Brady Jones, founder of BJRC Recruiting, is a former practicing lawyer now specializing in recruiting legal and compliance professionals. With over eight years of private practice experience, Brady provides valuable insights to clients and candidates alike. Known for his unrivaled service and professionalism, he adopts a consultative approach, dedicating significant time to understanding each client's organization, culture, and talent needs. His legal background enables him to ask the right questions, ensuring only the best candidates are proposed. Brady was called to the Ontario Bar in 2009 and the New York State Bar in 2010, holding memberships with the Ontario Bar Association, Canadian Bar Association, and previously the New York State Bar Association. He spent much of his legal career in mid-sized Bay Street firms. Brady holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Bond University in Queensland, Australia, with exchange programs at East China University of Politics and Law in Shanghai and Leiden University in the Netherlands. Outside of work, he is an avid cyclist, golfer, squash player, hockey player, and, most importantly, a husband and father to two children.
