Meet Our Guest: Laura Gates-Lupton

Laura Gates-Lupton is a financial feminist and psychotherapist turned money coach for talented, hardworking solopreneurs. She helps her clients untangle old beliefs and fears about money, break the habit of overworking, simplify their businesses, and smash their personal glass ceilings. As a seasoned clinician with a master's degree in Clinical Social Work, Laura brings a unique combination of emotional and practical support to her clients. Her approach is based on a three-pillar framework: overcoming overworking, growing financial identity, and amplifying impact.

Her ideal clients are women who are overgiving in their businesses and in their lives. They love serving their customers, but they hate dealing with the money aspect of having a business and, as a result, they are undercharging, lacking clear policies and don’t have systems. Laura helps her clients develop a profitable business model based on their strengths, while eliminating busy work. She works with her clients to let go of scarcity thinking and develop the skills to be strong earners. She also assists her clients to create a clear vision for their lives that includes all the non-monetary assets they have or want to develop, along with a healthy bank account.
