Ep 177:All of us struggle but you are not alone

No one is immune to struggle!  It is an awful feeling when you think everything is going wrong and your cortisol level is through the roof!

My advice?  Give it to God. Stop trying to manage everyone and everything.

I know it is a hard especially with family but protect your sanity!

I hope that speaks to you as it did to me !  Sometimes I get so into my own head I forgot to give it to God!  When I do everything changes.
