Deciding to keep going when you’re running on empty can feel impossible, especially as a mom juggling countless roles.
We’ve all been there—trying to hold everything together and pushing ourselves past the point of exhaustion.
But here’s the truth: burnout is real, and it’s not just about feeling tired.
It’s about that deeper, emotional fatigue that leaves us feeling stuck, disconnected, and overwhelmed.
In this episode, I’m getting real about my own journey with burnout.
I hit a breaking point when I realized I couldn’t keep doing it all in my own strength.
I was burnt out, emotionally drained, and far from the mom and professional I wanted to be.
That’s when I knew something had to change.
I’m sharing how I found peace by aligning my life with God’s plan instead of trying to control everything myself.
It was a humbling moment, especially when I learned I was pregnant with my third child.
Talk about a reminder that God’s timing is always better than mine!
I’ll also dive into the power of community and why leaning on others is so important when burnout creeps in.
Whether it’s through faith-based support or trusted friends, we’re not meant to go through this alone.
Finally, I’ll give you some practical tips to recognize burnout, embrace your feelings without guilt, and start prioritizing rest and support.
If you’re feeling burnt out or on the edge, I hope my story helps you take that first step toward healing.
Let’s stop pretending we can do it all and start giving ourselves permission to rest, reset, and lean on the community God’s placed around us.
You’re not alone in this, and together, we can overcome burnout.
