Today’s episode highlights four ways for busy moms to boost their energy (and productivity) and feel confident again.

I had to revisit my past experience with low energy and confidence.

Too many nights of coming home and wanting to plop down on the couch and veg. Too many frustrating shopping trips, searching for new clothes because the old ones no longer fit comfortably.

To add, I had seen so much health information and advice out there but had no idea how to apply it to my life. Where should I even start?  

I went back to school and after years of learning nutrition and functional medicine, it all became clear to me.
