At Babel, God divided not only the languages, but the access points of authority on earth. This was not simply a scattering of nations — it was a legal fragmentation of dominion. The original dominion Adam carried was disassembled into fragments, and each nation, bloodline, or tribe carried away a shard of that pre-Babel authority. These shards were not just political — they contained pieces of knowledge, blood inheritance, spiritual access, and legal covenants.
