's been crazy with the government shut down and all
of that stuff, God never took his hands off me.
I never missed a meal, I never missed a bill,
(03:39):
you know, things just everything's just run though everything ran
smoothie and the black things say, I'm thankful for that
because it's scary and unsture for a lot of people. Yeah,
And as always, I'm thankful for our friendship absolutely so.
I'm glad that this podcast was put together and I
was able to meet you, and I feel like I truly.
Speaker 2 (03:57):
Do have a friend for life. Oh I love that. Okay, now,
now what are you thankful?
Speaker 1 (04:03):
I'm really thankful for supporters, And I don't think y'all
know how much y'all contribute to absolutely our life.
Speaker 2 (04:11):
Like and to.
Speaker 1 (04:12):
Pick it back when you said, God never let up
on us, even in the midst of everything going on
with the economy and stuff like that. But I'm just
thankful that even in y'all. Hard times, y'all can find
relief through us and still be super supportive even when
you ain't feeling your best, like you still show up,
leave a comment, subscribe, like all of that good stuff
and make your even some of y'all really make y'all
presence known to know how much we really have transformed
(04:35):
your life or even just help you through dark times.
Speaker 2 (04:37):
And I'm very thankful for.
Speaker 1 (04:38):
All of the supporters out there, even the ones who
just support us independently or together the podcast. I mean,
all of the things that we're doing, people still show
up for us in spite of what they're dealing with.
And I'm super thankful for that because a lot of
people want to have influence but are not influential, and
so it is a blessing to be able to do
that to this magnitude with my bestie for the rest
(05:01):
see Okay, yes, yes, And I'm thankful for my mama.
Speaker 2 (05:06):
Dear Mama, you are appreciated, you know what I'm saying.
And I feel good putting money in your mailbox.
Speaker 1 (05:13):
And even as a crack fiend, Mama, you always was
a black queen.
Speaker 2 (05:18):
Mama. Okay for my woman, her names.
Speaker 1 (05:21):
All right, Okay, okay, went all into another different Sorry,
my mother wasn't a crack fiend.
Speaker 2 (05:26):
I'm sorry.
Speaker 1 (05:26):
I wanted to sing that part, but I just have
to say that I didn't resonate with that part of
the song.
Speaker 2 (05:30):
That's just now. I would always be doing so much.
Speaker 1 (05:33):
Remember when young Joe was like, no, no, them about to
stay with my mom.
Speaker 2 (05:36):
But a bunch of junkies.
Speaker 1 (05:37):
Yeah, we're extra that nobody. You just volunteered. You were
having in business out there. We have a history in
our culture of telling our mother's business. I see why
they be so angry. I just do I see what
because I didn't nobody needed. I was done in the personal.
Look like that lady was doing crack on her own,
I'm saying, by herself and he hers making a song.
Speaker 2 (05:54):
Letting it go play nerve for you, because it went
planning in my house alone.
Speaker 1 (05:59):
Okay, we had need three million streets my crib something
like that. Poor Crackpcene. But shout out to Mond Duke,
shout out to mind Due. Yeah, everybody, mother's everywhere, parents everywhere,
people who give selflessly and sacrifice for their children. And
shout out to y'all because that's something to truly be
thankful for this home that season.
Speaker 2 (06:19):
Now friends, you know, speaking of what I don't even
want to say, is it speaking of crack scenes?
Speaker 1 (06:36):
The vote came out with an article that said, is
having a boyfriend embarrassing?
Speaker 2 (06:42):
And you know what, voke, I'm gonna I'm gonna.
Speaker 1 (06:50):
Have to agree, like full stop. I have to agree
full stop?
Speaker 2 (06:56):
What do they say? I need?
Speaker 1 (06:58):
The article in Vogue Mac said that having a boyfriend
is straight up embarrassing. They said, once you see people
flaunt their relationships on social media, now there's very little sewn.
Speaker 2 (07:08):
You get a picture, you may get.
Speaker 1 (07:09):
A handhold, and you may get a blurred or a
covered face, Like what is y'all doing?
Speaker 2 (07:13):
It? Is y' all embarrassed to be in a relationship?
Speaker 1 (07:16):
And I'm gonna go ahead and say yes, because you
have to think a lot of people, a lot of
people that I see happy in their relationships, They're not
flaunting it all over social media. And I'm not saying
that the reverse can't be true, that people that are,
you know, flaunting it everywhere aren't also genuinely happy. I
just think that people that are genuinely happy are busy
(07:37):
being genuinely happy.
Speaker 2 (07:39):
Friend I have to say the last dude I post,
I ain't ever seen you post.
Speaker 1 (07:45):
Nobody girl, the last and that's why the last one
that I posted, maybe they rolled him until the wills
fell off. Okay, girl, ripped all the dreads out, wrote
him so bad he didn't have no that's time I
seen me had a haircut child.
Speaker 2 (08:00):
That's why they hiding him.
Speaker 1 (08:00):
You got to blur the face out, only show ahead
because the minute they get away of that man treating
you good, you know what they do, go stalk him
and find them and just tear it apart, just tear
it right on the pot.
Speaker 2 (08:10):
I never do it again. I can't do it.
Speaker 1 (08:12):
I'm just I need to be with somebody who is substantial.
The last one and only time I was out with
a dude on social media.
Speaker 2 (08:22):
Oh, that Nigga was so embarrassing.
Speaker 1 (08:24):
That Nigga wasn't embarrassing in person, that Nigga was embarrassing online,
that Nigga was here, there, everywhere, That Nigga was an embarrassment.
Oh my god, I mean this from the bottom of
my heart. Embarrassment.
Speaker 2 (08:34):
You ever have a lapse of judgment, You wake up
one day and you're like, why the hell was I
tolerating that?
Speaker 1 (08:40):
Literally, you wake up and be like, why was I
talking to that? And they're not your type, they don't
have like it's just nothing. I don't know what happened,
Like where was I at?
Speaker 2 (08:50):
You know what?
Speaker 1 (08:50):
I think it was a direct Uh, it was a
direct reflection of how I felt about myself at the time.
I have to be honest say that I didn't think
I was worth more than that at the time. So
when I go back and I look at that, I'm like, oh, girl,
you was tripping. Yeah because that Please don't forget you
are always always been.
Speaker 2 (09:08):
Hello period, Let's be for real. And I have to
agree with that.
Speaker 1 (09:11):
Like we project sometimes and we attract what it is
that we feel about ourselves.
Speaker 2 (09:15):
Do you know who e Kan is? E Ka And yeah,
like she's on social media. No, she's kind of wild.
Speaker 1 (09:22):
She's a wild card, but she's she's really big on
TikTok and stuff like that. But she is somebody who
is in the most toxic and abusive relationship that I
have ever seen in my life.
Speaker 2 (09:32):
Yeah, she's kind of wild. She's pregnant by this man.
Speaker 1 (09:34):
This is their third child, and I she she's making
so much money. She's doing so much in her life,
but she's with somebody who treats her so bad, and
so she got into it with this other content creator
and she told her, you keep laying down with that
man because he is an exact reflection of who you
see in the Mara every day. He treats you like that,
because that's how you think you deserve to be treated.
Speaker 2 (09:54):
And girl, that was a word.
Speaker 1 (09:56):
I said, Oh, she read her for PILP, because that
is true. A lot of times we are looking at our
partners like I want them to change.
Speaker 2 (10:03):
I want them to be like this, I want them
to be like that.
Speaker 1 (10:05):
But you gotta work on the inside because once you
start exuding something completely different, you won't even be they
type no more because they too are attracted to that
low vibration as well. So once you start elevating your
vibrations like they will realize, oh I can't.
Speaker 2 (10:19):
And they like you because they know you ain't going
to talk about this.
Speaker 1 (10:23):
We have talked about this, Glorilla said it best. Never
thought I would be using the gloria. But these ain't
got no type.
Speaker 2 (10:33):
They want a stupid Okay, that was the word, Tasha, Matt.
That's what she's because why does she eat that Halloween
like that? Like I said, I said, principal greer.
Speaker 1 (10:46):
Piggy, I said, I ain't that blind hair?
Speaker 2 (10:51):
I said, baby you, this is why I'm going on
forever your fan. You win that up. Don't do no
more costumes? Did that because Umbrella Wendy Raquel Robinson dresses
Glorilla that ate down.
Speaker 1 (11:04):
Yes, yeah, you can answer that and it's like that
that was fire, But Gloriala said it best.
Speaker 2 (11:10):
You know, some some men just they want anybody who's
gonna let them run over the abs.
Speaker 1 (11:15):
I had to understand that I was dealing with somebody
who saw something in me that made him think he
could just treat me like that. Never again. I figure,
I've been in the same boat. I think many times before.
We have all been with somebody who's embarrassing, and I think,
not even sometimes it's not even the way that they
treat us.
Speaker 2 (11:33):
It might be the way that they look. It might.
Speaker 1 (11:35):
I was about to say a lot of minds with
me being shalloh somebody cute?
Speaker 2 (11:39):
I'm like, oh you doughq dough like that.
Speaker 1 (11:42):
Just I had to get out of that, but not
too far, because he can't be he can't be like however,
I say down to the sun.
Speaker 2 (11:51):
I don't want that. No, it's I mean we as women,
we do that, We try to.
Speaker 1 (11:55):
We we say, oh, he's great in all these areas
and the rest, oh he just makes up yeah, And
the whole time it don't. And one thing I learned,
like I I've dated men in a shallow way, and
then I've dated me in because they were nice to me,
they were kind, they were generous, They I could depend
on them. And one thing that I'm learning about myself
is that. And I don't know why I haven't done it,
(12:17):
sown her because I need this everywhere else in my life.
Speaker 2 (12:20):
Balance.
Speaker 1 (12:21):
Yeah, everything else in my life is balanced. Why would
my dating not also be balanced? So I do need
you to treat me with respect.
Speaker 2 (12:29):
I do need you to love me.
Speaker 1 (12:30):
And be supportive and all these things. And when I
look at you, I need to want to jump over
and knock I'm over. I'm telling you, you doubt I'm trying.
Every time I see my Husband'll need to feel that
(12:50):
in my bones. Like girl, you gotta think y'all get
into an argument and you got to sit up in
there and look at them that's why you and we
mad on top of the your mother. Okay, I'm sorry
that was too far.
Speaker 2 (13:03):
He ain't said none of that was a nice late.
I'm sorry.
Speaker 1 (13:07):
I'm sorry, But also because now you know, now I
got to say, you got your mama helps you.
Speaker 2 (13:11):
Know, And I don't want to like that. I don't
want to be like that. I'm trying to do better,
so I get it.
Speaker 1 (13:17):
I'm learning about myself. I just got to be realistic.
I do need somebody. They like a bad bitch serok yes,
and then too like we are pretty, we're pretty. I
need somebody at least on my level of pri You
ain't got to be no team, but you gotta.
Speaker 2 (13:30):
You gotta be a strong seven point five.
Speaker 1 (13:32):
Yees something like you mean something. Yeah, I can't do.
I can't do ugly and I do. I can't do.
Speaker 2 (13:39):
I tried to. It don't work. I did too. I
tried it.
Speaker 1 (13:41):
They got up. They was nice, they always be nice. Yeah,
but we talked about this before we do. Y'all ask
us why do not scouts finish last? I say, y'all
don't finish last. Y'all just ugly, y'all just ugly, And
you just got to find somebody who don't mind that
you ugly and I'm being I'm being.
Speaker 2 (13:56):
Honest with you. People don't want to tell you all this.
Speaker 1 (13:58):
People don't, but but a certain age, you know how
handsome you are, you know how pretty you are.
Speaker 2 (14:03):
It's the reason why I don't approach. I won't. I
would never approach certain types of men. They're out of
my league. People don't want to say that. They don't
want to that. Oh no, don't talking about about I
screlled up, Maam.
Speaker 1 (14:15):
Tyreese Gibson is not checking for me, Liudle Chris is
not checking for me.
Speaker 2 (14:19):
Okay, it's just ever not checking from Yeah, that's how
I feel about the type of men that I attract
as far as where they rank. You know.
Speaker 1 (14:27):
So I'm not delusional in that. But I think I
might be a little delusion. Girl, I'm not even because.
Speaker 2 (14:33):
I just haven't been put on your radar. Let me
send some of these videos that he just ain't seen
that man married. Sorry, just I didn't know that. Now
when lady, I didn't know, Lady, it come off. It's
not gonna hurt time. And you already knew that bad.
Speaker 1 (14:51):
I didn't mean to interrupt I'm just saying, he just
they haven't seen me yet, so I need to send
some videos to I think i'd be I think i'd
be delusional in other ways and until this.
Speaker 2 (15:00):
And it's not that either.
Speaker 1 (15:01):
One of us is male centered, but I think too
like dcentering man was the greatest thing for me.
Speaker 2 (15:06):
And I hate to be the one to.
Speaker 1 (15:08):
Be like, oh, you just trash niggasse all the time.
It's not that I really do not care. No, more
like I have got to the point where you are
going to think whatever you think about me.
Speaker 2 (15:16):
Yeah, and you can go to hell, like you can.
Speaker 1 (15:19):
Go because I'm at the age where it just don't
even matter, not like I got to be happy with
what I'm dealing with. Yeah, So if you, okay, you
think I'm ugly, so be it. Okay, you don't think
I'm funny, that's fine. That has nothing to do with
the millions of people that do. Yeah, And that just
don't have nothing to do with me as a person,
Like you don't know me at all, so what difference.
(15:39):
So I'm talking about this, you don't know me in
person in real life at all. So what you're saying
is based on what a fifteen thirty second clip. So
you got all of that the problem you took out
of context to be honest, and you know what that
lets me know that you have too much time on
your hands. You need to go do something else with
your time. You took all of that from a fifteen.
Speaker 2 (15:57):
Minute Yeah, please go find something to do. You're too bad.
I know what they can do, but go straight to it.
I mean, don't even slow up at the yelling. Yeah,
please right through it.
Speaker 1 (16:07):
You stop caring after a while, because it's like the
only person I'm here to please is myself.
Speaker 2 (16:12):
That's it, And if you happen to love it, then
that's great. But I'm not.
Speaker 1 (16:16):
Doing it specifically for you or to attract men as
a whole.
Speaker 2 (16:20):
Like absolutely, now.
Speaker 1 (16:21):
Yeah, I agree. It's just the thing you got to
grow up and understand. You know, you're doing this thing
called life, and you came in by yourself. You don't
leave by yourself as so it's nothing wrong with foster
and relationships and hoping that people like it.
Speaker 2 (16:34):
I like that people like my content.
Speaker 1 (16:36):
Yeah, I like that people find me attractive or think
I'm friendly, or think I'm great to be around.
Speaker 2 (16:41):
I like that.
Speaker 1 (16:42):
But if they didn't I'm not gonna change who I
am to a you know, that's kind of crazy. Are
they gonna make money for me now that I'm trying
to be them? They making the money for me because
I'm trying to be who they want me to be.
I don't got the time order energy.
Speaker 2 (16:55):
Yeah it's kerfluffle.
Speaker 1 (16:56):
Yeah I don't know that, man, but it just seemed
like it just seemed like the best said way, because
now we've got to talk about people who really can't sing.
For real, this is a little girl talk. I want
to just kind of deviate fro. I better not get
upset even don't piss me, old girl.
Speaker 2 (17:15):
These folks been a well. I mean, I don't know,
but I think I'm gonna be mad at myself. Don't
be mad at your self, friend.
Speaker 1 (17:22):
Okay, So this came about because we've been having people
talk about this in the recent weeks, about people who
can and cannot sing. This came about because, of course,
resident toxic red Flag Cam Newton asked he asks Mario
with the Nostrils on his podcast who could and couldn't sing? Now,
I don't even know why. Honestly, this was a question
(17:43):
that he posted this man because that has nothing to
do with mario an impact.
Speaker 2 (17:47):
On the music. But where is the pr?
Speaker 1 (17:49):
Because why would you answer that to where is your pr?
I think people get put on the spot and they
don't be knowing how to say. No, say I'm answering that.
I mean, yes, I got you all know how I say, Yeah,
you set me up. I ain't answering that, and then
make a.
Speaker 2 (18:04):
Joke about it.
Speaker 1 (18:04):
Cash, I dismiss it. I think that that's more than fair.
But since he didn't, we got to talk about it.
Speaker 2 (18:08):
Oh my god, what did he say? Do you say?
Who do you?
Speaker 1 (18:11):
I don't know who he's I wanted to say, and
I really know what I just seen something with on Marion.
Speaker 2 (18:15):
I think he said on Marion he did? He said
on Marion.
Speaker 1 (18:20):
Touch that man danced behind that girl all the way
to her car.
Speaker 2 (18:27):
I would have caught security. I'm about to touch your ass.
Don't put me.
Speaker 1 (18:33):
Yeah, that's crazy, I mean, who do you like? Let's
do top male and female artists?
Speaker 2 (18:39):
Alright, let me just do just regular not male. Let's
say it on three one no three ciert.
Speaker 1 (18:52):
Not the same not the same word in different part. Okay,
now you have to justify why you say Sierra, and
when I was younger, I like the voice. Now that
I'm older, it is very irritating to me. I like,
I used to really enjoy that, and it's like I
just want you to speak up.
Speaker 2 (19:09):
But that's the only thing.
Speaker 1 (19:11):
It just don't have enough, like I think I like
more so She's just not just jazz miss Sullivan.
Speaker 2 (19:16):
I like soulful.
Speaker 1 (19:18):
Yeah, yes, I like yes, yes, yes, I like a
Whitney Houston, you know, like Dad y'all like sis or No.
Speaker 2 (19:26):
I love them, but they still have something different than Sierra.
Because I do love Scissor and I do love Jane Goo.
Speaker 1 (19:31):
I just don't know what it is about that super
soft voice and it doesn't switch up like it's just
I don't know. I think it's just too soft for me.
I don't really like it. But I love Sierra as
a person. Yeah, I feel like that about it.
Speaker 2 (19:44):
I don't know her. I love know if I like
her as a person, I mean you just I mean
so much. You like cool? She seems cool.
Speaker 1 (19:51):
That's what you as far as I Okay, I like
I like the persona of her and Wrestle, We're gonna
keep digging.
Speaker 2 (19:59):
Yeah, I like the son of them. I don't know
her to know.
Speaker 1 (20:02):
Her as a person, I don't. Well, I'm gonna tell
you what I think. Yeah, keeps the code good. I
think that a lot of times she sings out her range,
and it's frustrating to me because you could just lower
the key, you know, Like, yeah, I had weeks to
lower the key.
Speaker 2 (20:18):
Yeah, and she'll still be fighting through them songs. You still.
Speaker 1 (20:24):
It was about when it first came out, you know,
and we still sing it to this day. But when
you see it performed live.
Speaker 2 (20:30):
It's hard to see, and I like, it's hard. I'm
speaking from personal experience.
Speaker 1 (20:34):
I'm a singer and I have had to perform, so
I've been on stage before where somebody played the wrong
track to sing out of kid. It's not comble, it's
not comfortable, So like, just don't do it. I feel that,
I feel that I don't do it. I feel that
now I love the persona of her. Yeah, I don't
know that young lady as a person. Oh, but I
(20:54):
know I will never forgive her for putting her crackhead
on my mom TV. Ever, I don't think that was
a good idea because Frankie did not deserve that, Like
Frankie ain't deserve that to be exploited like that, man like.
Speaker 2 (21:03):
And that's what it was. It was exports, absolutely, that
is finest.
Speaker 1 (21:06):
But Jim Jones did the same thing with his mama, honey,
and she spelled all them T shirts wrong.
Speaker 2 (21:11):
I said, look, that was terrible, jem the moms.
Speaker 1 (21:17):
You know what, there's a there's a theme because scrappy mom.
Speaker 2 (21:23):
It was a lot going on.
Speaker 1 (21:24):
It's always a lot going on, the black China mom.
Because that one. I have to say, Tony takes the
cake for somebody. I really, genuinely, I'll take Frankie. I'll
take Jim Jones mother over Tony. Yeah, Tony is a
lot for me.
Speaker 2 (21:41):
You know what I'm saying. She still got that stripper
on her. You know what I'm saying. Yeah, it's still
a little residue on her. Yeah, Like I just and
she always.
Speaker 1 (21:50):
Going on there bas bashing China like I And she
got dream scared because somebody here age dream basically like
her daughter, you know which grandma you know something about that.
And she kind of looked back in China like can
I like she was scared to even say that she
preferred Chris.
Speaker 2 (22:08):
Why would she be scared. She just was like should I.
Speaker 1 (22:10):
And was like, go ahead, go say what you got
to say. I don't know, but she was scared to
say Tony name. She did not want to say that
she had a favorite. I guess as a kid, you
don't really want to say you got a favorite kind
of thing. But girl, is she dream just her nine?
I think yeah, So I think she was like, I
don't know if I. Shanna was like saying, what you
got to say? Don't be scared?
Speaker 2 (22:30):
Tell them. I don't even know nothing about these people.
Speaker 1 (22:32):
I try. I try to disconnect from certain celebrities. Not
there's obviously no beef. I don't know these people in person.
Speaker 2 (22:38):
Yeah, but it'd be too much like stuff like that.
What is y'all even doing?
Speaker 1 (22:41):
Yeah, but I can't understand why she let her own
live but she was right there with her. Yeah, it
was kind of interesting, but she was monitoring it. Though
she was monitoring it. But I just like these grown
people on this thank you. That's my whole thing. These
grown people on this live asking her and girl, they
was asking her about Tiger.
Speaker 2 (22:56):
They was asked and I'm like, why are you asking
a nine year old about that? Was just weird. But yeah,
that's the way too much.
Speaker 1 (23:03):
I check out when I see stuff like that, And
I think there's a lot of weirdness happening in general,
because why are the scams through the roof? Why are
the scams just completely out of hand? I think that
right now we are seeing a rise around the holidays
of people cracking cards, you know, fake plates on the.
Speaker 2 (23:26):
Card reader at the gas station.
Speaker 1 (23:29):
They're doing these phone scams now where they call older
people and tell them, oh, I need to there's a
transaction trying to come out of your account and you
need to call you need to verify all your information. Oh,
set up and give first last name, social things that
can be used to basically hack their account and then
steal their money. And so you got to think people
(23:50):
are relying on social Security or Medicaid here all these
other things, Like what kind of person are you to
do something like this during the holiday specifically just to
pray on people are desperate.
Speaker 2 (24:01):
Or who just you know, it's evil.
Speaker 1 (24:03):
Yeah, I mean it take a special person to do
something like that and target the most vulnerable population like that.
Speaker 2 (24:11):
But it happens every year. Yeah, it's so sad. It
happens every year.
Speaker 1 (24:14):
I try to keep my mother up on it though,
because one time she did end up like getting scammed
by something with her computer and the person's like, yeah,
let me just she called a number to try to
get her computer fixed, and they have remote access and
try to you know, get into her bank account.
Speaker 2 (24:29):
So that is the thing.
Speaker 1 (24:30):
And for content creators, I don't know if y'all know this,
but there is an email going around basically asking you
to metaverify for a blue chat.
Speaker 2 (24:37):
I've seen that. Do not do that.
Speaker 1 (24:39):
They're going to ask you to do something extremely weird.
They trying to get all your information. So be careful
with that email because that's not how that works. Even
if it is coming from an actual Facebook like account.
They obviously have had their system for those emails absolutely,
So do not click on that. Don't click on no links, no,
none of that stuff. You still gotta be careful because
tis the season.
Speaker 2 (24:58):
Girl.
Speaker 1 (24:58):
Okay, everybody trying to get money, everybody trying to get
a dollar, just protect yours.
Speaker 2 (25:03):
I mean, just go bus tables to Uber East Story.
Speaker 1 (25:07):
But poo, this would be people overseas. This don't even
be people from here. Well, I mean those people are
just sinister right, and I mean dubious if you will.
I think it's it's just one of those things that
we have kind of let run a little rampant, because
you know, people we say that people overseas me scamming,
(25:28):
and then people like Marco Zuckerberg will pay a bunch
of people in the Philippines to do his business, to
do customer service because when them folk was holding my money,
I never spoke to an American. Wow, never never saw
The first language was are you serious? Which doesn't I
don't care, but I think that that's exploitation, is the
(25:52):
nature of this beast. Okay, Facebook is very exploitative. All
these billionaires with these huge platforms, they pay their workers pennies.
There's a reason why people will go to the they
will contract.
Speaker 2 (26:04):
An assistant in the Philippines.
Speaker 1 (26:06):
I'm telling you, paying five dollars an hour to get
the job done.
Speaker 2 (26:10):
And you know.
Speaker 1 (26:11):
It's not immigrants taking our jobs, it's billionaires exploiting its workers.
Speaker 2 (26:16):
One thousand percent. I just seen something.
Speaker 1 (26:17):
I wish i'd had more context, but basically it was
being a meeting and the guy was asking one of
the billionaires.
Speaker 2 (26:24):
Of course, he was like, you.
Speaker 1 (26:26):
Just got thirty two million dollars and you are paying
these people less than minimum moneys to work for you.
Girl called him completely out eye, which I knew what
this clip was. Girl called him completely out. He was like,
and you only gave them like a forty cent raise
when you got a forty percent raise and was able
to make thirty two million.
Speaker 2 (26:43):
Dollars this year.
Speaker 1 (26:45):
He was like, what do you think about that? He
was like, well, they deserve a right a raise. He
was like, you're absolutely right, they deserve raise. I'll give
them one, but I pray that it's thirty two million dollars.
Speaker 2 (26:54):
What do you mean?
Speaker 1 (26:54):
He was like, I know, you ain't just gonna give
them like a dollar increase or a two dollar increase.
Speaker 2 (26:58):
Hopefully this is a significant increased.
Speaker 1 (27:00):
Go That man was sitting there like he had an
egg on his face, looking crazy because he knew, Hey,
did all the people wrong?
Speaker 2 (27:05):
Just liken't Billy. I was just to that too.
Speaker 1 (27:08):
She just donated like eleven million to There was a
fundraiser or something. She was in the room with lots
of wealthy people and Mark Zuckerberg was in the room,
and she asked, She said, I you know some people
in here make a lot more than me, and I'm
donating eleven million. So if you're a billionaire, why are
you a billionaire?
Speaker 2 (27:25):
Thank you?
Speaker 1 (27:26):
And I just wish I could have been in the
room to hear what was going on after that statement,
because it's so predatory. You know, they just they suck
and drain the American people dry and they hold their money.
You have more money than you can spend in one
hundred lifetimes. And people are dying on the street, not
(27:46):
because they're lazy, not because they don't have ambition, not
because they didn't have dreams, but because there are no resources, yeah,
zero resources the families that they're born into.
Speaker 2 (27:57):
And y'all, I have to say something.
Speaker 1 (28:01):
So the Orange man is deciding that he wants to
give out two thousand dollars checks twenty two two thousand
dollars checks.
Speaker 2 (28:10):
And it's this is how he got in office.
Speaker 1 (28:12):
Let's run it back, stimulus, thank you, Let's run it back.
As see, they're seeing this plan for I'm like, why
don't y'all understand that it's all a scheme that's.
Speaker 2 (28:22):
Said by God. It's a scheme set up by time.
Speaker 1 (28:25):
That's what I'm God have to understand that this man
is keeping you on this hamster wheel.
Speaker 2 (28:30):
Get off. He's going to continue to offer you two
thousand dollars. Is not alive if you look at the
economy and here's the thing.
Speaker 1 (28:36):
He's ruining things so he can come in and say, hey,
I got the solution, thank you, thank you. See now
this is why you need to keep me in office
another year. I know so many idiots that vote for
him because but he got us stimulus and it was
only five hundred dollars at that time, and he got
your vote.
Speaker 2 (28:52):
So I know he's in the clear this time.
Speaker 1 (28:53):
If it only I got the last time, I got
that similar check and I voted against that man, Oh
why three times? Three times against me and took that
similar check and paid my rent. That's what I'm saying, y'all,
so weird, take the money and run what is wrong?
Speaker 2 (29:08):
Like some first girl? I set it off? Taught you nothing,
My god, speaking of girl, you ate that up for Halloweens?
That was so good?
Speaker 1 (29:18):
My gold did had set it off charity where she
basically what she did scary movies too when she was
Regina Hall scene. So a girl ate that UPO my girl,
she's available for acting. She's an acting cothetic drama. She
can do it all, period. But so I think, you know,
the scamming is crazy, but you know it's it's it's
(29:38):
definitely a learned pattern.
Speaker 2 (29:39):
You know this country was built on scam. Yeah, it's
like for sure.
Speaker 1 (29:43):
And all the people in charge running it up literally
their generations are the ones I know where they learned
it from. And it's just continuing the generational curse and
affecting everybody who's a poor or a minority.
Speaker 2 (29:58):
That's the goal.
Speaker 1 (29:59):
So stop impressed over somebody giving you to That just
stresses me out.
Speaker 2 (30:02):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (30:03):
And if you, like you said, if you're making money
for real, you know, two grand is gone before baby.
I can count right now two thousand ways to spend
that girl.
Speaker 2 (30:11):
And my marks. Alright, that's markets alone. It's like, once
I pay the rent, this is one, it's gone.
Speaker 1 (30:17):
So that's yeah, you're selling out for a month of comfortability.
So hopefully people don't do that this season. I look
many blessings to you guys, Absolutely happy things happening this year.
Look eat well, laugh loud, love heartily, and uh.
Speaker 2 (30:34):
You know, just kick it with your people, have a
good time.
Speaker 1 (30:36):
That's all we asked, absolutely, And you know we won't
be here every Thursday. Okay, not necessarily on the Thanksgiving
the episode gonna drop, but we won't be available right
How don't we need even that plate? I'm telling you, Okay, Beans,
green will everything. Okay, I want it, you little lady.
Speaker 2 (30:52):
