On Love Island USA, both the viewers and the producers seem to have completely lost the plot. The drama and overproduction are exhausting—can we get a moment to breathe? We address the Huda defenders out there and explain why her behavior remains indefensible. Olandria is getting screwed over by the show's editing and twists, and the fallout from the Standing on Business challenge and the worst Heart Rate Challenge we’ve ever seen left everyone worse off. Ace still wishes he were a cult leader, and we’re debating who in the villa is actually there for the right reasons. The public seems to be villainizing the wrong women, and we’ve had some disappointing revelations about Cierra’s past behavior. And don’t get us started on the men piling on Amaya when she’s already down.
Meanwhile, over on Love Island UK, we’re reeling from the shocking dumping of our favorite girl in the villa. Honestly, we only like one man this season, and the UK public keeps hating everyone we’re rooting for. But we do appreciate the slower, more natural pace of this season compared to the overheated chaos on the US side.
