In unserer 68. Folge spricht Sarah mit der lieben Svetlana. In diesem Gespräch sprechen wir über Svetlana´s wertvolle Arbeit als Lehrkraft in einer Schule. Sie spürte den inneren Ruf, mehr Frieden in ihrem Klassenzimmer zu erschaffen. Und so kam sie dazu, sich mit dem Thema Trauma zu befassen. In ihrer Praxis für Trauma Integration hilft sie die innere Balance wieder zu schaffen. Svetlana spricht über zwei Bücher. Das Buch "Selbsterkenntnis" von Nikolai Alexandrowitsch hat sie in ihren frühen 20igern sehr geprägt. Das Buch "Was ist dein Schmerz" von Operah Winfrey beschäftigt sie aktuell.
Dieses Gespräch gibt uns Einblick, wie Schule auch funktionieren kann. Mit einem Fach "Mentale Gesundheit". Svetlana erklärt uns, wie wir selbst herausfinden können, ob wir ein Trauma erlebt haben. Und inspiriert uns mit ihrem eigenen Lebensweg und ihrer täglichen/jährlichen Routine.
