Foreign.
Everywhere.
Pastor Robert Thibodeau here.
Welcome to the RevelationWarning podcast.
We are so blessed that you'rejoining us here today.
Our guest today coming back onis Dr.
(00:49):
Richard ruling.
And I'm excited every time hecomes on.
He's a prophecy expert.
He has insight into scripturesthat, that a lot of people I talk
to just don't have.
And with his insight, we get aclear, I won't say a complete clearer
picture, but the, the, thehaze and the fog starts to dissipate,
(01:11):
I guess you could say, wherewe can start seeing exactly what
he's talking about in scripture.
With that being said, help me.
Welcome back to the program Dr.
Richard ruling.
Doc, thank you for coming backon, sharing with us today.
I appreciate your time.
God bless you, Bob.
Pastor Robert, I'm so thankfulto be with you.
Your enthusiasm and your reachin your ministry, I covet it and
(01:34):
you allow me to share withthose that you've nurtured over the
years.
But here I come as a late comer.
But I got, I think, some goodstuff for today anyway.
Thank you.
Amen.
Amen.
Yeah, because you sent out anarticle and I had to get you on to
talk about this where you saythis could be our last Merry Christmas
and Happy New Year and explainthat for us a little bit.
(01:55):
Well, I want to go back toGrant Jeffrey or Jeffrey Grant, I
can't remember which, which ishis name, but he wrote a book called
the Signature of God.
And the mathematical signatureof God in one of his chapters is
seven, just like God made theworld six days.
And the rest of the seventh, you put one.
If you have seven coins, youput one in the center.
(02:17):
And if they are nickels ordimes, they're all the same size.
Six will fit perfectly aroundone in the center, which is God,
you know, in a sense.
And so seven is a veryinteresting number.
And I'm wanting to share withyou something about seven days, seven
weeks, seven months and sevenyears today.
(02:41):
And I believe that we arelooking right now in, in the.
What can I say?
It's about seven weeks sincethis last weekend that people will
be singing Handel's Messiah.
Okay.
For Christmas time, theChristmas season.
I know of a church that I'mSpecifically targeting right now.
(03:02):
They're gonna on on Saturdayhave handels Messiah on the 21st
of December.
Well, that's seven weeks from, from this past weekend.
And I'm writing to the pastorbecause I believe this is the last
really good Christmas we'regoing to have based on the other
sevens that I haven't told youabout yet.
But the idea is that whenChrist was asked about the end of
(03:25):
the world, he said tounderstand the book of Daniel.
And in Daniel's seventhchapter, there's a conflict between
a ram pushing from the Middleeast, it's really a Muslim ram, and
a goat that is angry and fliesfrom the west to stop the ram.
And it says in verse 20, verse17 says the vision is at the time
(03:45):
of the end.
Verse 20 says the horns on theram are the kings of Media and Persia.
Well, those nations are.
Yeah, and Iraq.
And actually I predicted a warwith Iraq before 911 based on this.
So Iran is next.
And a year ago, just in thispast October 7, Hamas, funded by
(04:08):
Iraq, attacked Israel.
And they.
And what Zechariah says Hamasdid in miniature in a lower degree,
see Zechariah 14:1 says Day ofthe Lord, which is the end time period
of judgment.
Let me just say this.
It's not when he comes in thesky, I don't think, because when
(04:30):
God.
First of all, Joel has morereferences to day of the Lord than
any other book.
But no second coming.
So I don't think it's thesecond coming.
But in Egypt, God said, I willexecute judgment.
This is night of the lord inverses 12 and 42.
Okay, so night of the Lord judgment.
And I believe day of the Lordwill also be judgment for the end
(04:52):
time, like Egypt was manythousands of years ago.
And the point is that when Godexecuted judgment, he took Israel
to a covenant at Sinai thatmade them his kingdom.
He said, if you keep mycovenant, you'll be a kingdom.
And he also said later,Jeremiah 3:14, I'm married to you.
(05:16):
He was regarding the covenantas a marriage.
And today we think of it as acovenant relationship.
Even so the idea is we canmarry Christ if we understand how
to get the covenant.
And I'm believing that what wewere talking about before was Iran.
And Daniel 8, it says in Za,you know, first of all, Iraq was
(05:39):
a bad deal.
We left men and equipment over there.
And we're not wanting war with Iran.
It's a bigger deal.
It said the higher horn cameup last.
But what makes us angry, Adam,it must be their taking of Jerusalem.
Like Hamas did a year ago.
It says in Zechariah 14, 1 and2, day of the Lord comes and nations
(05:59):
will be gathered against Jerusalem.
Houses rifled, women rifle raped.
Half the city goes into captivity.
Well, yeah, and, and, andbecause they are our only best ally
really in the Middle east, wegotta go, we gotta defend them.
And so that will make the goat angry.
Basically, we've, we've movedour embassy to uh, Jerusalem, et
(06:21):
cetera.
So I'm seeing that asimpending for next spring in, uh,
first Samuel, or maybe.
No, it's two Samuel, I believeit is.
Can't remember first orsecond, but it's the 11th chapter
and the second verse.
And in the spring when kingsgo forth to battle, it says, well
(06:42):
that's, that's historic.
You know, Titus came toJerusalem at time of Passover in
the spring.
And I believe that that's whenthe Muslims will attack.
And I believe they willcelebrate their mosque which says,
allah has no son.
The, the, the Quran has thatin it.
And so the son, it's time forhim to speak.
(07:06):
Christ is the, the lion ofJudah in Revelation 5:5.
And so he, the lion will roar.
The Lord will roar.
It says, this is Joel 3:16.
The Lord shall roar from Jerusalem.
The heavens and earth will shake.
So that's one big earthquake.
And we sing about it atChristmas in Handel's Messiah.
(07:26):
In Haggai 2 it says, the Lordwhom you seek.
Let's see, wait a minute.
Once in a little while I'llshake the heavens, the earth, the
sea, the dry land, all nations.
And the desire of all nationsshall come.
That's what it was.
Haggai 2, 6 and 7.
I believe the desire of allnations is Christ's kingdom.
(07:48):
It will be fair, it'll bewonderful, there'll be no war, et
cetera, you know, but it'slinked to the shaking of the heavens
and earth.
And I'm seeing that as a firstof all.
This is related to Passover, which is a seven day.
I talked about seven days.
First of all, Passover is aseven day feast.
(08:10):
And I believe that if weunderstand how those seven days can
be seven days of unleavened bread.
Remember when Israel leftEgypt, they ate unleavened bread
for seven days.
That was the main.
Okay.
And Passover is a time ofunleavened bread.
They were supposed to get ridof the leaven in their houses.
Well, Christ said, beware theleaven of the Pharisees, meaning
(08:33):
their doctrine.
So it's not just about crackers.
It's really about what theleaven represents.
The preachers have a way ofmaking the sermon light.
It's easy to swallow.
You don't even have to chew it.
It just sounds good and so on.
But the, the problem is thatwe've, we've gotten rid of stuff
that takes a little chewing toreally understand it.
(08:54):
And I'm going to make areference to some of it a little
later.
But I just want to say thatthere are seven topics I'm seeing
that are part of our offer to Christ.
When Abraham gave Abimelechseven new lambs for a water well,
he was.
That was the initiative for acovenant for him to have water for
(09:14):
his flocks.
But the active, the proactiveperson had to give 7 of something
like the water well or, youknow, God.
Seven times he promisedAbraham that land over there.
From Genesis 12 to 17.
Seven times I went throughthere and looked at it and walked
through this land.
(09:34):
It's yours, wherever yourfootsteps and so on until chapter
17.
And God gave Israel seven holy days.
Their annual Sabbaths.
The first and last day ofPassover were holy convocations.
The first and last day of thefeast of Tabernacles was holy convocations.
(09:57):
There was Rosh Hashanah,Pentecost, Yom Kippur.
They all added up to seven.
Seven annual Sabbaths.
Well, I'm seeing that thoseare also called in Leviticus 23:44,
appointed times.
Will we keep our appointments?
You know, in other words, whenChrist comes, he will be looking
(10:18):
for those who are looking for him.
God got an ignorant bride atSinai and he sadly, Israel worshiped
a calf.
And we don't want that for Christ.
He deserves an intelligent bride.
So there are topics that havebeen leavened out of most of Christianity,
(10:38):
these appointed times.
But that's how God makes his statement.
And the point is that for thiscoming year, there is a historically
unique time period for Passover.
Let me back up and say thatthat Passover in the Bible was the
(10:59):
first month of spring afterthe equinox.
But when Christ was talkingabout the end of the world, he said,
no man knows the day or hour.
And another place in Matthew25 he says, you don't know the day
or hour.
It really might have been aeuphemism for a.
(11:22):
A different way of saying, youdon't understand.
Okay, it's like no man knowsthe day or hour, but as the days
of Noah or you don't understand.
Yeah, I wanted to get to that part.
Yeah, this part I wanted toget to.
All right.
Good.
Okay.
But when he said in Matthew25:13, you don't know.
(11:42):
But, oh, he said in the KingJames is four, you don't know.
For the kingdom of God is likea man traveling to a far country.
And that travel was also aprovision for Passover a month later.
If they took a long trip, couldn't get back in time, they were
not excused because Passovermeant judgment.
They had to keep it a month later.
(12:03):
And so that's how those whoare believers operated.
And actually, there are aboutfive or six parables like that.
After Christ said, no manknows the day or hour, but as the
days of Noah, the next parablebegins, then shall two be in the
field healed.
Then is the same time.
Okay.
One taken, the other left.
We think of that as a rapturesince their movie Left behind series.
(12:27):
But really it's.
It's not about a rapture.
God took his people to thewilderness to prove what was in their
heart, he said, and it wasn't.
I want to enter.
I want to interrupt you there.
Sure.
Because good, good.
As he said now, no man knowsthe day or hour, but as the days
of Noah and, you know, the.
Then we talk about Methuselah.
(12:48):
Right, right.
Good for the oldest person toever live.
Yeah.
He was, you know, Noah'sfather, grandfather, something like
that.
And as soon as Methuselahdied, there was seven days mourning
for, you know, the loss of aloved one.
Actually, then.
Okay, but I'm saying.
And then, yeah, you could sayall hell broke loose.
Yes.
(13:10):
Right.
Good for you for bringing that out.
The two provisions for a latePassover were contact with a dead
body or morning like that.
And the other was a longtravel if you couldn't get back.
And so you keep it later.
And I'm seeing that whenMuslims take Jerusalem, they'll be
(13:30):
attacking at first Passover, but by second Passover time, it will
be fit in with the floodcoming at that time.
And.
Oh, and now I'm finishing out.
The last day of Passover, which happens to be a holy convocation,
falls on a historicallyimportant date or sign of Christ's
(13:51):
coming in.
If you were to Google Dark dayin Joel 2, 2 it says, the day of
the Lord is the day of darkness.
Okay.
But historically, in NewEngland in 1798, May 19th was a dark
day, unexplainably dark, because they had cows coming in from
(14:12):
the field, chickens went toroost, had to have a lamp to read
a newspaper at noontime.
It was so dark.
And it wasn't smoke.
It wasn't you know, theydidn't know.
And this.
Anyway, but it repeated 200years later when Mount St.
Helens erupted and put ashinto the sky overnight.
Wind carried it to dark inthree states on May 19th again.
(14:34):
So I'm believing, okay, I'mbelieving that God is marking May
19 twice.
It was a 200th anniversary.
Why is he marking it?
This coming spring, May 19falls on Passover, time of judgment.
It won't be next year.
I mean, it wasn't this yearand it won't be the year after.
But it just.
The way the calendar is, Godis wonderful number and he can make
(14:57):
it turn out for, you know, centuries in advance.
So anyway, amazing.
Amen.
Amen.
And like I said, we referencedMethuselah, whose name means when
he dies, it will come.
Yeah.
And it did.
And it did.
And if the numbers are layingout, you know, if everything is laying
(15:17):
out like we're.
We're looking at.
I mean, as you said, thiscould be our last Merry Christmas.
I believe so.
And let me finish out ifMuslims attack the city and we make
a covenant at second Passover, also, Passover is the time when you
start counting to Pentecost.
It's like from the, you know,Christ died on Friday and then he
(15:42):
was in the grave on Saturdayand Sunday morning he came out of
the grave.
That Sunday morning was alsothe start to Pentecost.
Fifty days from that Sabbath,it ends up on Sunday, seven weeks
later.
So here's seven weeks wetalked about seven days of Passover,
seven weeks to Pentecost andthen seven months from now till July,
(16:08):
when that Pentecost is okayfor us to understand and get ready.
And then seven years for thelast seven years that happened.
But also.
Amen.
But one more that I gotta.
When they sing the Messiah atChristmas time and at Haggai 2, it
three times has an odd datethat is out of the middle of nowhere.
(16:32):
It mentions in Haggai 2, verse10, 18 and 20, the 9th month and
24th day.
And how do we get there?
You know, because that's not.
The Jewish feast days aremostly in the first month of Passover,
but also seventh month is theRosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur and Feast
(16:53):
of Tabernacles.
That's really the big heavy time.
But seventh month, how do weget to ninth month?
Well, if you go from Pentecostnext July, I'm believing first of
all, yeah, we need tounderstand that when Muslims take
Jerusalem, there's going to bedestruction in Jerusalem and the
Lord roaring From Jerusalem,Joel 3:16.
(17:16):
Heavens and earth shake.
That's the biggest earthquakeprobably in history.
Jerusalem is going to bedestroyed basically by earthquake
or Muslims.
And history repeats Proverbs25:2 says it's the glory of God to
conceal a thing, the honor ofkings to search out a matter.
(17:36):
And the idea is that he causesthings in the past to repeat.
This is Ecclesiastes 3:15.
What has been already.
God summons each event back inhis turn.
Amen.
The prophecy that the bestknown prophecy in the time prophecy
in the Bible is, is Daniel 9,24 and 25, 70 weeks determined upon
(17:59):
my people.
69 weeks from a decree torestore and build Jerusalem to Messiah.
So here we need.
We need a decree to restoreand build Jerusalem.
For what's going to happen at when.
When the heavens and earthshake and the Muslims attack and
everything.
We need a decree.
So 69 weeks go.
(18:21):
Now this is not weeks of years.
This is literal time.
A year and a half till the.
In 2026, we will come out onthe 9th.
Now this is biblical calendar.
Now starting in the spring,it's not starting in January, the
9th month.
This is really November ish.
Okay.
That it ends up on the 9thmonth and 24th day.
(18:43):
If you use a biblical lunar calendar.
And that takes a little explaining.
How much time do we have?
I don't want to.
About ten minutes.
About ten minutes.
Oh, okay.
Well, about eight minutes.
Eight minutes.
Okay.
There is a website and I'llsend you a link that you can put
it up.
(19:05):
I think he's a Jewish rabbiguy that accepts the Messiah and
he talks about the lunar calendar.
Now he doesn't mention oneclue that I found and that is Revelation
12.
1.
There is a woman clothed inthe light of the sun.
Well, she is the pure woman.
She represents God's people.
(19:25):
And as the new world order isdeveloping and increasing, I think
there's going to be an end of denominations.
And we either go one way orthe other, either with the pure woman
or the Harlot.
In Revelation 17, which is newworld order and control of everybody.
And you know, compelling.
(19:47):
The Bible refers to false worship.
And this is Revelation 13th chapter.
It's the third beast.
There's the first beast.
Historically, early Americansbelieved that that first beast, which
had a mouth like a lion, feetlike a bear, looked like a leopard
and.
And had the seven horns andten horns and seven.
(20:10):
I'm sorry, yes, ten horns andseven crowns like the beasts in Daniel
7.
It was an amalgamation ofthose beasts.
There was a lion, a bear, aleopard, And a dragon.
So here's the first beast thatsurvived all those other countries
or nations was the Papacy.
And they believe that thispapacy is what they flooded actually
(20:37):
for freedom of worship in thenew World because they didn't want
to be burned to the stake.
And bottom line is that I'mseeing the second beast is a lamb
like beast that I believerepresents America.
It had two horns like a lamb, gentle, peace loving.
America's been that way historically.
And no crowns on the horns, noking of government, no Pope in the
(21:01):
church, Protestant America.
But it speaks like a dragon inits laws as we are coming to now
and losing our freedoms.
And basically it causes fireto come down from heaven.
We did that with Hiroshima, Nagasaki.
And it causes the world tomake an image or a look alike to
(21:21):
the first beast.
And I think the United nationsis that image beast.
In other words, with so manyCatholic countries to our south,
we only get one vote.
But all those, each of thosenations get a vote.
So we're outvoted.
And it's the Pope that will bein charge of the new world order
morally and he'll decide whatwe we need to do.
He encouraged everybody to getthe shot for Covid, which was really
(21:44):
a bad shot in retrospect.
But he said do your neighborlyduty to help your neighbor.
Got not get the etc.
It basically is about control.
And God doesn't try to control everybody.
He wants Peter to have thefreedom of choice.
If he's going to beat us andpunish us every time we do wrong,
(22:06):
we would be serving God from fear.
And God doesn't want that.
He wants us to serve him fromlove and appreciation for what he's
done.
He is a great God.
He deserved everything we cangive him and more.
And that's the attitude thatwe need to have, I think to be his
people and to have the free choices.
So anyway, let me ask you this.
As we get ready to wrap up.
(22:27):
Okay.
How can a believer make itthrough the times you're talking
about?
I believe by when God made acovenant with Israel.
In Exodus 34, verse 10 and 11,he says, Behold, I make a covenant.
It's a terrible thing I'mgoing to do with you.
I'm going to drive out the Canaanite.
(22:47):
God protected them because ofthe covenant.
As long as they were faithfulto the covenant, there was protection.
And I believe we need thecovenant to be protected.
Glad you asked.
And I believe that the seventopics that we need to have, just
like Abraham gave seven newlambs, we got to Give seven days
of unleavened bread as awedding feast, prenuptial feast for
(23:10):
the wedding of topics thatChrist wants, like God's name.
Christ was concerned aboutGod's name.
He says, father, glorify your name.
And when the people heardChrist's prayer, they heard thunder
from heaven as well.
Thunder is linked to God's name.
And that's the first seal.
In Revelation 6, when Johnheard thunder, it was one of the
(23:31):
four creatures.
And those seven sealsrepresent seven topics that I see
are important.
And specifically I have a bookcalled earthquake and seven seals.
It's about the seven ideas ortopics from Revelation 6 that we
need in order to make the covenant.
So I just might mention thewebsite is called Health, Happiness
(23:56):
and Destiny.
And if you go there, you canget a book cheap.
They're not expensive.
Everything is under $10.
Even the audiobooks are under 10.
So.
And the digital how, how itall ends is like $2.95.
Why, that's a bag of popcorn.
You can afford popcorn foryour mind, you know.
Amen.
It's a good book too.
(24:17):
It's a good book.
Praise God.
Amen.
So, Dr.
Early, if someone wanted toget in touch with you, how can they
do that?
