“STEAM'D” is a podcast series that highlights the work and life of women and other underrepresented minorities (URMs) in STEM+the arts (STEAM). Through first-person narratives, this podcast aims to provide realistic tools that can be used to overcome institutional “isms” and “norms” that prohibit inclusivity, equity, and diversity in STEAM. This series will empower the community of “us” working towards a future in which people of all backgrounds belong.
