Bianca Gabrielle Wilson is an Artist, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner and Mindful Communication Facilitator located in occupied Tongva Territory (Los Angeles). As a 7+ year trained EFT practitioner she supports Highly Sensitive professionals and creatives to regulate their emotions and heal their nervous systems. Her works teaches the spiritual and practical tools and practices to protect and manage the energy of highly sensitive people while building a more creative life. On an organizational level she co-creates experiences to explore the healing power of conflict transformation through mindful communication and somatic embodiment. Outside of her work as an EFT practitioner and facilitator, she writes, acts, surfs, enjoys being in nature and making art in community.
