A lead instructor, avid nature lover, wife & mom of two busy kiddos, Stephanie loves the challenge of finding ways to incorporate the outdoors with fitness & wellness. Her Back to Nature classes & camps are held outside in all seasons and weather. She follows & believes in the Norwegian saying: "There is no bad weather, only bad choice of clothes!"
A background in therapeutic recreation, child development & child mental health, Stephanie has worked for over 20 years with children, families & adults on the move both in & out of the hospital, preschool, school & recreational setting. Stephanie follows a very simple philosophy when it comes to fitness & wellness: ......a journey of a thousand miles begins with just 1 step....
