Hey Gurlfraaand!! Welp the holidays are here and that can sometimes mean toxicity is in the air. We often hear about how stressful the holidays can be because of all the spending and feeling the obligation to meet expectations when it comes to gifts. But I wanted to focus on the stresses of having to be around toxic people or in toxic environments.
So here is a little survival guide...more of a reminder of what you probably already know, I'm just here to back you up and stand in agreement with you!!
I want to wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas full of joy and the warmth that love brings. Make sure you get some type of rest this holiday...we have been running strong.
