Non sono a mio agio a parlare di benessere mentale. Non mi sento un rappresentante di una "vita sana" (da un punto di vista mentale) e soprattutto è un tema "over-discusso" dove probabilmente il mio punto di vista non è chissà quanto di valore.
La vita però ci mette davanti a delle situazioni che necessitano di domande che forse ci facciamo troppo poco: - Perché sto male per questa cosa...
- Perché mi fa male lo stomaco prima di una presentazione
- Perché quando sono felice mi vengono gli occhi lucidi
Queste domande hanno una risposta chiara ma al tempo stesso complessa da darci chiaramente: le emozioni.
