C’est exactement ma relation avec le trail : mélange de frustration et de galères, mais aussi une école incroyable du mental et de l’adaptabilité.
Dans cet épisode solo, je te raconte pourquoi je persiste dans un sport où je ne suis pas « fait pour », ce que le trail m’a appris sur l’ego, la résilience et le plaisir, et comment chacun peut construire sa pratique à sa façon, sans se laisser enfermer dans le regard des autres.
