Gayle Bergstrand was an ear witness to a murder. Being just inches away, she was awoken in the middle of the night to a loud sound next door. Gayle and her husband lived in one-half of a duplex, and on the other side, lived the Harmons. But in the middle of the night, she heard a loud sound coming from the Harmon’s side of the duplex.
