Show Notes

Episode Title: Into the Abyss Episode Number: 3

Welcome to Episode 3 of From the Shadow to the Light, where we dive into Chapter 3 of my memoir, Struck by Lightning: My Journey from the Shadow to the Light.

In this episode, we explore the depths of trauma and self-destruction—the moments of escapism, recklessness, and numbing that come with overwhelming pain. Through personal reflections, I share my journey through addiction, the impact of trauma, and the desperate attempts to find validation in all the wrong places.

As we navigate this abyss, we also acknowledge the small glimmers of light that flicker in the darkness—moments of self-expression, creativity, and resilience that begin to carve the way toward healing. This episode is for those who have ever felt lost in their pain, seeking a way to emerge from the shadows into something greater.
