Today I’m discussing the question: are you listening to your inner self? I talk about my journey of learning to listen to my inner self over the course of my life. How I realized that when things were most challenging in life, it was when I wasn’t truly listening or I was afraid to listen to what my inner self was calling me to know or do.
As part of this I talk about learning to discern what my own inner truth is versus messages from others (that didn’t serve me.) And how my journey of listening to myself more and more required a loss of identity that was scary at times because it felt like a lizard shedding its skin. It felt like a shedding of all I thought and believed that I was. And I discuss how I’ve come to trust that my inner self understands me and what I truly want more than anyone else. And how I can choose to tune into it actively and consciously to guide me. And you can do the same with your inner self.
