What to do with old retirement accounts and obsolete portfolio items

Gary Garland of Integrated Wealth Solutions discusses the trillions people leave behind in old retirement accounts and the pros and cons of the different ways to move that money. Gary also stresses the danger of cashing out an old 401(k). Gary also talks about portfolio items that may have once been practical but now are not working as well, such as mutual funds, and also the importance of making routine checks on a financial plan for both returns and risks.
