Did you know that we have 2 ears and 1 mouth so we should listen twice as much as we speak? Well, at least that’s what my grandma used to say. No offense to Grandma but I think being heard is just as important as hearing someone else. Truly hearing someone and being heard is a powerful skill that impacts our connections to others, our mental health, even our physical pleasure and when it comes to relationships there is nothing greater than a moment with the one you love sharing your heart and connecting to them in deeper and more powerful ways.
Today we are going to unpack the skills we should all be practicing to deepen our romantic connections, better the experiences around the hard talks of life, and even allow for inner healing to take place in us and others. Stick with me as I lay out the scientific truth in raising your mental health and healing your soul through hearing others and being heard through the art of conversing.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
