Today I'm asking: are we acknowledging and valuing our own selves and our contributions? The things we do and "be" as our own unique selves? Our own unique energy. The person we are right now in this moment. Not what we hope to be. Not what we wish we could be. Simply ourselves as we are in this very present moment. "The us" that makes us ourselves. I talk about how important it is to stop and do this. And how it can help us in so many ways.
