Vor wenigen Tagen kehrte ich aus meiner dreiwöchigen Ayurveda-Kur, oder genauer gesagt Panchakarma-Kur, zurück. Es war für mich die genau richtige Maßnahme am genau richtigen Ort zur genau richtigen Zeit.
Mit dem Thema Ayurveda beschäftigt mich schon seit Jahren, und die Wahl dieses authentischen, familiären Hauses in Bad Orb im Spessart war ideal. Ohne Ablenkung durch Medien, umgeben von Natur und geführt von erfahrenen Ärzten und Therapeuten aus Sri Lanka, fand ich hier die perfekte Umgebung für meine Heilung.
Der Zeitpunkt war entscheidend: Nach einer intensiven medizinischen Vorgeschichte war mein Körper bereit für diese transformative Erfahrung. Die Ruhe, die täglichen Behandlungen und das salzige Mikroklima des Ortes wirkten wie ein Segen.
Ich möchte dich ermutigen: Wenn du offen für Ayurveda bist und die Möglichkeit hast, investiere in diese Erfahrung. Es wird nicht nur ein vorübergehender Wellness-Urlaub sein, sondern eine nachhaltige Bereicherung für Körper und Geist. Wage es und erlebe die tiefgreifende Wirkung dieser Jahrtausende alten Heilkunst.
